Professional, friendly, offered valuable advice on resolving problem of a broken pool pump. Pricing was competitive. Intervened with home warranty company to provide us the best solution to the pump problem. Very satisfied and would use them again.

This pool repair company has been the most responsive since I have lived in the Sarasota area. They called the first thing in the a.m and had Richard, one of their techs out to the house within one hour. He diagnosed and fixed the problems within 30 minutes. Great customer service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. They came out to access an issue with a hot tub. The guy stated he could not give me an estimate as he would have to get back to the office and look up the parts prices telling me how easy of a repair it was and I could just order the parts online and watch a YouTube video and do it myself. 3 weeks later still no estimate and they will not call back. We were stuck with this company as we paid for a home warranty and this is who they sent out. Only call them if you want to donate money and get nothing in return.

I was contacted immediately after asking to be contacted on HA. We quickly set up an installation date for the Thursday of the very next week. They were wonderful and professional and did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier with the liner installation. Unfortunately the liner I'd ordered from backyardpoolsupplies was defective but had absolutely nothing to do with them. A new 30 gauge is on its way. Would I rehire them to do it? In a heartbeat!! Poor customer service real bad

I'm not sure if the cost was comparable since I could not find another service that would repair the heater. For me it was worth every penny!

I can never catch up with Bonnie Jean. Price she gave as an estimate I would have gotten the job done. Also, it was for lighting in my pool.

Aqua-Brite could not do the underground plumbing So they recommended Florida Leak to repair it. They did a fine job.. A little expensive I thought, but I am satisfied with the work.

If I have great service, I call the company directly to give praise – but Aqua Brite deserves this review to be written on this website. I’ve been dealing with Scott and BonnieJean for about 3 years now Aqua Brite has always given me great service. They are usually at the house within 2-3 days of me calling and if the issue can’t be fixed at that time, they are back within 2-4 days fixing it. Scott is a very caring person when it comes to pool equipment. Scott is very patient with clients who really don’t know anything about pools and explains things very easy to understand. Scott is very knowledgeable and will tell you like it is. Scott is very direct – but he should be since he has many years of expertise. BonnieJean is the best scheduler in the world and is also very patient with clients. Aqua Brite is a very professional company and I’d recommend them to anyone that needs their pool repaired.
