Brian is awesome. Reliable, prompt and thorough. Communicated his ETA and arrived on-time both visits. We needed a new control board for our hot tub which required a 2nd visit. We were able to order the part ourselves and not be charged a markup. Brian recommended a company to purchase from and their customer service was great too. We were back up and running in a week despite it being the Christmas holiday. Thanks Brian!

Not only is he hard working but and he's dedicated and knowledgeable and can guide you through the process. Very courteous gentlemen whom you can tell loves what he does and takes pride in his work.

Brian arrived quickly, identified the problem and had our spa up and running again quickly keeping in touch with me, letting me know the progress with the ordered part we needed and when he would be installing it. Great service!
