To reach a service response it took 4 phone calls to Aqua Brite. Using email I was successful after gave up with 4 answering machine messages that were never returned. 2 weeks later very pleased with service received.

Brian is the gentleman that came out he did a great job! He was very nice and friendly but also professional and knowledgeable! We really liked him and most of all he fixed our issue of a leak in our hot tub!!

Brian came out and found the problem. It took a few days for the parts to come in. Brian had the problem fixed in no time. Would call them again if I have anymore problems

Although the service person was not familiar with the unit he did give it his best to correct the problem.

My home warranty dispatched our service request to Aqua-Brite since our salt cell on our pool went out. A technician called me within 2 hours of dispatch and came out that same day! The warranty company told me I d here within 48 business hours to schedule, so I was surprised at how quick they responded. The technician was great, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, and it was fixed the next week once the part was in. I d use them again in a heartbeat for any pool needs!

They did an excellent job. Their customer service was professional and involved. The technician knew what he was doing and was very informative. All this was handle quickly and with the upmost professionalism.
