I have a leisure Bay hot tub that the heater stopped working. Brian was the tech that came out was very polite and made me feel comfortable when I was asking questions that may have been common sense for some but not for me. He was very knowledgeable about this hot tub because of its age I was a little nervous about anybody being able to work on it. Brian let me watch and describe what he was doing the whole time . Made me feel like I was actually learning something till next time I have an issue I can be specific about the help that I need. He told me what to look for and things that may go wrong in the future because of the age of this hot tub. It meant a lot to me because now I have a good idea of what I'll need to keep it up and running for years to come. He came out right away I'm talking within a few hours of my call. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Brian was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I initially called him about my salt system for my hot tub, he made a recommendation to call the manufacturer to see if it was still under warranty and I did. He basically gave me some tips to repair the first issue on my own. A month later had a different issue and I hired him then for it and he did a great job. Itâ s up and running again. Very hard to find knowledgeable people that work on hot tubs, definitely will hire him again!

Julian was courteous and prompt. Called to update me to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes. Service was excellent. Job well done.

The technician arrived on time, in fact a little early. He had come out before to repair the pump on my hot tub which was leaking. . At that time, he advised the I might need a new pump. He tried to repair the pump which was 24 years old, and it did not work. So, I ordered a new pump for the hot tub. This is when he arrived early. He put the new pump on, and then advised me that the pump should not leak again.

Daniel was prompt, thorough & cordial. He provided us with a detailed description of the cause of problem (our heater for the spa was not turning on) and a list of the parts which needed replacement including theme cost for each. He also reassured us that the wiring did not need to be replaced - rather he would make sure the connections were safe and efficient. This saved us some money while assuaging our concerns.

Ron was extremely responsive and fast. Evan worked on a Saturday.

Brian showed up, took 1 look saw foam under spa and tried to get me to pay him $50 to tell me about a product that I can use for leak. I told him no because I would have to call another company now. He told me about fix a leak I gave him $20 for coming out, but he literally tried to hold me hostage for the $50. Was not in house more than 5 minutes. Terrible representation of the company.
