Hurricane shutter installation. Great product. Found the entire staff (sales, administration/office, installers) to be courteous, professional, efficient, and helpful. Also helped to navigate through the bureaucratic processes associated with the homeowner association and the county permitting/inspection processes.

Alufab USA did an exceptional job replacing all the windows in my home with hurricane glass windows. The first contact with sales rep Jack Lengel, was easy without pressure, he has extensive knowledge of the local communities and the homes within. Our impromptu visit to their showroom was was welcomed and we were given a tour of their facility/factory by the owner and saw the product displayed in their lovely showroom. The window they use is a superior USA built window by Shwinco. The office staff was efficient, professional and simply just nice to work with. Most important however is the installation - which was flawless. I cannot say enough about how good an experience it was from start to finish. I don't usually offer recommendations as I am very detail oriented and quite particular, and everyone has a different idea of what a good price is and what makes for a good job . . that said I highly recommend Alufab USA. The best home renovation project experience I've had in the 6 yrs I've lived in FL full time.

We were extremely pleased with Alufab â one of the best experiences with home projects so far. Their sales representative Jack is very responsive and understood our needs. The window replacement was a breeze, without any mess. High quality work. The shutter projected was more complicated from an engineering perspective as huge motorized shutters were required to close our open lanais around the the pool. But Marco the owner took care personally, found optimal solutions and took care of the project personally. The installation team was very professional and knew exactly what was required to complete the project at highest quality. As we had a hard deadline for the project, Marco even came over the weekend by himself to do the last finishes. It has been four months since project completion and all shutters are working with no issues. Can highly recommend Alufab - they are real professional and gained all of our trust!

Nice person, I called them for protection against hurricanes. They protected my house and was the best choice. First I did my windows and door after I did my lanai.

I replaced all of my old windows on my house with new hurricane glass windows. When I called the company, they sent Jack out to give me a quote and assess the windows. I received a quote promptly and one that included a drawing of all windows to be replaced. This was done so that if I didnt want to replace all windows at once, I could just tell him which ones I did want replaced. Very easy and he also priced out each window individually! Once the windows were ordered it was just a matter of weeks before they were installed. Alufabs customer service is very easy to work with & always answered my questions in a timely manner. Instillation was thorough and they were so clean that you would have never known that windows had been replaced! The installers were so professional and thorough. I thought the process of replacing so many windows would have taken days but they were so efficient that they were able to do it in a few hours time. These guys know what they are doing! Iâ m so happy that I chose Alufab. From start to finish it went so smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and their hurricane windows are great. I cannot believe the amount of noise reduction compared to my old windows. I also love the fact that when I hear about a hurricane heading in my direction, I have no worries about putting on storm shutters! No need anymore! Thanks Alufab!

Jack was my salesman and he was awesome. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns throughout the process. The install team did a great job as well. The new impact windows look great. Hope they will do the job when there is a hurricane. The personnel was courteous. However, leaving black fingermarks all around on my freshly painted white walls is not acceptable. When I complained about it they said they would clean it once the inspector would approve the work, but I never heard from them again.
