Good work. They did what they said they would do on the promisedtime frame. Easy to contact and follow-up. I would use them again.

We bought windows 10 years ago. We chose Alufab and Alufab chose Eastern windows. We are having a problem with one of our windows and Alufab gave us 1 year of run around and even went as far as lying to us saying Eastern won't cover the window replacement. After contacting Eastern, they are more then willing to handle the issue and have been 100% responsive. I just can't believe Alufab (the incompetence runs deep from everyone at this company, Barbie the office manager, who doesn't return calls, the warranty manger who supposedly quit,. Fernando the service manager and the owner Marco!!!!! )would, lie, mislead us and keep giving us the run around rather than say that their relationship with Eastern was the true issue. They would say they would handle things and never call us back. Also when they installed our rolldown shutters, there were scratches in them and they tried to fill the scratches with bar keepers friend powder. We made them replace the scratched panels Beware....would definitely not trust or recommend Alufab to Anyone!!!!!!

The impact windows were installed properly. PGT WinGuard is a good product and I am very happy . The office person was very pleasant on the phone to schedule the inspection. They did such a good job that I am replacing a door. I am very pleased with their work and I would highly recommend Alufab USA.

All aspects of the project were handled beautifully. Had all new hurricane windows installed as well as a hurricane shade. Happy with everything!

They installed windows quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up pretty well during and after installation. Their office person was efficient in ordering inspections and setting up installation.

The project was the installation of Hurricane Windows and Patio Door. They started the work on the scheduled day and time. The workers were most efficient and professional. They left the place very clean. They exceeded our expectations in terms of quality of work. We had used Alufab for Hurricane Shutters a few years ago and we are glad that they are as good as they were, no let down from them. The workers were pleasant and answered all our questions. They worked well together, a great team.
