Description of Work: I was very disappointed with this company. They do a service called POLY LEVEL, which supposedly the foam inserted in the cement lifts the affected area. I was very excited to get this done and the sales person that came to my house for the estimate, gave me a quote first which included the poly level with pin piles for my patio area in the back, and just poly level for the front porch. In good faith I signed all the papers and gave a $750 deposit, just to do the front porch, because the back would have been too much money. The day the work was supposed to be performed, the workers didn't think that the poly level would work because there were too many cracks. After going back and forth and talking to the supervisor the supervisor wanted to give it a try. When I asked would it work, they could not guarantee it, so I declined for the work to get done because for each pound of Poly level they would insert I would have to pay $17 a pound. I requested to get a refund which they denied, because I signed and initialed that they were not responsible if it didn't work. I have since then reported them to the Better Business Bureau, as I feel I was misled, and their sales people are not properly trained, therefore misled me in believing that the poly level would work.

Description of Work: The job was a complete remodel: inside and out, and it cost me around $2,000,000. They started in 2005 and walked away from the project in 2007 with around 250 items still on their punch list. They charged me $75,000 to paint the inside of the house. Some walls were primed, and others were not, which caused some of the walls to start bubbling. I have had floods in the second story ceiling, master bedroom bathroom, and kitchen (which has flooded a total of three times!). They installed the shower pan incorrectly which flooded our kitchen and they nicked a PVC pipe which flooded it again. The shower had to be completely ripped out, the shower pan had to be redone, and all of the drywall had to be treated for mold. The toilets were never set into place. The staircase had to be redone four times by different contractors after they left because no one could get it fixed correctly. They bought the wrong front door (which was cheaper than the one I picked out), and installed incorrectly. I also had to change all of the doors later because they were not hurricane glass. They cut our alarm wires and didn't reset the doors in the same position, so I had to use battery-operated door alarms. They hired an electrician who said he had 20 years of experience with the Lutron Lighting System, but he did not develop any kind of plan ahead of time. He tore down the walls and drywall in the attic to do the electrical work, and strung the wires haphazardly. They hired a contractor to build a dock, which was also done incorrectly. Our boat has to be parked on the far side of the dock because they built it way too wide, and consequently, one side of the boat cannot be washed.
