Description of Work: All American Alarm came to my home the day after I called with a contract that was way below the previous estimate I received. The home that we had purchased had an existing system already installed that was not operational. When I called the provider of that system, they gave me a quote that was not believable. I was very happy with the way everything was handled with All American Alarm. The installer was here for 3 hrs and went about his work very quietly and cleaned up all his mess. I highly recommend Matt and All American Alarm.

Description of Work: I've had my alarm installed since March, have had no problems with the system and the office staff has been very helpful. We had one issue, and they resolved it fairly quickly.

Description of Work: Called for an alarm repair. They did not return my call with my first attempt. On my second call, I was told they only do service work on their systems which they monitor. They would only come out to sell me a new system. All I need is a new transformer to charge my battery. My existing system is fine. I would not depend on them for service.

Description of Work: One of the company's owners Syed Ali and his administrative assistant, Carla made the initial sales / evaluation call. They were exactly on time, professional . . .Sy is the classic salesman and can't stop talking . . .but no foul there. They did their job, gave an estimate that was inline with the telephone quote and did not try to "sell me up" into a system I did not need. I got exactly what I asked for at the price they quoted on the phone. The installer came on the exact day and time we requested and he was utterly professional and helpful in getting us familiar with the system before he left. We have done 9 older homes over and built 2 homes from the ground up. Matt, (the installer), is the only person who has ever worked in our home who drilled holes and held a dust pan under where he was driling to catch the cuttings!! Amazing. He also vaccumed before he moved to the next spot to be drilled. Overall I have to say that this is an excellet company selling top of the line equipment and they treat the customer like a "customer" whom they want to satisfy. Great experience . . . I wish they painted, laid tile and did roofs . . .I might build another house and hire them to do it. Oh, it was raining when Sy and Carla came the first day and they, without being asked, removed their shoes before entering the house. Sam Bradley

Description of Work: Salesmen were in my area and after talking to them, decided to switch to All American Alarm. They had a better product for a little more money. They installed new keypad and gave me keyfob control, which is very nice to have. Also installed a fire alarm that is much more sensitive than the regular smoke alarm that I had. Their alarm alerts someone even if I am away from home. It didn't cost me anything to switch over. My monthly bill is higher, but I feel it is worth it.
