Overall, a MOST frustrating experience as it became quickly obvious we were being overcharged for the system and the first three years of monitoring service. Our appeals for financial relief on this matter were met with responses of wait three years to alter your circumstance....

Had called for a quote and set a time to come out to show us what they had to offer. This was my third quote from local alarm company and was comparing all three. I had a very old ADT system that was installed when house was built in 1995 and it was on the brink. Sied was very knowledgeable and explained the system and the benefits of their system. What sold us was knowing if power is cut and someone got in and pulled system from wall that it would still put out a signal. We liked the customer service and knowing several businesses that use All American we were sold. I called and scheduled installation for the following Monday. Showed up with system in hand and contract I had to sign. Tech was very knowledgeable and completed work in a timely matter. He had to replace sensors since our system was so old and i had an additional sensor put on side garage door. Finally in the 21st Century. Feel more secure having this new system

I called a few places to compare prices and for the services they offer All American Alarms provide a very competitive rate. Ameer explained how the process works, what they are offering and went through every detail with me. The technician was on time, extremely polite and completed the work in a timely manner. He showed us how the system works and answered all our questions. Very happy with the service.

I had an old system that was installed about twelve years ago. Because of that the installer had to return the next day with some other equipment so the new panel would communicate. A new program had to be written for it to work. But after that it worked fine and I was able to use the same keyboard panels that I had (three of them) so it saved me from having to pay for new ones. I was having trouble understanding how the app worked so Carla came to my house to show me how it worked and to answer all my questions.

We used All American Alarm Inc. to replace an older alarm system with a more up to date one. The service and professionalism was A+. Syed and his team were amazing, it was a pleasure to work with them. Our initial approach to finding a new Alarm system was by calling the large well known alarm companies discussing new systems, installation options and pricing. In the end we really did not get all our questions answered and got the feeling that for most companies making a quick deal was more important than getting the system that we were looking for. We started looking at local companies in Fort Myers and found All American Alarm Inc. We checked out their website (www.allamericanalarm.com) and called the owner Mr. Syed Ali around 6:30 pm on Tuesday and surprisingly he picked up and we discussed the system we were looking for in detail. What surprised us was that Syed was not trying to sell us an alarm system as quickly as possible but he took his time and answered each and every question we asked in detail. The next day Syed came over together with his assistant Carla and provided us with a detailed quote after thorough analysis of the older alarm system. We were stunned by the professionalism of All American Alarm and the way they handled potential new customers in a courteous way. Mr. Ali is a man with a passion for alarm systems without the typical sales pitch but somebody that only wants the best for their customers. So A+ for Mr. Ali. We purchased the system and scheduled for installation 2 days later. This is when we met John who was going to install and test our new system. From the first phone call and subsequent follow ups from Ameer, we hired this company to put in two alarm systems. They were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. From the initial consultations to the installer. We were pleased with everything. The surprising part was there was no fee, no installation fee, no equipment fees, NOTHING except for the 3 year contract for the monitoring service which was either on par with or cheaper than other companies I had contacted. One in particular, Stanley Security, wanted $2,000 to install the workshop alarm. This is a building with only 3 doors and no windows, as opposed to the home which has over 11 entry points. We are quite pleased with AAA and the monitoring service, Vector Security. They were very quick in responding to an alarm we had. Ameer made sure everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend this LOCAL company to my friends and family.

I was a previous ADT customer and when I called to inquire about what All American Alarm had to offer I found Ameer Ali very helpful. He followed up our phone call with a visit to my home. He showed me all their system and Alarm.com had to offer. I wasn't aware of how unprotected my home was with my previous system and was greatly surprised with all they had to offer. I signed up for my service with Ameer and he had my install scheduled for the following day. That's what I would definitely call prompt and much appreciated! I would greatly recommend this company for your home security. I especially liked dealing with a local company and supporting my community.

AAA, specifically Carla, went above and beyond what I consider normal customer service to make sure that we were completely informed. They not only informed us of their products, they also discussed the pro's and con's of the competition. I was so amazed that Carla was willing to give up the "sale" to make sure that we had what we needed for security that we ended up using their product. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER, BOTH WITH THE EXPERIENCE BUT ALSO THE TRUE COMPASSION THAT WAS SHOWN FOR OUR NEEDS (cap's for emphasis there...). I highly recommend their staff, their services and we are very pleased with our decision.

We had no problems with the old system but we were interested in having our system up to date with the latest security standards and features. Quinten handled everything for us. We signed our contract on Thursday and Saturday morning we had Matt, who brought homemade cookies, come and install our new system. Matt even took off all the old companies stickers on every door and window. Coincidently that evening we encountered a very unnerving situation and we couldn't be more satisfied that we upgraded our system and therefore solidified our safety.

Called American Alarm System and Syed and his son came right out, were prompt and professional. I explained what I wanted and they conducted an inspection of the house to ensure all entrance points would be covered. They explained in detail how their system would work and what options were available in the way of new technologies to better protect our dwelling. For example: Combination motion / image sensors which not only trigger the alarm from motion, but also then take pictures and send them directly into the cloud. We agreed on a system configuration and his installer was out the next day. Due to the complexity of the system and availability of parts, the install took two days. Our installer was John. He did an excellent job installing and programming the system, explained how it worked, and answered any questions we had. All components were installed professionally and he cleaned up in all locations. We are diligent about setting the system, and it has been working flawlessly. I would highly recommend All American Alarm and Syed.

I couldn't possibly be any happier! My first call for a quote was at 8pm so I left a message with the answering service. I received a return call from Jennifer within 5 minutes. She explained the entire system, installation and cost involved without any hard sell tactics. I had already spoken with ADT and Front Point, but quite honestly I prefer to deal with a local company that cares about building a long term relationship.. After speaking with Jennifer at All American Alarm I knew I was speaking to the company I wanted to deal with. My security system was scheduled to be installed the following day. Matt arrived promptly and did a great job of installing my system and explaining the control panel. Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and very service-oriented. A true rarity these days! Their system is very easy to use and I love being able to access my system from my smartphone. Do yourself a huge favor and call someone who really cares!!!

My experience with All American Alarm was great from the very beginning. I spoke to Jennifer (sales person) and explained that I wanted to install a new alarm system into a rental home that we have in the area but that I did not want to spend a ton of money. I also explained that my children, who are college students, are currently in the house and I want to make sure they are safe. Jennifer recommended a system that would work for us and at a surprisingly affordable price. The installer arrived at the house two days later. I was not there for the installation, but my daughter said that he was extremely nice and explained everything to her. I want to the house the next day to check the system and found that the installation was very professionally done and the system is extremely easy to use. In the end, I think All American Alarm was fantastic. They do what they say and they do it quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable price! I would recommend All American Alarm to anyone!

We have had an alarm in our home with All American Alarm since 2009. (I also had one in my business while it was in operation.) We have never had a bad experience with this company. All of the staff is extremely helpful and professional. We have referred this company to a number of our friends and will continue to do so because of the great service we receive from them. Last summer, we had a pipe burst in our home and we were unable to live there for several months. During that time, there were a number of individuals coming and going from our home to make repairs. We upgraded our alarm system to include Alarm.com, which gave us peace of mind while strangers were entering and exiting our home. (It also allowed me to ensure that work was being performed when it was supposed to without having to go to the house to check. I got a message anytime anyone used the front door.) I was able to set my alarm with my smartphone at the end of the day when the workers had gone home. This made me feel so much better, because I knew my house was secure, even if I wasn?t there. Our last service call was due to a low battery in our smoke detector (which Alarm.com sent me a message about). All American Alarm sent someone out the next day to repair the smoke detector. They arrived when they promised and the work was done quickly. While the technician was here, he also tested my system to make sure that everything else was working properly and that it was sending signals to the monitoring station. This company always goes above and beyond to help their customers.

Wonderful. Do not use any other company in FM. These guys are absolutely the best and I called six different companies before I chose All American.

We purchased a home in southwest Florida in 2010 and planned to stay during winters only so we had Vector Security (also operating under the names All American Security & Triple A Alarms) install a security system. The next April when it came time to go north for the summer we decided to stay in Florida permanently as we enjoy living there so much. Since we were not using the alarm system I called and inquired to what it would cost to buy out the contract. I was told there was no buy out and I would have to pay the $42.75 times the number of months left on the contract, which was about 24 months. I talked to a number of people assuming there had to be a buy back. I was wrong!!! Since I had to pay for the monitoring anyway we kept the service. I just sent in my termination letter as my contract ends the end of May. I have had no trouble with the system although we never used it after the first six months. It has not been set in over two years. I am writing this review to make all aware that there are no buy outs in their contracts and if you don?t notify them in writing within 30 days of the end of the contract it automatically renews for another full term. I was told by their customer service I should have read every word of the small print before signing their contract. They were right on that count, Shame on me. I will never do business with this company again!!

The company and Installers did a good job!

From the first phone call, it went very very well. My calls were returned promptly, all of my questions were answered completely, the appointment for the work was set within days of my first call, and at my convenience. The installer was very professional, arrived early within the promised window of time, and I was completely satisfied with the experience. The office contacted me a week after the system was installed to see how it was going, whether I had any questions or issues, and whether they could help me with the remote access. I have been very impressed with each person I spoke with or dealt with throughout the entire process.

They made the process very easy. They came at a time convenient for me and arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very efficient and did not leave behind any mess for us to clean up!

Working with AAA was a real pleasure. The staff of Carla, Jen and Ashley were all very accommodating and reacted quickly to all of our requests We were backed into a corner with our builder installed alarm system and AAA came to our rescue. I highly recommend AAA! AAA's pricing was much less than other alarm companies too because of their willing to work with you. Believe me, you won't go wrong working with AAA and their great staff.

I found this company on Angie’s list. I called for information and then set up an appointment. Chris arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. There was an issue concerning the number of keypads to be installed. I expected 2 but only 1 was o the contract. This was immediately resolved and the second keypad was installed at no charge. I was impressed with the way Chris assured me that there would be no extra charges. This company provides personalized services, unlike the typical security companies that are not interested in your specific needs. I highly recommend all American alarm INC.

We were shown how the system performed and additional walk throughs with the head office on some finer details. I found them to be very thorough and professional in all aspects and would certainly use them again. The price includes a three year warranty/monitoring.

Great Alarm Company! My wife and I shopped around and All American Alarm came out on top! Carla helped us from start to finish with any questions we had about the system (which were quite a bit). Chris installed our system. He and was punctual, very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and mannerly. The install was quick and very easy to understand. They provided a quote, the workmen we here at the appointed time and installed the system. their office followed up the day after to make sure we were satisfied with the system. They followed up a week later to make sureeverything was operating correctly. The overall experience was excellent all of their personnel were friendly and helpful. The system has been operating flawlessly for the last 90 days. I thought their pricing was very reasonable.
