First the company called immediately after i posted a request to the website. It was a Sunday evening and I received a call in about 2 minutes. I was leaving town so the scheduler squeezed me in to an early time. The salesman was right on time and provided a very good overview of alternatives. After listening to my objectives i was steered away from the highest end to a mid level solution that more than adequately met my objectives. Overall this is one of the most professional firms I've worked with.

He was very professional and friendly. Explained what he did and why. He even climbed onto the roof and removed the clogged duct screen.

They charged me another $500 to raise unit where they should have put it when they installed it. I paid to have ceiling fixed twice They also did poor job as unit leaked air into the attic. Will never use them again

I tend to be nosy about how things work, so this was a great experience for me. He also pointed out some things that we had been missing as far as filter changes and how to use our humidistat.. I would highly recommend this company!

I am very impressed with the professionalism and response. The AC failed during a very inopportune time and day when everyone else would've been closed. The tech came out immediately and diagnosed what I new to be the obvious...that we needed a new HVAC system. System was installed later that week and everything was fine. The house is my mother in laws residence. Advanced Air treated her with the respect and attention that she deserved as a client. I would recommend Advanced Air to anyone! They contacted us as promised for a service call 2-3 months later (I purchased a service contract). Advanced Air turned out to be the kind of company that my dad retired from as an HVAC technician. Everything went extremely well. Lannis was very professional and informative. I have used Advanced Air before and have always been pleased. Respond quickly, too!

Patrick arrived within the promised window time and quickly diagnosed the problem to be a stuck condensate drain line that tripped a high water shutoff device (prevents overflows of condensate water into the interior of the home). He checked the rest of the system noting low refrigerant which he also took care of. All prices were quoted and agreed to in advance. No surprises, professional service. Will use again.

From the phone call to the tech's arrival, they were entirely professional. They showed up during the promised window and corrected the issue with the AC unit.

We were told the service tech would be at our house between 5-7pm. As promised, he showed up within that window of time, arriving around 6:20. We were pleased to be able to get a service tech on Saturday and were happy to pay the $90 service call and wait a few hours to get our a/c cooling again that evening. We had a coupon from the website for $30.00 off the $90.00 trip charge which was nice. My husband explained to the tech that the problem was our a/c unit was not cooling. After doing his inspection, the tech told my husband what was needed in order to fix the problem and he began work. The only dissatisfaction we had occurred when the service was completed and the bill was presented. We were surprised about an unexplained charge that was added to the bill. However, after speaking with the owners of the company, the problem was resolved quickly and with no hassle. We are completely satisfied with the service provided and the quality of this company and appreciate the professional way they handled the issue. This is a good company owned and run by honest and reputable people. I am pleased to say that I would use their services again and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

It was excellent. They initially installed our air conditioning unit back in 2010. We were impressed with their completeness in designing our duct system, they gave us recommendation for thermostat location and additional duct. Their pricing was competitive with other companies so we had them installed it and we also got service contract and they have done an excellent job of servicing. We did have problem once with the unit and they replaced it without any problem.

Arrived promptly at 8 am as scheduled. Proceeded to remove old system (AC compressor and air handler). Had old system out by 11am and started install of new system. Had new system in place by 1:30 pm. Had to completely rebuild return and output plenums, connect all plumbing (refrigerant lines and drain lines, emergency drain line relocated). System installed and running by 3:30 pm. Technicians (Yuset and Daniel) were extremely professional, explained what they were doing as they were working, and explained/reviewed how new system functioned as opposed to old system. Thorough explanation of thermostat (programmable) and all functions of system. After completing HVAC installation they cleaned all the old junk out of the attic left behind by the former owner then blew in 7" of fiberglass insulation (R19). They cleaned up all the mess and left the attic and garage cleaner than they found it. Without a question Advanced Air and Refrigeration is one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. From the sales team, scheduling staff, to the technicians they are A1. Thanks, I will most certainly recommend you to anyone looking for HVAC and related services.

I discovered this company on Angie's list. Karen was awesome and the price was reasonable. Tony D showed up on time, was very nice, cleaned out my duct work and oxidized the house, NO MORE ALLERGIES!!! He was very thorough. Mike S performed maintenance service later in the day at my home. He was courteous, patient and quite knowledgable. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company! I'm not sure if you can specifically request a technician, but I'll be asking for Mike when scheduling future maintenance. Both gentlemen wore "plastic booties" every time they entered my home, to minimize tracking in dirt and sand. Top notch professional organization. Thanks everybody!

Mike Smith did an excellent job on this service call by clearly explaining in advance what he was going to do and why. He was very good at responding to our questions and describing technical items in plain language. Mike arrived on time, was methodical in his work, and clearly came across as an expert in what he does. We have had a number of different technicians from Advanced at our place, but we felt that Mike Smith was the best one that we have worked with, and we will be requesting that he perform our next service and/or repair call.

We got an accurate assessment of our problem and an exact estimate of the cost. An appointment was scheduled for the installation and the service person arrived on time. They were very respectful of our home and wore booties before entering. They went about their business and their remedy corrected the problems we were having. When I had a follow-up question they arrived the next day to show me how to set the thermostat so that I would get maximum efficiency. This included a thermostat that they did not install. They did not charge for this call.

Anthony L is extremely knowledgeable and professional. In addition he has a wonderful personality and is very caring.The service he provides is outstanding.He is an excellent representative for Advanced Air.

Lannis, the service tech, is our favorite at Advanced Air. He is the reason we signed up for a 2 year contract. He displayed a friendly demeanor, provided excellent customer service, and accurate technical information. For example, he took extra time to explain how to configure the humidistat which is configured via our electronic thermostat. He describe how the water from the AC unit may flow from our condo to drain outside. He was efficient in checking the systems and very respective of our condo by putting on shoe protectors so he would not track in anythink.

There was a lot of needed work on the neglected systems Brad S. spent 4 hours in the hot summer heat in Naples Florida in my attic to clean, fix and install items. He did an exceptional job and clearly explained how to use the system correctly.
