I use Advanced Air on a regular basis. There was no cost because I have a contract with them for service.

BEST around! Came after hours on a Friday night to find the problem. Had a complete new system inside and out before noon the following Monday! EXCELLENT service!

The tech was excellent, on time & explained everything he was doing when performing the bi-yearly maintenance. The only issue we had was that their credit card machine was not working properly the day he came out. It kept giving error messages which was not a pleasant experience for us that day. But, overall we get great service from them.

We moved into a home that had a unit that was two years old and when we had difficulties with we had used someone locally that we liked and we got him to come out and he took a look at it and the unit was above is capabilities it and too many bells a whistles I guess and what I did was call advance air who put the unit in not for us but for the people who lived here prior to us and so when they came out all they wanted to do was sell me something and tell me how much it was going to cost anyway they fixed the unit and we took the service contract because they gave us a deal on the work that had been done but it was quiet costly to say the least cost and then the air went out actually couple days ago, no we had it serviced probably in June they came out to do the six months thing and all he wanted to do was sell us stuff. I guess we took a power hit couple days ago last week I think and so we call them and they came, they came ten o'clock in the night I give them credit for that one but then again it was to try to sell us something.

It did not go as well as expected. The previous tech that use to come out to my house was great! He was very knowledgeable and really cared. But this last visit at the end our contract to have the maintenance of our system did not go as well. I ended up having to use another company to to recharge the free-on for $243. I have lost faith in Advanced Air, since I had to use someone else outside of them to maintenance our system. The techs seem more like salesman, then technicians and I felt like I was being upsell since it was at the end of my contract.

They did a very fast and great job. We would definitely use them again.

First a rep came to discuss our wants and needs. For our small condo he suggested we not need a big unit. That affects the price so I appreciated his advise. He fully explained the process. The installer was efficient,polite, and professional. I have recommended Gulf Shore Cooling to others. II was very satisfied. Opps Wrong Co. I used Gulf Shore Cooling.

It went very well. They had three installers working as a team in got it done in four hours. I have had a maintenance contract with the vendor so there was no charge for the assessment and quote. I also got a member discount and the FPL energy rebate helped out. Presently, qualifying Trane air conditioners can be financed interest free until January 2021 with equal monthly payments. Wells Fargo and Trane have teamed up to provide the financing, and approval was immediate online. The county inspector came to my condo yesterday and signed off on the installation.

After some initial confusion about the time of my appointment - somehow there was a schedule conflict and no one called to tell me that there was a problem. Their tech arrived to perform the maintenance. I was prepared for the usual song and dance - This or that needs to be replaced-. But after working on the system for about an hour, James reported back to me that he had cleaned the clogged drain and installed a trap to make it easier to clean next time. He said that he would recommed replacing the drain line, but that was up to me. NO high pressure sales.

I think the information above says it all.

I called Advanced Air when my central A/C stopped working one morning. This is an older A/C unit, and it turns out that I needed a new compressor. They refused to fix the compressor, even when I told them that without the repair, I would be forced to go without air conditioning until the next season. They did not care. They repeatedly tried to sell me a list of services that I kept reiterating that I could not afford. They tried to sell me a complete new system at a quoted price of around 20K (yes, that is 20 thousand.) They then tried to sell me a service call contract for around $200 on my current system that they refused to repair. Later that day, I found another company who was more than willing to repair the compressor for me. They did an excellent job. Next year, when I am in the market for a new A/C system, Advanced Air will not receive my business, nor the business of any of my friends. The way this company operates is abominable.

It went very well. He was very courteous and polite and was excellent about explaining all of the details of what he was doing as he went along. We were very pleased with his recommendations for filter replacement, and he even told us the least expensive place to buy them!

Advanced Air is a top-notch organization. From Rob in sales to Elijah, Donovan and Nicholas, the technicians, everyone was at the top of their game. To begin with, Rob was every bit the consummate sales person. He hit every single mark in customer sales and service. From wearing his "booties" before he entered my home, to giving me a follow-up call two days later. He followed up three days later with a post card and a call a week later to ask if I had further questions. He came to give me a quote and performed a thorough investigation of all the information he needed to give me the most accurate data for my specific needs. From accurately measuring every square inch he needed to prepare his quote. (Of the other four quotes I received only Rob did this). He informed me of the benefits of doing business with this company which was beneficial. After giving me his quote, he left information for my further education on the different options I might want to consider to make an informed decision and the benefits of each option. After a few days he called to see if I had further questions or concerns and offered more advice on his products. When all the other four quotes were in, Advanced Air was the leader in quality, and price. But the professionalism didn't stop there. The installers arrived earlier than the appointed time, reviewed my proposal to ensure we were on the same page with the products I ordered and the products they brought, went quickly to work, and were quite efficient in removing the old and installing the new system. There were no excessive noise, and they accepted my refreshments graciously and gratefully. They finished up according to the schedule they promised, provided me with a portable air conditioner so I would not be uncomfortable and when they were done there was no indication they had ever been there. Except my home was WAY more cooler. I could go on and on but the overall comment is to say I couldn't have chosen a better company to buy and install my new air conditioning system. I was very, very pleased and will highly recommend the company to all my family, friends and anyone that asks.

We have used this company for 7yrs and service is usually very good with a yearly contract we get two service maintenance checks per year. This year my service tech was more interested in pushing me to purchase additional products that the company sells instead of paying more attention to the product he was here to service.

Examined the refrigerator for leak and determined that there was a faulty door seal. ordered the seal and replaced the original seal. They arrived on time and were professional. Offered some good advice about the refrigerator.

The tech was on time, thorough, polite, professional and knew his stuff. We decided to upgrade to an annual contract while he was here, which makes my TOTAL annual maintenance cost for a 5T A/C unit about $199.00. I don't know about down here, but where I moved from $199 wouldn't cover a single trip much less annual.

The technician arrived when he said he would. A very friendly, very professional. He did a very good job diagnosing the problem and fixing the issue. I just thought $800 was a little excessive for replacing the condenser fan motor

Here is a copy of the e-mail I sent to Advanced a/c. I wish to thank Michelle for her quick response to my call for a service repair. I spoke to her Thursday afternoon 4/2 and she had Darwin here by 6:30 PM to check out my problem. He determined a leak in the condenser. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Michelle on Friday morning that a unit had been located and could be installed in the afternoon. Yuset & Nicolas were able to complete the repair by 7:PM My compliments to the service team at Advanced. Because of this excellent service experience, and the fact that Advanced honored my extended warranty contract with Trane Air Conditioning. (my previous servicing dealer wanted a $700.00 co payment from me above the price the warranty would pay) I just signed up for the maintenance agreement with Michelle! Thank You, John Kleine

word to the wise; don't trust this company

The service man was very punctual - in fact, he arrived early. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He finished the work in a timely fashion to our satisfaction.

We bought our new a/c system from Advanced Air (after getting estimates from other companies) about a year and a half ago. They are very professional and explained all options thoroughly. They are always on time for the maintenance every 6 months and available to answer any questions we have. Would highly recommend them.

I appreciated the fact that he behaved professionally and wore little booties to protect my floor. But I had hired them to clean my air ducts. I went about my business while he went to work. I found out later that he had serviced my furnace, which I had not asked them to do. Apparently it was a miscommunication with their office, and yet they charged me for it. They did not clean my air ducts as I had hired them to do. I actually agreed to a $2000 contract because he was such a smooth talker. He was a salesman, more than an HVAC serviceman. I shouldn't have to pay for a miscommunication. I had to go all the way up to the manager to receive a refund. I felt very ripped out, and disappointed in myself for buying his spiel. Relatives and neighbors all told my to steer clear of this company, but it was too late. It felt like a bait and switch.

It felt like they were trying to sell you a bill of goods. The service follow-up is not great. We were questioning were they selling us extra things that we really didn?t need. It wasn?t a real comfortable situation. I wouldn't want anybody to call them.

This is a first class operation. Loyal long term employees were conscientious and diligent in every facet of the task. Follow up testing of the system confirmed a successful installation. I signed up for a two year maintenance contract with them. This is a very good company to do business with.

Sales person didn't even go in rooms that we complained weren't getting any air. Sales person didn't go in the attic to look at ducts. The sales person (not technician) concluded without inspection that we needed all new equipment and duct work. The quote was well over 10k. This company should send out technicians with their sales people so people feel like they are getting accurate information and options.
