They delivered and installed the hot tub. After the needed electrical upgrade work had been done they came back to finish installation, to fill the tub and review it's operation and maintenance.

Outstanding Experience! Great presentation of product lines. I chose the Helicol solar. Works like a dream. Friendly install crew and very polite. They went above and beyond most other pool/ spa companies I've dealt with. The plumber on the crew streamlined all new PVC for my pool pump system and installed a new pump. I never thought plumbing could be a work of art, but my new system is thanks to Advance Solar!

Excellent. They fixed the original problem and a few other leaks I did not know about.

They were absolutely wonderful. I have used them before as well. They have always done good work. They were very punctual, and came out the next day after I called. They were very effiecnt and were done within 30 minutes.

They used white instead of balck pipes that stand out. But it fixed the problem of the leak.

They came at the time they promised and stayed within the estimate price.

The job was done on schedule, was a neat job but.....a leak on the roof showed next day and the Navigator was left not adjusted properly, thus remained very slow, I called, a visit was promised but the pool service personnel I contract came first to fix it. I called Advance and cancelled their visit. I am sure Advance will have come.

Through the proces of replacing a water tank/heater the installer broke my dolly that he borrowed and broke the cable of the photovoltaic source that runs the solar heating pump. The company did not come back to repair nor have they followed up. As I am scared of people who break one part while fixing the other I would refrain from working with them again.

We recently purchased our home and were unfamiliar with pool equipment. We called ADVANCE SOLAR & SPA for issue of pump leaking, a general assessment of why our water was green, and information on non-chlorine systems. I told them I'd found them on ANGIE'S LIST and was looking forward to giving them a good review. They promptly sent out Tech#1 who determined we needed a new pump filter, and replaced the large washers (o-rings) on the chlorinator and pump, using glue, and said they would return to bring & install the new filter. We had questions about our equipment and this tech uttered only a few words during his visits. He appeared to know what he was doing, but just would not communicate. He came back in a few days with the filter and installed it, leaving our old filter at the end of the driveway without saying anything about it. After he left we tried to put chlorine tablets in the chlorinator, but it wouldn't open. It was glued tight. I called to report the problem and ask for some advice on how to get our water clear again - it was still green. They promptly sent over Tech #2 who did answer our questions, but he was unable to open the chlorinator after much effort with a huge wrench. He said he couldn't force it because if he broke it the company would have to replace it. When I asked how to get our water clear, he said that wasn't his area - he didn't know about the water/chlorine/chemistry issues, they didn't deal with that part - just repair of pool/solar equipment. He did say that with as much algae as we had, it would have been better to continue using the old filter and keep cleaning it and not install the new one until the algae was gone because once that algae was in the new filter it was difficult to get rid of. (By now, the old filter had been taken away with our garbage.) When I received their bill, I was still unable to open the chlorinator and the water was still green. I contacted their customer service manager and basicallynegotiated that I would pay their bill in full if they would either get my chlorinator open or if that wasn't possible - to replace it. He agreed and promptly sent out Tech#3 who did end up replacing the chlorinator. In summary, I believe all 3 techs knew how to fix pool equipment, but none had the goal of leaving us in good working order. Two techs left our home and considered the job "finished" even though, due to their work, the chlorinator was glued shut. If they were unable to solve that problem while there, they should have called their manager for direction and gotten permission to replace the chlorinator if they had to break it to get it open. The company did respond promptly to send out a tech each time I called, but thiscould have been handled more efficiently and professionally with better communication between the techs and their manager, and by the representative I spoke with at my first call, who could have explained that all they did was fix equipment and would not beable to assist in resolving my green water, cleaning my filter, or advising me on non-chlorine systems.

They were very courteous, prompt and reasonable. The price was good.

Were fast to return call, quick on estimate, figured out some problems from previous installer years ago and fixed them. Came back when other problems arose from past installe of years ago and corrected them at no charge Great salesman / great installers / great trouble shooting They were not out to just charge for everting they truly like helping Will used again for all my needs in the pool, spa and heater area

Larry, our salesman, quoted us on a complete package - solar panels and heat pump for our pool and a solar hot water system. We opted originally to just do the pool package. They arrived on time and did a very good job on the installation. The system works as promised. As an aside, it's early November and we do need the solar pool cover to "keep up". We haven't needed the heat pump yet. When FP&L offered an incentive to install solar domestic hot water systems we had Advance proceed with that project. They installed the system on July 13th and I have not had the breakers "on" for the hot water tank since. I estimate that with the FP&L rebate and the Federal Tax Credit, it will take under 4 years to reach payback and the system has a 10 year warranty. I figure that's 6+ years of "free" hot water.

We were very pleased with them. The guy was very professional and very helpful. He explained all the tax benefits because there are tax benefits for doing it. It just was a very pleasant experience. There was no hard sell or anything. He just came in and talked to us and explained the whole thing. We were very pleased with them.

Project went very smoothly from initial contact to completion. Work was done very neatly and no debris or mess was left at the site.

The installation went very well. We have had the installation for 1 year now and have been very satisfied.

Called the company on a Saturday. Monday morning at 8 AM I received a call that the serviceman would be at my home by 10 AM. He arrived shortly before 10 AM, found the problem & fixed it.

I PAY ONLY $65 A MONTH. I THINK THAT IS EXCELLENT. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. EVERYTHING IN THE POOL IS WORKING PROPERLY AND THE CHEMICALS ARE BALANCED. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND COME THE DAY THEY ARE SCHEDULED.
