Established in 1983, Advance Solar & Spa is the largest and oldest solar contractor in south Florida. We are family-owned and operated with offices in Ft. Myers & Ft. Lauderdale to help you with your pool heating, solar electric, solar hot water and spa needs. Our mission: At Advance Solar, we operate with integrity in every aspect of our business, placing the customer first with outstanding 5 star service, superior energy efficient products and professional, reputable installations. Our growth and success lies in continued advancement of our staff through education in our craft and industry. I am sorry for any confusion regarding our billing and payment terms. Most companies collect on site at the install or even prior to the install. We did not collect a deposit and billed for our services once the job was complete. We will always work with a customer as long as there is communication. Description of Work: Advance Solar repaired a pipe on the roof that was leaking. Since we were leaving for a trip soon, getting the repair done quickly was imperative, and the company was very responsive. The representative also did a quick check of the overall system at my request while he was there to make the repair and confirmed that the system is overall in good shape.

Description of Work: Installed 10 solar panels. They were punctual, explained clearly the process, and the panels worked beautifully for the final month of our time in Florida. The only flaw: they did not return our phone call requesting advice as to turning off the panels in preparation for our 6 months away from our home in Florida.
