This was the second complete new roofing job we commissioned with Adler Roofing over the course of three years at two different properties. Being out of country owners, we felt comfortable and confident with Adler carrying out the job and giving us timely updates on their progress. The service was perform very well and no issues at all. Once I was able to obtain in the office, she walked through the process and how the process will work from start to finish. The sale person was very good with this process as well.

Ad-ler Roofing was great to work with. After Hurricane Ian, I called a number of roof companies, but Adler was the only one who showed up in person and didn't require me to sign away insurance benefits or pay up front. Their estimate was very competitive as well. At each turn of the re-roof process I found someone always there, just an email or text away, to answer my many questions. I received good advice from them and they met their aggressive delivery and re-roof schedule almost to the day! Many of my neighbors in my gated community in SW Florida still have blue tarps on their roofs because they chose to work with another company. As an aside, during the "drying in" phase of the install process, a worker inadvertently spilled some tar on my brick driveway pavers. When I called Adler about it they apologized and said "Get it cleaned and we'll pay for it." I was appreciative of this 'no questions asked' solution. I just had my hurricane Ian damaged roof replaced by Adler Roofing and was very happy with the job they did. They were on the lower end of the estimates I received. Communication was great. They emailed regular updates and included photos throughout the process. Roof looks great and they were tidy leaving jobsite clean. I would use them again in the future.

Adler's communication was excellent. They kept us informed as to when the crews would be on site. They provided updates as needed. They were easy to contact and answered all questions. All crews were on time and provided excellent workmanship. The crews were thorough in their clean-up and resolved all minor issues. Adler re-roofed our home after Hurricane Ian and did not gouge us as several other roofers had proposed much inflated estimates. Adler will be my first call after the next Hurricane.

Overall a good job. Started a little later than expected, but I know how crazy things were after Ian.

Adler was great. I had a problem not associated with the work they were doing for me and they assisted. They replaced our roof, came when they said they would and did a great job.

We had our old roof removed. A new roof was put on in two days. The property was cleaned after the new roof was done. There have been no leaks since roof was replaced. Very happy with new roof.

The Adler company and their employees were all very professional and efficient. The tear off and new installation crews were extremely hard working and did top notch work. The office staff was friendly and right on top of communication, the paperwork, inspections and other follow up. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs you may have.

After Ian, we received several estimates from various roofing companies and Corey gave us a reasonable price for the entire roof replacement. Gloria was very thorough explaining the whole process and would always respond quickly to my emails. Overall, we are pleased with the the outcome of our roof.

This was our second time using Adler Roofing due to hurricane repair. In the aftermath and with all of the homes needing repair they were fairly quick in responding to any questions. We had a minor issue with billing which was resolved with minimal effort. The tear down of the old roof was a little "rough" we had a lot of cleanup to complete on our own.

We needed a new roof following the destruction of hurricane Ian. Adler Roofing was there for us. Their staff was professional, efficient and responsive to our needs. We are located just east of down town Fort Myers on Jame St. We sustained much damage to our roof from hurricane Ian. After much consideration, we decided to go with Adler Roofing. They were professional and personal when presenting their proposal. They answered all my questions and concerns. After signing the contract, Adler Roofing scheduled our roof replacement. They were prompt with their schedule date and worked long hours to complete our roof until the job was completed. They took pictures of rotted plywood during their tear off of the old roof and replaced the rotten plywood with new plywood, and from the looks of those pictures, thank goodness they did just that. Who knows if any other roofer would have taken the extra steps to do so and take pictures of before and after. We are very happy with our new roof and recommend ADLER ROOFING.
