Our project started out with a subcontractor delivering our roof tile without any sort of notice. They off-loaded 19 pallets of tile onto our driveway. They put the pallets on one side of our driveway so we could still use the garage. When the same subcontractor came back to "load" the pallets onto the roof, they put down what I thought to be inferior plywood to protect our driveway from the huge forklift that lifted the pallets. So, when the job was done and the plywood removed, there were huge breaks in the concrete with jagged edges sticking up, a dangerous situation for us and our special needs son. I needed to make the driveway safer, so I bought a pry bar and 10 bags of river pebbles to make it safer. Our driveway was painted, stamped concrete, original to the 1999 house build, so it was impossible to match for a repair of the breaks. I then asked about Adler's insurance coverage, and was told that they are self-insured. Then they referenced a single sentence in their contract saying they were not responsible for any driveway damage. I couldn't leave the driveway in that condition, so I began a search for a replacement. In the meantime, I had negotiated a fair settlement with an employee that supposedly had authority to resolve the problem. He was to come out and inspect the damage, but instead told me after several weeks of waiting, that his superiors had overruled him and said they were not responsible. My personal dilemma is that the roof work was great, but the hassle of trying to correct an unsafe situation with numerous promises that were never kept, makes me want to warn future customers of my experience.

I hired Ad-Ler to put a new roof on my house because they have a great reputation and I observed them working on other homes in my community. They really delivered. Roberto, my construction manager was very responsive to any call I made. He communicated very well throughout the entire process. The crew always left a clean worksite at the end of the day. You can't go wrong with Ad-Ler!!!

Our re-roof was done professionally and was cost effective, with excellent site supervision by Roberto. We are VERY pleased with the finished product. Office communication could be improved, but the quality of the work & supervision was excellent.

After a 2 month delay due to paperwork, the job was started and completed. If you have “Cuba” in charge of the job, you are in great hands! He made sure my needs were met and even exceeded my expectations of coming back twice to check for nails left behind so myself or kids didn’t step on them. Overall, very satisfied with my roof and the customer service I received from Cuba! I wish more roofers were like him and always listening to their customers.

Found Ad-Ler extremely challenging to work with. They use a phone service to screen all calls, then you wait and hope for your call or email might be returned. Other than speaking with someone from accounting (only because they wanted the next payment installment), communication with the company was absolutely horrible. Also ran into numerous delays with no explanation or updates provided. Would suggest if you are investing over $50,000 in a new roof, that you search for another company that will value your business and keep you informed every step of the way.

This company is very professional and provides a quality product and service. From the first meeting with Glenn the companies estimator/ Sales representative and thoughout the entire process we were kept informed on every step of the roof installation. Re-roof of home following Hurricane Ian. Went with Ad-Ler after receiving 5 bids. They were fairly priced and the Bud proposal was very clear and specific as to scope. We were kept updated on schedule and the site was always left clean. Lanai screens torn during tear-off but Ad-Ler was very easy to work with on handling the damages. Highly recommended. The roof looks great!!

Everything went fine as in their proposal once they got started, cleaned up job site nicely, removed and replaced existing gutters without any damage, now awaiting Final Approval on Construction Permit from city. The estimated time frame was right on target. No problem in contacting them by phone or e-mail when needed. Only difficulty was a language problem with the hard working crews but we worked everything out without any issues

Adler did great setting the time frame and completing the job. Material lead times were provided after placing the order and delivered on schedule. Crews were scheduled to perform the job when material was available. Happy with the high quality of the underlayment material, crews showed up daily when the work could proceed and did an excellent job with the tear off and installation. Will definitely recommend to others.

Adler Roofing checked all of the boxes when we were looking for contractors to replace our roof after Hurricane Ian. They responded quickly to our inquiry about obtaining a quote for the work needed and before we knew it Corey was at our property to assess the damage. Corey was friendly, worked quickly, answered all of our many questions, and got us the quote we needed. Corey was up front about the work to be done and the expectations we could depend on. Signing the contracts to start such a large project can be scary but between Melissa in the office and Corey just a phone call away, we were confident in our choice of contractor. The roof work was done efficiently, crews were professional and clean, and we had a new roof installed with beautiful shingles. Melissa was always available anytime we had questions l, answering what seemed like before we even pushed send, and was a joy to work with. We are very pleased we chose Adler Roofing for our home.

When it was time to replace our roof after Hurricane Ian we chose Adler out of three estimates from roofing companies. They explain their work in detail from start to finish. Adler was also great to work with when we had a minor repair after Hurricane Irma. That repair held up fine after Hurricane Ian so we have faith the entire new roof will hold up for future hurricanes. All around good work. Thank you Adler.

I can't say enough about my stress fee experience with this company. The representative Cory was such a delight. Answered all our questions. Then tear off day of the old shingles I had a few more questions because it was hard to tell how the plywood looked under the old shingles. The Foreman incharged was so easy to talked to. Showed me pictures of the roof after the old roof was removed & even pictures of the new plywood and every step as it was installed and completed. Same as to when they installed the new roof. Honestly on all the work they did. If it was bad they showed me pictures and gave me a choice and They're professional opinion. We would highly recommend this trustworthy company.

The roof tear off part of the job was terrible. Hundreds of nails left behind in the yard and pool. Rude crew member. Urinated on side of the house. Damaged our pool water supply system. Tar marks left on pavers. However, the customer service was very good and they sent us a much better crew for the install part of the job and clean up. They paid for the pool damage. The final result was good, but our initial experience was very stressful.

We were pleased with their service. They were responsive in answering our questions and provided an accurate timeline of when the work would be completed. We would definitely use them in the future.

Adler did a good job on our roof. They were overall easy to work with and were flexible on timing. As issues came up they were responsive in their follow up. They communicate mostly by email which is fine although it might be nice to be able to speak with an actual person if needed.

We needed a complete roof replacement of the tile roof on our 4,000 square foot house that was approximately 22 years old. We signed our contract with Ad-Ler Roofing Inc to do so in late March of 2022. The expectation was that the roof would be completed within about six months of signing, however at this time it was understood that supply chains were still disrupted due to the Covid Pandemic. There was some delay in obtaining the selected replacement tiles, which were received in late July of 2022, whereupon the old roof tear-off began. As is typical of such a re-roof, it was discovered that some of the plywood sub-roof needed to be replaced. Ad-Ler had explained at the outset that this was a possibility, and the number of replacement plywood sheets (9), other needed lumber and ancillary labor was reasonable, totaling a little over $2,000.- Per standard practice, the new roof membrane was laid as the old roof was removed, roof anchoring and other matters were attended to, and stacks of the tile were placed across the roof to allow the roof to adjust to the new roof's load. Ad-Ler planned to begin installing the tiles during the week of September 26, 2022, but as that time approached so did Category 4 Hurricane Ian. Realizing that the hurricane strike was imminent, Ad-Lar crews went to our house at the beginning of that week and secured the site by, among other things, zip-tying all of the stacks of tile to weather the storm. Hurricane Ian hit our property n September 28, 2022. Most of the damage to the area was from a 10-15 foot storm surge, and from high winds. Our house sustained no damage, and there were no roof leaks, nor were any tiles dislodged or lost. Thousands of homes in our area were damaged or destroyed by IAN, and the need and demand for emergency roofing repair was astronomical. As a result, Ad-ler did not return to being installing our roof until the third week of November, 2023. At one point during the install process, the crew didn't show up and Ad-Ler's production manager advised it was because the crew's driver was sick and they didn't have a backup driver. After a further short delay due to a shortage of oxide material, the work resumed on December 1 and the tile installation was completed on December 5. During the last stage of the installation process the Ad-Ler crew damaged several adjacent gutters in the front of our property, which Ad-Ler and its crew readily acknowledged. The local authorities successfully completed their quality inspection of the roof on December 12, 2022. As of this time, the only remaining items were for Ad-ler to arrange (and pay for) repair of our damaged gutters (to which Ad-Ler readily agreed) and to receive a certificate of roof completion for submission to our insurance company. One of the aftereffects of Hurricane Ian was that all available gutter repair services were overwhelmed by the demand. Between December of 2022 and July 4, 2023, Ad-Lar contacted countless gutter repair firms, many of which never responded, a few of which placed our job "on their list" and only one or two came by to look at the job...which was critical to our drainage but not an extensive repair. Finally, one company did give Ad-Ler and estimate and advised they could do the repair in a few hours, but only the Fourth of July, which they did. In summary, our re-roof experience was what we or Ad-Ler expected when we signed our contract. The Covid Pandemic and Mother Nature are primarily responsible for the difficulties we encountered, and it was a trying time for all. In the end we feel that we got an excellent roof at a fair price. Although it took a while, Ad-ler delivered on its promises.

Overall the project itself went well. We are satisfied with the final project. However, the communication between crews, project managers, and office staff is horrible. With a new answering system, according to the manager of the company, return phone calls are hard to come by. I am still waiting for the manager of the company to call me back, as he stated he would, from approx. 2 months ago regarding extra charges for repairs. If I were to recommend any changes, it would be communication because there is definitely a problem there. On a good note, if you have the opportunity to deal with Corey, salesperson, you will have a pleasant experience. He was always available to anwer any and all questions and got back to you quickly. Give him a raise!! Outside of the communication, the workmanship was great. Would recommend this company.

From start to finish Ad-ler Roofing far exceded my expectations. From inspection, to tear down to completion, I was informed of the process by prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable craftsmen. This group definitely knows what they are doing! I had heard so many horor stories from others on their roof redo after a hurricane. Not the case with Ad-ler. It was an easy, painfree experience. Look no further than Ad-ler when you need a roofer.
