Be advised that this company installed the wrong concrete tile and when advised of what occurred the said no it was not their responsibility which I have paperwork that shows otherwise and said no to removing and no to any money for us to keep the roof, in other words they screwed up and now they won't take any responsibility for it. I guess I will have to hire an attorney to get them to correct what they screwed up. DON'T USE THIS ROOFER BY ALL MEANS

The re-roof went extremely well, as a Florida Certified General Contractor, I only have good things about this company. If asked Yes I would defiantly use Ad-ler Roofing again. They placed plywood on the paver driveway to prevent any damage and very timely removed the old tile roof and underlayment, since some of the plywood deck was damage they replaced all of the damaged plywood at of course an additional cost. As I have been working in Texas the past ten years I would love for Ad-ler Roofing to do my work there also.

The crew was diligent. hard working and professional. I have a 3600 sf single story home with both attached and detached garages, so it was a reasonably large job. The waste was removed from the yard and driveway daily and the new roofs look fabulous. In the middle of the re-roofing we had a scare from Hurricane Dorian and the crew came out to secure stacks of tile already on the roof and to remove other supplies and plywood to keep them from projectiles. I'm very pleased with the job done.

From beginning to end, Adler was great. We quoted 5 different roofers and Adler was number 1 in cost. They out performed the competition in cost, quality of work and attention to customer satisfaction. A total new roof with no hassles and at a great price. Adler is number one in roofing.They put customer satisfaction first.

Couldn't have gone better. The whole process including the people in the office to the workers on site delivered on what they promised. The property was cleaned up every night. The driveway was clear of dumpsters and trucks every night. The workmanship was excellent, so much so that my neighbor who had signed a contract with another roofer cancelled the contract, signed on with Adler. My neighbor who observed the work that Adler had done.

Adler roofing was a pleasure to work with from estimate to completion of the job. Corey Vines handled my estimate and was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with Gloria Gropelli, she handled my project from teardown to completion always kept me informed on what was going on. I love how she would email me and keep me informed on the progress of my reroof she is very knowledgeable an asset to Adler roofing.

Project Went very well. Ad-Ler is a first class company and a pleasure to deal with. The personnel we dealt with were excellent especially Glori, Glenn and Ryan. Ad-Ler is a top professional organization with the highest integrity, honesty and responsiveness. The house looks great. We would definitely recommend them.

I have waited three weeks for these backward, ignorant wanna-be roofers to have the courtesy to respond to my request to speak with someone. I outlined the project very clearly. Nothing came from them at all... not even an acknowledgment of my request. I urge anyone in need of roofing or repairs to contact someone other than ADLER unless you have three weeks or three months to wait for these unprofessional, backward cretins to respond.

Ad Ler Roofing did a Great job. From the first visit from Corey, to the last inspection, all tasks were handled in a professional manner with superb workmanship and excellent communications. I was advised in each step in the process. I would be more than happy to recommend Ad Ler to anyone.

We took bids from a few companies, and felt Adler Roofing gave us the best price and timeline. In our neighborhood, many of the roofs are 20-25 years old and many people are replacing them now. Because of wait times due to past hurricanes and storms, we were prepared to wait 6 months for our new roof. However, Adler finished our roof in less than 3 months. We had a couple of questions at the end of the job that were answered quickly and professionally. Would recommend this company! Gloria in the office was easy to work with and we are very pleased with our new roof!

The work was completed on dates promised, The employees had an excellent work ethic. We were extremely pleased with the completed project so much so I went on our local community web site and recommended Adler Roofing to our neighbors.

AdLer Roofing handled everything as they said they would. They acquired the permits from the Township, sent samples of roofing tiles, protected the driveway, removed the old tile, we nailed the to current codes, waterproofed, delivered and placed the new tile and finally installed the tiles and caps. They cleaned up behind themselves including pressure washing the tops and sides of the screened in lanai. The administration staff were very helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Being a contractor myself, I really appreciated the great treatment. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who asked.

It was the smoothest process dealing with Adler. THE best experience I have actually had in working with a Florida business; from the first phone call to the final inspection. I highly recommend Adler for their customer service, workmanship and pricing- it goes unmatched! Thank you- I have already told many neighbors about them and will continue to tell people I know that also need a repair or an entire roof, like we did.

We were a previous customer with this firm but obviously did not mean anything to them considering the way they treated us. Trying to contact the Estimator was almost impossible. Messages were left at his office. numerous time When he did return call I had almost given up. He missed coming to our home twice when he set up appointments.......and no phone call or message that he could not come. We waited twice. The last missed appointment was after I approved the repair quote and had another 2 places with leaks he thought he should look at.

Selected Adler Roofing after interviewing and receiving 5 quotes. Narrowed down the list of roofers by asking around locally and from Angie's List. Initially planned to go with cement tile but had over a six month wait due to backlog. Changed mind during wait and decided to go with standing seam aluminum. Job started in late January and completed in 6 working days. Office staff was excellent and answered my many questions promptly and with patience. Work crew was very professional, worked hard, and was very careful about our property. Special recognition to Gloria, who schedules the work, and Tom, who is charge of the metal roofing part of the business. Adler was not the lowest price, but was close enough to the lowest price that their professionalism gave me the confidence that the differential was worth it to work with a company that would get the job done with minimal issues. i would definitely recommend Adler Roofing for a metal standing seam roof installation.
