Adler roofing was very professional. The office coordinated all the phases of the construction. I was notified each time they worked at the property . They kept the premises clean and in good condition. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. From our initial appointment to the finished product, everything was top notch. They came when they said they would, on time, every day. We were kept informed via email regarding who would be coming and what they would be doing. We needed to have some boards on the roof replaced due to water damage, and they supplied photos of the damage and the replaced boards. They also replaced some bad trim boards, even inside of our pool cage. The crews were great...polite, hard working, and they left our yard the way they found it, every day. We would highly recommend Ad-ler Roofing!

The work was done well. The office communication was excellent, Gloria was great. My major complaint is that work was started right before Christmas. There was no additional work done between Christmas and after New Year’s. And during that time the crew left debris on the roof that blew off into the yard and into our neighbors’ yards, they left hats and nails and empty drink containers in my yard. There Where extension cords left hanging off my roof for weeks while no work was being completed. During that time we had complaints from our HOA as well as our neighbors from the mess that was left over the holidays.

The process from start to finish was extremely easy. Corey came out the same day and gave us the price. Gloria was very informative and you could tell the office was extremely organized. Gloria effectively communicated all the steps being taken and kept us informed. The workers were professional during install and cleaned up after themselves. Overall it was a great experience and I will recommend Adler over and over again to neighbors.

I got three estimates before making my decision on what company I was going to hire. AD-LER Roofing gave me a comparable price to one company and the third estimate was much higher. So, based on the fact that AD-LER Roofing was a local company with a long history in the area, and the salesman Cory provided how the entire process would work, I chose AD-LER. The office manger Gloria was fantastic keeping me informed of dates of different aspects of the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roof work.

My husband and I are both in the construction industry and deal with contractors on a daily basis. From the very start Adler’s responsiveness was spot on. Corey came out to the property the next day and provided a price within a day or two. Once we signed the agreement we were contacted immediately by Gloria and she requested our color selection. Thereafter the roof tiles were ordered and the permit was pulled. During this time there was communication from Adler of all the steps being taken. Once the tile removal began the crew was extremely professional and at the end of the day was cleaning up thoroughly, scouring our yard for nails using magnets and flashlights paying specific attention to our driveway. Once the tiles arrived at our home the roof was loaded and the installation began within a few days. The installation went smoothly and final inspection was called in and passed. Most importantly we didn’t have one leak after dry-in and still don’t today. This says a lot about the quality of work when we see many neighbors having leak issues after getting a new roof. Honestly being in construction for so long I have to say that I would highly recommend Adler for their professionalism, quality of work, responsiveness and communication. Adler has been in business for over 30 years, they are local and they are NOT a hurricane chaser. We truly appreciate everything they did to make the roof process easy and fast! If went fine. There was a little delay was a little delay in the installation of the roof because they were backed up with roofs because of the hurricane replacements. But overall I was very satisfied.

Removal of old roof took less then two days & cleanup went well. When tile was delivered the roof was completed within a reasonable length of time. Crews were easy to work with as well as office personnel. Project was completed in a reasonable length of time with good workmen ship

With the exception of some communication issues and difficulty finding the supervisor, the roof replacement was excellent. I would like to have seen more from the supervisor in the field, but they have multiple jobs going. All in all, a great experience and the roof looks fantastic

Adler made it very easy from Corey who responded to my request very quickly. To Gloria who kept the communication open on all of the phases of the job.

Our roof rework still fell in the aftermath of Irma, even 2 full years past Irma. ALL roofers were busy trying to Catch up with the work, and Roof Tile Inventory was a challenge. Once we made a commitment to Alder for our roof project, we felt Adler responded best they could, given the work load and inventory wait times. They kept us informed as to delivery dates and status, and always responded to calls and emails during the process. Once the tile was delivered for the job, I actually felt like we were their only client. The job went quickly, from start to finish. The roofing crew were there daily (except for a couple weather days of rain), until the job was done. The tear off, drying in, and final roof work went smoothly. The completion was delayed for a week because some tile that came in the shipment was chipped or cracked, not leaving enough to complete the job. But, the shortage was ordered immediately, delivered in just over a week, and the crew was back immediately to finish the job. There were a couple aesthetic issues that I discussed with the company, and Adler stepped up, corrected them, and finished the job. I have to say that my neighborhood builder is using Adler on the new home construction. So, I was able to see plenty examples of their work before hand. All of the staff, especially Gloria, were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Adler for your roofing project.

Very well. Corey, my salesperson, was very responsive, helpful, and patient, answered all my questions, explained the options well, and gave good guidance; the project manager, Glen, was also considerate and helpful and gave me confidence; and Gloria was super professional, as well, very attentive and kept me advised on the progress of the work, through photographs and emails, while the work was being done, because I was traveling. Now that I see the finished product I am very pleased with Ad Ler. Bottom line: reasonable price an professional service.

Adler had the best price out of five bids. We never go with the lowest, but upon recommendation from neighbors, we moved forward with Adler and we so happy we did. They were prompt, the communication lines were always open. I would highly recommend Adler for your roofing needs!

Everything went well. The delay in completing the roof was only because of the tile company being behind schedule

I reviewed at least 10 different roofing companies. Some wanted me to sign over the whole job before even getting an estimate or my Insurance Company"s approval. Those would have been a big scam. Adler was as honest and straight forward as I could hope to have plus they were friendly, responsive and did excellent work. As I live elsewhere (this being a second home) they sent photos and updates at every step. The work site was kept neat, orderly and clean and the final cost was very reasonable, much much less that the other scam roofers. They were also one of the few roofers that were specifically recommended by the Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning Association. Overall very happy and would highly recommend them.
