Our total project called for re-roofing of 3 villas. These comments refer to the 3rd building. Similar to the two previous buildings the last one also was done without any problem. This one took a bit longer due to bad weather but all worked out well.

This was the second building which we re roofed. The process was very good and all steps were communicated ahead of time.

The project was handled very well from A to Z. Very responsive office staff. We were informed to next steps ahead of time in each case.

Outstanding! Great price, hard working team, great communication, zero damage to driveway pavers, and great cleanup at the end of each day.

Excellent job. Everything within Ad-Ler’s control went exactly as promised. Rainy weather delayed completion a bit, but nothing could’ve been done about that. Job crew very meticulous in cleaning up after every day. I was kept informed at all phases of the project. Thanks, Ad-Ler.

Adler Roofing did a great job. Once we were put on the production schedule, their crews stripped, dried in and tiled our roof in a couple of weeks. That’s pretty amazing. I have seen homes in the neighborhood sit for months waiting to get tiled. Gloria in the office is amazing to work with. She keeps you inform in every step of the process. Also, their prices are very reasonable, they don’t gouge you like other roofing companies. I definitely would use them again and recommend them.

From first contact to completion can say it was handled in a proper and professional manner. We were really pleased in how well everything went and we were kept well informed about start dates /completion date etc. Can recommend them to anyone without hesitation an excellent job 5 star performance!!!!!

I was very happy with Adler roofing and there crew, they stayed in touch with us about scheduling date. They showed up on time and when they said they would. The worked for efficient and go the roof done within a week. Start to finish including final inspection. Couldn’t be happier. Will definitely recommend

Regret hiring this company. Horrible communication. Inflated surprise charges. Very stressful and frustrating process. Crews don't show up as promised, even when no weather issues. You would expect better service when you're spending close to $30K for a roof. And please don't tell me it was because of COVID-19. Lots of companies WFH and still answer the phone.

FANTASTIC!!! From the moment we began getting quotes for our re-roof, we were immediately impressed with Adler Roofing. Corey was professional and answered all of the questions that we had. He corresponded with us on the phone and then presented us with a fair contract. We then dealt with Gloria and Melissa in the office during the re-roof. Gloria kept us up to date with the entire process and Melissa took care of payments. We can honestly say, that both ladies were professional on the phone and through email and they gave us prompt responses. Both roofing crews that were sent to the house were A+++. Their work was impeccable! We are both so glad we decided to choose Adler Roofing. You will not be disappointed!!

We needed a new roof installed because we had damage from hurricane Irma. After meeting with numerous roofers, we decided to go with Ad-ler. They not only had the best price, but they were great with reaching out to us, following up, and making sure to answer all the questions we had. We also had a neighbor who was very happy with their install. I would highly recommend this company.

I asked Adler to submit a quote on my roof in April...and they never came out to see the actual home or to meet with me. The other companies I contacted did come and meet with me...and were able to keep social distance. Very impersonal on their part and due to just using satellite image, their pricing was very high. But the lack of personal attention was really disheartening.

Most homeowners hire a roofer only once or twice in their lifetime, and it can be a difficult decision. There are so many stories about roofing companies stealing deposits, failing to show up to work or not finishing the job, and especially a poor quality installation. I have worked with contractors for many years, and there was probably more uncertainty and expense with a roof replacement than any other renovation project. You don't want to make the wrong decision in selecting a roofing company and signing a contract. We were very fortunate to have found Adler Roofing. They did not require an initial deposit, they performed the work in a highly professional manner, and always met the deadlines they promised. The work crews were skilled, polite, and neat, and we were very pleased with the final job. The job started on the date promised, and was completed much earlier than anticipated. We especially enjoyed comments from neighbors about how quickly the job was completed after the start, and the compliments about the quality of the job. Indeed, I was so pleased with the work and the company that I just hired them to replace another tile roof on a rental home in Naples that we own.

This is the second review I have written about Adler Roofing (Ft.Myers, FL). The first review pertained to the full tile rip-off and new tile installation on my current home in Naples FL. I was very anxious about signing that contract, as I had heard and read horror stories about roofers. I was concerned as to whether they would show up after receiving the large deposit, and whether the job would be completed without serious problems. I was also concerned about the potentially open-ended expense of replacing rotten plywood, as I was not in a position to determine what was needed. All of my concerns proved to be unnecessary with Adler Roofing. This family operated business has been around for a long time, and their business practices show they know how to treat customers properly. I could not have been more pleased with the office staff and the roof installers. All were professional, and the office staff was especially pleasant and communicative when needed. They provided pictures on a regular basis, and justified easily any additional work that was needed. The replacement of plywood proved to be a minimal issue, and I appreciated their conscientiousness in inspecting all aspects of the existing roof for defects. It was an easy decision to sign another contract with this company to replace the roof on my former home in Naples (currently rented). The office staff and the installers again proved to be reliable, cooperative, and timely. The job was finished well ahead of the original promised date, and was completed without any problems. My advice to prospective customers is to avoid non-local roofers. Sign on with a family owned company that has survived for decades in a difficult business. Adler Roofing knows what they are doing, and they do it well and honestly.

Ad Ler did a great job removing, repairing, and installing a new roof system. Punctual, on time, the entire job was completed in a week and a half. Knowledgeable great employees that cleaned up the worksite each day. Would definitely hire them again. Great communication from the front office!!

We would, without hesitation, recommend Adler Roofing Inc. of Ft. Myers, Florida to repair or replace any roof. Our recent experience was a total re-roof project which lasted four weeks from start to finish. Each evening the work site was cleared of all debris. There was never an unsightly dumpster on our driveway as all materials were removed by Adler trucks. This allowed us use of our garage each evening. Adler's bid was very competitive and additionally no payment was required until the tear off began. Final payment was made after the county CO. We are extremely pleased with the final product. Adler Roofing did an excellent job removing our old roofing tiles, repairing damaged areas and installing a new concrete tile roof. This is a very professional and competent company. They were highly recommended by two of my neighbors, so I called for a bid. Their salesperson arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. Their proposal was straightforward and the price was competitive, especially compared to post Hurricane Irma prices that some of our neighbors paid. Adler completed the project ahead of schedule and the final price was exactly what they had bid, with no change orders needed. Their crew cleaned up every day and used trucks instead of dumpsters for the debris. They did not leave tools and equipment laying around at the end of the day. We are very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend Adler Roofing to anyone planning a new roof in our area.

Our roof was completed and passed inspection on 4/7/2020. Adler Roofing did a fantastic job. The job began on Monday, 3/23/20 and was completed on 4/3/20. Unlike other roofing projects we observed in our community, there were crews on the job everyday from start to finish. We were extremely pleased with the fact that Adler crews cleaned up every day prior to their leaving. Even more so we did not have to deal with a dumpster in our driveway. Adler uses their own trucks to remove roofing debris every day from the site. Also of note is the Adler Roofing administrative staff. They are both responsive and efficient in all aspects of communication. Adler Roofing is a local company with competitive pricing and high quality workmanship in every phase of roof replacement. Without question we would recommend Adler Roofing for roofing repair and replacement.

We hired Adler because of their excellent reputation, and the fact that they’ve been in the area for a long time. They did not disappoint! Adler coordinated their work, scheduled with us, and protected our paved driveway during the tear-off. The new roof was installed with craftsmanship detail and when completed looked outstanding. All the representatives from Adler—the estimator, the office coordinator, and the field staff—were friendly, professional, competent, and responded quickly to any issues that arose. Adler roofing was great. They did everything in a timely fashion, were so professional, our workers were neat , polite and respectful. This company is honest. They didn’t take advantage in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. Their pricing was very fair. We highly recommend them and our finished roof is really pretty! Thank you Gloria and Corey!
