Excellent. Ad-ler had the best pricing by far and they completed the work on schedule. Every aspect met the schedule they laid out. Their team from the salesman to the office were extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

It went great, the process was seamless and the entire company is run by professionals, very refreshing in these days and times. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable price and high quality work.

Our roof sustained damage during hurricane Irma. Got 3 quotes for reroof and chose Adler based on pricing and references from very satisfied customers. The contact person at Adler was spot on for delivery of tile and project commencement. The tile installers were excellent and meticulous. There were a couple areas that could use improvement. The clean up of the yard after tear off was poor as a lot of debris was missed. However after contacting the company with these concerns, a crew returned the following day to clean up again. Also, the tear off and install crew could have been more proactive during the work day. They never announced their arrival in the morning or communicated when they were finished for the day. Overall we were pleased with Adler's work and the roof looks terrific.

We were extremely satisfied with how the project went. It started out right at the quoting stage with Corey Vines the Sales Rep/ Estimator. He returned our initial phone call promptly and showed up to give the estimate at the exact time he said he would be there. He went over everything that would be covered in the estimate and advised us about the terms of the contract, what would be included in the contract, and any additional costs that could be incurred if any plywood or structural lumber would need to replaced because of weather damage that might be found when the roof was torn off. He followed up that day with an email of the estimate and included everything he and I had discussed. We were happy with the pricing and timeline for the project so we signed the contract. Once the contract was signed and the down payment made we were contacted by Gloria Gropelli telling us she would be handling all the paperwork and scheduling for the project. She sent me all the company documentation(business license, Insurance, etc.) I needed to get the homeowners association approval on my end. She said the start date would be about 4 weeks out and the tiles were about 7-8 weeks out but would keep me informed if anything changed. She went over things regarding how everything would be done such as the tear off, county inspections, where to put the tiles at the residence when they arrived and who would be delivering them, etc. Two weeks later she came back and advised us they would be starting within the next ten days and gave us a time line of starting the tear off between March 18-21 and she would notify us the day before so we could have our car out of the garage etc. She contacted us on the 17th and said they would be starting on the 18th. The tear off crew showed up at 7:30 and were ready to start the job at 8:00 as promised. The complete tear off took 2 days but everything was cleaned up at the end of day one so we had access to the driveway and garage that night. The foreman on the tear off crew did an excellent job of replacing all the rotten wood they encountered on the tear off. He took pictures of everything he replaced and those pictures accompanied the additional invoice I received for the charges. As soon as the tear off was done Adler's inspector showed up to get on the roof and review the work before calling for the county inspection. On the 25th Gloria advised me the county inspection was scheduled for the 29th and that the tile would be delivered on the 30th. On the 29th Gloria confirmed that the inspection by the county passed and that delivery of the tiles was still on schedule for the 30th which showed up first thing that morning. Per the contract, another payment was due based on the completion of the tear off. I dealt with Melissa Lopez regarding all the payments and she was a pleasure to work with returning my calls and sending receipts etc. On April 7th Gloria contacted me saying they would be starting to put on the roof on the 8th and a Roof In Progress inspection was scheduled for the 9th, and the crew would return to complete the roof the following Monday the 12th. At 7:30 the next day the crew showed up and started reroofing. The RIP inspectin was done on the 9th and the crew retuned at 7:30 Monday morning to complete the job. On the 15th Gloria advised me that the final county inspection would take place on the 16th. The county was behind on their inspections so they didn't get to do the final inspection until the 20th. I truly enjoyed working with all the employees I encountered at ADLER. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and overall customer service were exceptional! They say what they'll do for you and then do what they said!! Thanks to all the folks at ADLER for a job well done!!

Great!!! It started with the salesperson who was professional and completely explained everything. He was knowledgeable and helped us with everything. After checking reviews, which were very good, we decided to if use them. We were also pleasantly surprised at the excellent price. From signing the contract to completion of the roof, everything went smoothly. The office was in constant contact with us. They were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. The workers did an excellent job. Making payments was easy. Another nice thing is that they do not leave a dumpster in your driveway. They use a dump truck which is pulled away as soon as it is filled. They cleaned up each day so that we were able to put our cars in the garage every night. The tiles were loaded on the roof the day they were delivered so they did not sit on the driveway. They were great about protecting our driveway and around our house The roof was completed and passed County inspection this week. It looks great! We are very pleased and highly recommend Adler Roofing!!

Adler was fantastic.From the initial inspection of our damaged roof to the final county inspection the process was great.The office staff,Gloria in particular was very informative through all the roofing stages.She kept us informed every step of the way.The working crews were efficient and very respectful of our property.Even though tearing off and replacing a roof is messy the whole crew would pitch in at the end off the day to clean up any debris and materials to make our home back to normal.They we’re very careful not to damage any of our surrounding landscape.Which I have many.Bottom line Adler gave us a fair price a delivered a great job.I have no problems recommending Adler Roofing to anyone who needs a roofing service whether it being a small repair or a total replacement.Tony Vento,Gateway…

Quality job and very professional. A hiccup in deliver of one skylight by their supplier due to COVID that caused a delay in finishing, but Ad-Ler was very professional and responsive. What impressed me the most was the efforts they went through to protect our property from damage and keep roofing nails out of the lawn.

Adler roofing did our re-roof quickly, professionally, and courteously. They provided several updates to the progress and pictures along the way since we were not at the property.

Easy to work with. Answered all my questions. Roof tile replacement was completed very quickly once started. Company communicated well. Workers were polite.

Flawlessly. Ad-Ler’s team did excellent work from the office staff to the process of estimating cost. Then, the team executed the county permitting processes as efficiently as possible and scheduled the construction work within a few weeks. We had a minor leak over an outdoor lanai and Ad-Ler knew that it could be many weeks before the tiles might be ready for pick up at the factory so Gloria scheduled the crew to come out and make a temporary repair to avoid any further damage to our property while we awaited the Boral Tile availability. Even the factory was ahead of schedule for this project so we were very fortunate. The entire construction process was efficient and went as predicted. The project finished ahead of schedule and on budget. We required significant structural repair of rotted roof rafters and decking but these repairs didn’t delay the project. We were very pleased and have all ready recommended the use of Ad-Lee Roofing to a general contractor friend of ours. It was a pleasure to work with such honest amd reliable people.

Ad-Ler is an exceptional company. The pre-work was professional and timely. The on-site work was completed on schedule. Gloria was the work coordinator from her office. She was exceptional Jared was the on site supervisor and was open and responsive to all of my questions. The coordination of the driveway set up, tile locations/delivery, roof tear down and installation was all on time, orderly and professional. The crews cleaned up on a daily basis and were able to secure all of the windows, landscaping. etc. safely. Communication is one of their strong suits. Every question/concern was answered the same day. The roof looks great. Many complements. I have given the Ad-Ler Roofing, Inc name to four neighbors and two agents. Excellent work! Looks great! Adler set up a work schedule and maintained it until completion; removing equipment and supplies every night .
