Watertite Gutter Co

Based on previous positive experience with Watertite, I called for an appointment time. Two man crew showed up promptly on time and promptly completed the task. They cleaned up leaving the area very tidy.

Also an estimate to reseal the two corner leaks for $100 was proposed. I personally cleaned the gutters myself in 10 minutes and called to speak with the owner of Watertite Gutters, Ed took my call and when I expressed disappointment in an overpriced estimate for the labor he said "You should seal your own gutters and hung up on me." After dealing with this company for the past 5 years I would have to say that is unacceptable customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Quick and efficient. Did a great job and installed wide gutters which no longer get clogged despite living in a wooded area.

Latest work was to add some gutters to the side of the house. Even though no one walks there the runoff of the rain is damaging the flower beds. As usual, work was quick and flawless

Both Ed and Maria were very professional throughout the process of installing our gutters. Ed came out and provided a clear, detailed estimate for putting gutters and downspouts on the entire house. Then, when we decided to simply put them on the back side of the home, he was quick to respond with a revised estimate. The team worked quickly and efficiently, communicating with me via cellphone regarding a specific question regarding one of the valley shields. It has been one year since the work was completed, and I'm happy to say that the gutters are still functioning perfectly. I would be quick to go with this company again, and I recommend them without reservation.

Mark came and did estimate. Small job: only over entry way and along small section of garage. Job included removal of existing gutters prior to house being painted. Removal was fine (uneventful). Crew arrived on time and gutters were gone quickly. No mess left. Install included special instructions on hanging height negotiated between myself and Mark. Install was done on time and precisely to the specifications agreed to. Workmanship appears to be first rate. After-the-job cleanup was a problem: chards of gutter metal and many pop rivet studs left on roof and on ground (I went on roof to paint the new gutters with new house color paint). I notified Mark by email the evening of the day after install of my dissatisfaction with clean up outcome. No word from company for > 24 hrs then Mark called and apologized (some) and agreed to come over and clean up debris. I left the debris I had come across in a ziploc bag next to the driveway downspout and that bag is gone, so I know someone came by. Next day I went to appraise cleanup and found four more pop rivet studs on the ground without much effort. I have not been on roof to see if there is any more debris. Bottom line is I expect a comprehensive cleanup to be part of the job and to be done right the first time.

Everything went great, starting with Gordie who was the estimator. He is a great guy who knows his work. He provided an estimate on the spot and went over everything they intended to do, included how gutter installations have changed over time. Next they contacted me for an install date (which was sooner than I expected). On the day of the install Gary and his co-worker showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked efficiently, quickly and were very neat. They discussed everything with me prior to starting, and before I knew it they rang the bell again and they were done. The gutter system works perfectly based on several heavy rain storms since they were installed. I highly recommend this company!

Quick, neat & a job perfectly done !! The process from the beginning to the completion was very professional and the final project looks really good. The installers were friendly, went over all details before they started and when they were finished they made sure we were satisfied. Their work was very clean. Professionalism in every step! Quoting process was painless and he did a good job explaining the work. Scheduling was easy. Roof was delayed so re-scheduling the job put us out over a month which was a concern. However, they found a break to get out earlier which really helped. One of the downspouts was cut a little short and they came right back out and fixed it without any issues. Only thing that I would say about them that was negative was they did leave a lot of aluminum shavings, screws, and nails laying around when they finished. Still they did a good job.

So, I needed to add about 20' of new gutter to my house. I obtained two quotes. Both companies were quick and friendly. One company however wanted to re-gutter the entire house for a lot more money than I was ready to spend. Watertite Gutter co was happy to add the new gutter and also made two repairs to the existing gutters for a very reasonable price. I would gladly recommend them.

Watertite Gutter arrived on time, removed the old gutters, and installed new ones. They used quality products. Everything was completed on time. The only problem I have is that they didn't install the backyard gutter as I requested (sloping to the wrong side).

They were professional and did a nice job. One extra downspout was installed that I did not want. They corrected the issue within a reasonable time and apologized for the issue. I recommend them and would use them again

Watertite was very responsive. I called and got an inspection scheduled for the next day. They showed up early and provided me with a written estimate, we accepted the proposal and scheduled the crew to come out. Their earliest appointment was 2 weeks out but they had indicated that before hand so we knew before even scheduling. They arrived on the day scheduled but could not install due to heavy rains (they even waited for an hour to see if the rain would subside!) we rescheduled for the following day. They came out the next day and got to work, getting everything installed neatly, clean and promptly. They even alerted us to some new termite activity in the fascia board of the house. We had one area of trouble which they indicated would be difficult to do because of the hurricane shutters but they worked around that area and we have noticed a HUGE difference! The gutters look good, and work fantastic. We would definitely recommend their service to anyone!!

They came 1/2 hour late but call to let me know that they would be. They had several men there to finish the job in 1 day. I had 375 feet of gutter to remove and install. They worked all day and were done when they say they would be. Everything was cleaned up and the gutter look great. They work well too! I am very happy with the work provided. Their price was very good also.
