Removed old gutters on one day allowing me to paint and service my facia. Returned 2 days later for the install. We worked together on scheduling as my request was abnormal. Happy as can be !

Called the office, the woman answered "hello" and I had to ask if this was Watertite Gutters, she answered yes and was clearly annoyed. I told her that the gutters they had installed on my home needed repair to the joints as they were leaking and she immediately responded that it would have to wait until November (I called in August). She then informed me that they are no longer working in Dade and wouldn't uphold any warranty for their work.

Disappointed since they were recommended but I called several times & finally spoke with Mark who told me they were running behind & he apologized for not having called back after 2 weeks. He finally told me he would give me an estimate (after I explained the scope of the job). On the Monday that after having spoken to him, on Friday all I received was a text telling me he was "not interested in the job since too much stuff in the way". Not sure how complicated it would be but, Del Toro Gutter had no issue with it & did the job right away. Honestly I would have been happier if he just would have said he does not do work in Dade & would have saved me time. Thanks & Good luck.

Called and asked for someone to come give an estimate on installing one simple gutter and repairing another. Ed came and gave me an estimate but seemed very uninterested in the job, and twice was heading to his truck before I was done explaining what needed to be done. When I asked when the work he could be done he said "JULY!" as if to blow me off. My wife then called to ask a question and Ed was short with her and asked why she wasn't involved when he came to our house. He then mumbled something and hung up. My wife then called the office and asked for someone else to come because Ed was rude, and the woman said I was rude when I called and wanted their insurance information; I never called their office. We used them before. If I thought that was an issue I would have have asked Ed for this information when he was here. She then told my wife that they were now booking for August and perhaps we should look elsewhere. Well don't worry, we will. My neighbor also needs gutter work. I won't be giving them Ed's number.

Great installation, had a problem with some fascia boards that were cover by old gutters, they called me and came back in a later time to install that section after it has been repaired, thank you for that.

Start time was delayed due to hectic schedule but they called and began the next day. However, after the work was completed, my husband checked the gutter after a few days of rain, and the water was settling and not draining. I called the company and the owner was diligent in taking a look and getting the issue resolved. I found it easier to deal with Mark (owner) directly than the front office as he was more hands on responsive.

Very pleased with the installation and the choices that were available. They were able to extend the downspout in one area well past the pool equipment. Came on time, and job was done in under the time estimate I was given. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

They were punctual, got right to work and were finished in less than one hour. Work turned out nice. When I asked for an estimate in Feb 2015, they were also punctual and came to the house on time. I had to paint my house so I removed the old gutters myself to re paint the fascia first. They honored the price from Feb and reduced by $50 since I removed the old gutters.

The cleaning went well, the technician was pleasant but the leak was not fixed. I called the company to come back out to check the leak. Ed the owner met at the house on 4/7/2016 with my a/c maintenance technician who was doing maintenance on the A/C. Ed went on the roof, came down and told me he couldn't fix it and would cancel the requisition and before I could even answer him, he turned his back on me and started walking off. I told him he was very rude as I was speaking to him, and asked him what I should do now as he is gutter person. He said he had no idea and again turned his back and walked off. As he walked off I told him I was a very dissatisfied customer. He continued to walk away. I found it surprising he had already had a requisition prepared as he was there to rectify the problem they didn't fix! I was also amazed by his rudeness and lack of either knowledge or interest in trying to help me fix the gutter leak. It turned out that the gutter was sagging which caused the water to puddle away from the downspout. My a/c maintenance guy who I would highly recommend Sub Zero HVAC Services, got a pot of tar from his van and put some tar under the gutter to lift it!

The first day of installation was very windy for one person on a high ladder, so the contractor suggested returning the next day with two persons. They did so and the job was completed very quickly (about an hour or less). After the first day of heavy rain I saw the rear downspout was pouring in the recommended direction (away from the side yard) but the flow was bouncing off a tree and rebounding into my patio. The contractor assessed the issue and then at no charge, installed a diverter (elbow) the next day so the downspout flow would not rebound. Haven't had any heavy rain since, but it looks like the new spout should work great.

Easy to schedule. They showed up on time and completed the job very quickly. Even showed up later for free to connect a diverter for a rain barrel. Would use them again in the future.

My old gutters were removed when my roof was replaced. Didn't think I needed the gutters until a heavy rainstorm flooded my patio and the water almost came into the dining room. I called Watertite Gutter Co and they squeezed me quickly into their already packed schedule. They provided fast excellent service and were very professional and worked efficiently. New custom gutters were created in one day. A couple years later they are still in place and work wonderfully. No more flooding of the patio.

Outstanding!! Arrived on time for estimate, price was fair, given job, someone arrived next morning and did the work in several hours cleaning up and left. I understand why this firm has so many A ratings. Ed Mooney, the owner, came out for the estimate. He is very casual, but clearly runs a tight ship. We are doing renovation and I just wish all my contractors were this dependable.

After re-roofing our home, Watertite was recommended to us, and we're very, very satisfied. The owner came at the appointed time, produced the estimate which was right on the money (not our first set of gutters, and material cost is the main driver of the pricing), explained our options. We accepted the proposal, the installers showed up on the agreed date. perfect install, the finished touch to our home. So, prompt, great pricing, clean install and looks great. Highly recommended.

Watertite came out promptly when we called for an estimate, they provided a very competitive estimate and said it would be at least 2 weeks to get scheduled due to back log. We were ok with that and decided to go ahead. The office called and scheduled the time for the installation. It rained terribly that week, the installers while being prompt were unable to install due tot the rain, they waited for over an hour in their truck but the rain did not cooperate. They returned the next day and were able to get the job done. They were very professional and offered advice and suggestions as they went along. I was very pleased with how efficient they were and how good the quality was. They provided a very close color match to my house as well, this alleviated me painting the gutters. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality company!!

No problems very professional from start to finish. This company was referred to me by my neighbor and than I checked Angie's list for history. Prompt, courteous, very professional from start to finish. And I am very satisfied with the end results. Was not expecting the gutters to enhance the look of my home but they do. Nice bonus.
