 + -1 moreThe work was good- he was on time, corrected problems right away, and did a good job. Unfortunately, he doesn't follow city rules. An inspector came and told him that he had to have a permit for the job. He put the gutters up anyway and told the inspector that he didn't need permits. I was unaware of this at the time. He told me that he never gets permits and left without getting it resolved. I am unable to sell my house with an open permit. The last time I spoke with him he said he would look into it, but that was in April. I have not heard from him since then. I looked up the permit status, and he has not submitted any money or done anything on the permit since March.

 + -1 moreDue to the heavy rains we had been having I had somewhat of an emergency as rain was coming into my house from under the baseboards. I called for an estimate and they came out the next day. A couple of days later I had my gutters installed. They even came an hour earlier than they said.

 + -1 moreWE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY CAME OUT AS SOON AS WE CALLED THEM. THEY WERE WILLING TO FIX A PROBLEM THAT OUR ROOFING COMPANY HAD CAUSED. THEY EVEN PICKED UP SOME TRASH THAT THEY LEFT AROUND. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
