It went very well, as we called for an estimate for what we wanted done and they came out and looked at the job. They set up the appointment and showed up on time and matched the gutters perfect to the house and cleaned everything up in the yard before they left. The house was painted in Dec and there were old style aluminum shutters over the back sliding glass door that were removed. Then there were heavy rains in the area on Sat and Sun evening - that's when I noticed the carpet was wet on the back of the house - the run off from the roof was splashing on the pool deck and coming into the house through the sliding glass door. I called and spoke with Ed on Mon morning, he came right out and measured and made an appointment for Tues to put up a gutter to stop this from happening. Rick came on Tues and everything was installed with no muss or fuss and it looks great! They were great to work with and I really appreciate their quick response and beautiful work. I've checked with others and their price was right in line. I highly recommend them!

My gutters were around 15 years old. Several areas were leaking. When I called Watertite Gutters, they were prompt, professional and courteous. Mark came out to the house within 24 hours and gave me a written estimate within 48 hours. The job was started within 7 days of my acceptance of the estimate. It was completed in 1 day.nAfter the job was completed, I discovered a couple of repair areas were there we're small leaks still present. As soon as I called, Mark was back out to the house to inspect the job. Within 2 days, they came back and fixed the problems at no charge. The gutters are beautiful and are now " WATERTITE"! I am very happy with my experience with this company and have already recommended them to several friends. I will definitely use their services in the future.

We contacted two vendors on Angie's list for a quote. Both companies came immediately to provide a quote, however, each companies approach to our gutter issue was entirely different. We just purchased our house and the roof had been previously replaced from shingle to barrel tile. However, the existing gutters were not replaced at same time as the re-roof and the new barrel tile roof completely overhung the existing gutters making them ineffective and throwing rain water everywhere. Watertite recommended increasing the gutters to 7inch to actually overreach the barrel tile overhang in order to catch the water. For some reason we really struggled with the decision to go with the larger 7inch gutters. I was afraid they would look odd and too large for our 3000 sqft house. I was afraid they would look too "commercial." We decided to go with the 7inch gutters and were not disappointed. They actually are PERFECT! They look great and work exactly as intended and would recommend them to anyone considering the same. They do not look odd or too large for the house at all. Note both the facia and gutters are chocolate brown so they blend and neither stands out to the passerby. With regard to the service provided by Watertite, they were impeccable! They came right away with a quote and good solid recommendation. They showed up as expected to remove the existing gutters and again later after painting to install the new gutters. They were on time, quick/efficient, and the work was impeccable. No issues at all. My husband was extremely impressed with the quality of their work and efficiency and he is one hard customer! I would highly recommend Watertite based on our experience and was shocked to see another reviewing rate them an F. This company and their work was nothing but an A+!

Their price was more than competitive. Everyone from the person that answers the phone to the technician that put in the gutters was very nice, polite and extremely professional. My neighbors also needed gutter work as well and they were able to coordinate putting on my gutters as well as the neighbors. According to our homeowners association, the color that was needed was Ivory and the color ordered was eggshell. The gentlemen had additional materials on the truck and were able to install the correct color gutters. They went way above and beyond for us.

I recently moved into my house, and called Watertite for an estimate on installing a gutter in the back above my screen porch. Ed called me back the same day and came out the next day. He gave his honest opinion about the situation and who to contact to get this specialized gutter work done. Since he was extremely nice and honest we asked him about fixing or replacing my gutters in the front (as they were all crooked and had an unsightly down spout right in the middle of the house). He told me he could move the downspout to the side of the house and replace the gutters so they were not crooked and dripping. He even commended my father who already fixed the piece over the front door which scored points with me. Then he asked if he could release a turtle he rescued in the street on the way to my house into my canal in the back. He had the turtle in the back of his truck! I thought that showed his character! We hired them to replace the gutters in the front even though we weren't planning on doing them originally! He called 2 evenings before and asked if they could come a day before they were scheduled. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They measured and made the gutters right on the spot and did a beautiful job! I don't have an ugly downspout in the middle of my house anymore, it changed the look of the front of the house. It looks great! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

I called for an estimate, and a representative from Watertite Gutters was out the next day. After receiving a few other estimates I decided to go with Watertite. The job was completed in one day. During a heavy rain, my roof cricket was dumping a lot of water into a small area of gutter and going over the splash shields. Another section was draining fast enough for me. Watertite came back and addressed my concerns to my total satisfaction. In fairness to Wateretite, I must say that my house has many different roof sections and pitches. I highly recommend Watertite Gutters.

I had a new roof installed, and as part of the installation, I paid to have gutters put in after the completion of the roof. So the roofing company subcontracted Watertite Gutter Co Inc to do the gutter work for me. I really did not know in advance that I was getting Watertite Gutter Co Inc, but they were very good. I had no complaints. They came when they were supposed to, did a nice job and left. Everything went as well as it could have. The work was smooth, fine and nice. I paid them through the roofing company. The whole experience was outstanding. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

The two guys that I dealt with are Ed and Mark. Mark did the work here at the condominium. The prices are reasonable. My husband is a roofing contractor and has used them several times. They were great. He arrived on time and gave us several options. They were quick to respond and they got the work done quickly.

Watertite was prompt to the house on the morning that we setup the appointment. 3 men did the entire house in roughly 4 hours. I watched them install. The 'foreman', or main contact asked me where we'd like the downspouts to go. No shortcuts appeared to be taken, caulking all connections and downspouts. We thought they did a good job. The work went very well, and we were pleased with their products. They were a pleasure to work with. They were very friendly and courteous, showed up on time and did the work quickly. They didn?t leave a mess. The gutters are up there pretty securely; anyways, it looks like it is going to rain today, so I am going to find out if the gutters are going to work or not. The payment would be done through my homeowner?s association, so they will get billed directly. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
