Description of Work: The workers arrived promptly when scheduled. They were polite and reviewed the work that was to be done and answered all questions. They worked diligently to install gutters and splash guards at the front of the house and at the back of the house, and were careful to avoid damaging any landscaping. They cleaned up after they completed their work. The finished product looks good and we anticipate that it will function well once the rainy season begins this summer.

Description of Work: I needed the gutter in the back of my house removed or replaced since I need to fix the wood facia. I was given their name by my roofer but looked them up on Angies List so I gave them a call. They came and gave me an estimate. They came very promptly and did not try to sell me on replacing the front gutter since he said I didn't need it. I was not home when they came andhe left a complete package of the estimate a gutter colors I could pick. When I called back to have the work done they were out here within a day. Once again I was not home and they fixed it with no problems and then sent me an invoice. It was very hassle free.

Robert just fixed it for me without charging me anything. He was honest and was helpful. I would hire him anytime if I need gutter job in the future.

Description of Work: I PHONED WATER TITE GUTTERS ON TUESDAY 7/18 AND SPOKE WITH A GENTLEMEN WHO SAID HE WAS THE OWNER. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD EITHER COME THAT DAY OR THE LATEST WEDNESDAY. HE TOOK ALL MY INFORMATION AND SAID HE WOULD CALL BEFORE HE CAME OVER. WHEN I DIDNT HEAR FROM HIM ON WEDNESDAY, I PHONED THE COMPANY. THIS TIME I SPOKE WITH A WOMAN WHO GAVE ME THE OWNERS CELL PHONE NUMBER. I PHONED HIM, HE WAS VERY RUDE AND CURT. HE WAS VERYB ANGRY THAT I PHONED HIS CELL PHONE, SAID HE NEVER SPOKE WITH ME OR MADE AN APPOINTMENT. HIS BIGGEST CONCERN WAS HOW DID I GET HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER. I WAS SHOCKED AT HIS RUDE BEHAVIOR AND NEVER OFFERED ANY ASSISTANCE OF ANY KIND. I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAD SUCH A HIGH RATING ON ANGIES LIST. MY EXPERIENCE WAS FAR BELOW ANGIES LIST STANDARDS.
