Description of Work: Jim Nessalt of Vico Windows did a whole house replacement of my 1970's windows with PGT impact windows & doors. His price was good and the installation was flawless, they even cleaned up after themselves! I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They did some window repayments for me about 6 weeks ago. That service tuned out just fine, it was great. They guy came out promptly to do the estimate. He emailed it to me immediately. They did a great job on the installation and I would recommend them.

Description of Work: They did work for us, but my husband and I were not really excited about them. I did business with them since the previous owner purchased windows from them. I needed glass replacement and I wanted another back door that was hurricane resistant. My husband had to go around and clean up after them when they were done. They almost broke our back yard pool gate that is metal. It also cost a lot of money, we paid about $3,000. The employees were polite, but they were not very good craftsman.

Description of Work: New hurricane windows at 2 locations. SUPERB quality, OUTSTANDING professionalism, and a very beautiful product at both locations. Prices slightly higher but for hurricane windows it's worth it to be certain of good work. I'd use them again in a New York minute.

+ 0 moreThey came over with a price and from the beginning they walked us through the different types of windows and doors that are available. In the end, we felt so good about the price we upgraded our windows and added satin nickel handle upgrades to our doors. We never felt pressured about the sale and actually received a quote and had to push back by 6 months and they still honored their original quote. The job was massive as the house is old and over the years previous owners had stuccoed over the windows making them very difficult to remove from the house. They were very efficient and cleanly as much as possible. After the job was done and we paid, they did not drop us like a hot potato. We had a couple of issues, not related to the windows or doors, that lead to some touch ups needing to be done. They were happy to come out and make the repairs at no charge. They truly do exemplify quality customer service!
Description of Work: We had 27 windows replaced and 3 doors with high impact hurricane windows and doors. The had to remove all of our old original windows that had been in our house since the 50s and stuccoed into the house. They replaced with argon gas filled and low e glass to help with lowering our electric bill.
