Description of Work: My initial contact was through Angie's List on March 30 asking for an appointment to get an estimate for work to be done (pool resurfacing, new filter and unclog drain lines). It has been over a week and I have not received a call.

Description of Work: Remodeled pool including new tile, pavers, remarcite, new filter and new pool cleaner. Turned out beautiful but had some problems when new filter was installed the pipes leaked. They came out and corrected it. When pool was acid washed they had the hose taking water out to street and got on neighbors lawns. Neighbors were not happy. This was after we told worker to use the cleanout. There was a break down with communications among the workers. We have used twin lakes previously so we had confidence that they would complete the job as promised which they did.

Description of Work: If every company took was run likeTwin Pools we would not have a need for ANGIES LIST. Don took the time to look and even fix some things without "I need more money". The pride all the workers gave in doing a good job. We started out wanting a price to diamond brite our pool. Earl the owner was so nice my husband got a price on updating the patio and a redo on my front porch. I can not say enough about them. Kathy Plantation, FL

Description of Work: I upgraded my pool cleaner crawler. In addition to using Twin Lakes for all my pool related repairs, upgrades, etc., I also use Twins Lakes to maintain my pool on a weekly basis. They are extremely courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
