This company did a good job. I thought they were a little bit pricey though. They were on time to the job and the quality of work was excellent. I would use this company again.

Everything turned out great with this company. They were very responsive to my call and addressed my need on a weekend. They were very thorough in there evaluation. They even followed up with a hand written card thanking me for my service. I would absolutely use this company again.

They came quickly and did the job right away. I have been very satisfied with their work and they extremely courteous.

We had a floor mounted outlet which shorted out and caused a fire. I called the electrician who installed the outlet (Fischer Electric), reluctantly since obviously there was a problem with the way it was installed. Despite the obvious danger of the situation, they could not send someone for "a day or two". I think they were factoring in that they would not be able to charge for the call due to it being caused by a defect in their work. Not willing to wait, I found Perfect Electric on Angie's List. They sent an electrician (Gill) within a few hours. I was impressed by his professionalism. He investigated and found the outlet had shorted and flipped the breaker, but that one breaker was for some unknown reason directly connected to the electrical service outside the house. This is so blatently dangerous, it could have killed someone who assumed the power was off if the breaker was flipped. During remodeling, after we purchased the house but before we moved in, I had paid Fischer Electric to inspect the wiring and specifically instructed them to remove any double tapped breakers (which were noted by the inspector during our offer / purchase of the house). Gill removed the "back feed" to the outside panel, and removed the circuit from the floor. I was very satisfied that the issue was resolved.

We were very happy with the responsiveness and the quality of the work, especially our project manager, who took personal interest in providing us with the best possible outcomes. Our house was older and needed lots of work that we didn't anticipate. Perfect Electric fixed whatever they found in a timely manner. The only thing I wished for was having estimates for each additional work item prior to the work being done. So there was some sticker shock at the end, although all the work was necessary. In the future, I still will use Perfect Electric as they have a team of skilled, professional, associates.

It is a pleasure to deal with Bob. His electrician Gil was efficient and neat. No mess to clean up after their work. Bob followed up later to see how floods were working at night. Made a suggestion on adjusting bulbs to lower wattage. Very helpful.

As always -- working with Perfect Electric is a pleasure. Thorough understanding of my needs, very clear and precise estimates are provided before the work begins. Timely scheduling. Work done to perfection. This is the third time I have used Perfect for my home -- each experience has been great. I would never consider using another electrical contractor. Perfect says it all.

Called at 3:00pm and technician was at my home within 20 minutes. Tests were made at the circuit breaker and he was able to follow the wiring through a electric socket into the wiring above the ceiling fan. Fan was removed, problem was fixed. Tech, Gil Barrio was efficient, professional and extremely friendly. He explained the entire process and gave me an estimate before he started the repair. At the completion he cleaned the area around the repair, circuit breaker and left the area cleaner than he found it. I was very impressed with this provider.

Left a message for a quote on Thurs and the owner Bob called me back later that afternoon and came for an estimate on Friday. He's very knowledgable and personable and patiently answered my 120 questions. His estimate was good and we scheduled the work to begin Monday morning. He arrived on time with his associate and they worked diligently to finish by noon on Tuesday. He had to change out some additional wiring but said it would be included in the quoted price. He did suggest replacing an outdated improperly wired smoke alarm for a new one which does not require back-up batteries (and therefore never makes those annoying beeps) since this is a rental unit and I agreed to the additional work. He even recommended a good drywall guy to patch all the holes and enlarge the pass-through. They're on time, they do great work and even clean up after themselves. I'll definately use them again! (and not hesitate to recommend them)

Before he arrived, someone from Perfect Electric called me to tell me he was on his way. He arrived promptly and showed me identification. His name is Gil Barrio and he floored me when the first thing he did was hand me a copy of their State Electrical Contractors License. No one has ever done that. He proceeded to look over what had to be done and gave me a detailed estimate. I agreed to the work and he completed the task quickly and professionally. When I checked this company on Angie's List before I called them, I found a $50 off coupon which they honored with no problem. Before he left he gave me 2 types of coupons to use in the future. Besides being professional, Gil was extremely pleasant and very patient explaining what was needed to install a tankless water heater. When I get around to changing my water heater, I will definitely call Perfect Electrical and request Gil to do the work. As noted in previous reviews of this company, their prices appear to be a little higher, but I would prefer to have the job done right the first time. You get what you pay for!

Extremely satisfied with everyone from Perfect Electric. Lost power on a Saturday evening due to an electrical fire in my main box caused by a lightning strike.I called early Sunday morning and Bob responded within an hour. They started work Monday as soon as the permits were pulled. They worked everyday for 10 days at my house until the entire job was complete, always showing up on time and working the entire day. Since my house was built in 1960, it had major code violations.This is what took the longest amount of time, trying to get me to meet code. I totally trusted them to be in my house while I was away and they could not have been more professional. They walked me through every step and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. The biggest surprise was that they actually cleaned up after themselves. My house was always left in the same condition in which they found it. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Perfect Electric, I would definitely hire them again. Another bonus for me was that they were dog people:)

Gil the technician was very pleasant and professional. I called them in the morning on the day of the appointment and they were able to come and install the ceiling fan in the kitchen and the light fixture in the dining room within about 2 hours. I was very pleased with that. The work was quality and performed as promised however they were here almost 4 hours for that simple job. I wonder if they were short on work and lingered longer than average just to justify the high bill. The prices seemed very high. The price was almost $600 to install a ceiling fan and a light fixture and that was with a $50 discount. I also have under the cabinet lighting in the kitchen to have installed but I will get other estimates before hiring the next electrician.

They quoted us $8,000 for a job that the county was able to fix for no charge. They came out and looked all over the place, they looked at every single thing. They were thorough. They were looking to fix everything rather than the one problem. We had another electrician come out and told us to check with the county. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and the situation.

We have had problems with our a/c making strange noises. All of a sudden the a/c sounds was worse, the computer monitor went off and several other rooms/electrical items lost power. We thought for sure, Oh No, we have no more a/c. But the refrigerator was working, master bedroom ceiling fan, bathroom lights, but not all outlets or anything in my daughter's room. When I turned the oven on, the light and fan in the family room would go on. But the oven would not warm up. The toaster oven worked, but not the microwave. We checked with FPL to see what the problem may be. The representative said, it is probably electrical. We checked a copy of our Angie's List booklets and came across Perfect. We called and left a message and a very short time later, Mr. Frank called us back. He was on time the following morning and saw that some lizards had shorted our electric wiring in a panel outside. He drove all over the County to try to locate a panel. He also waited for FPL workers to come He started about 8:00 and was done about 3:00. He provided us $50 off , as indicated in his ad. All in all very good outcome.

I called late one afternoon to request an appointment to look over a property I was buying. Bob agreed to meet me the very next afternoon after work. He brought me a copy of all his license information along with a gift certificate to be applied towards services performed since I'd found him on Angie's List. He inspected my house and explained what was in place, what needed immediate attention; what could wait. He was honest about his pricing and the kinds of materials he used to justify the costs. While I was not able to afford him, I had no doubt he would provide excellent service and honor the warrantied work. In the meantime, he was able to recommend an independent contractor whom he knew well and could vouch for the quality of his work. I appreciated his suggesting a more affordable yet reliable alternative.

Showed up on time worked cleanly efficiently and courteously. I have used them again.

A day before the appointment we received a call confirming the appointment for the following day. On the day of the appointment, the technician showed up on time and ready to perform work. He was very professional, took time to explain what we needed and even tried to accomplish one of the tasks for the dispatch fee of $69.50. Unfortunately, the quote they provided seemed very high for the work being requested. In fact the quote was so high that unless we get other quotes in the same range, I won't use them. Like other reviews, the company seems to place a high premium on customer service, but their prices reflect that. I would go as far as to say that their prices far exceed any service value they might provide; I could do with less service for better pricing.

Lots of sales talk trying to sell me a whole new replacement box instead of replace bad quad breaker. Cost much more than I expected. The $69.50 service call included no time on repair. All repair time and parts plus $69.50. Took 30 minutes and charged $252.95. He would not break out how much of that was for the part.

The company was professional and the work performed looks good. The price seems high for work performed. The electrician should have recommended a dedicated line for the microwave. Now the breaker is shutting off on heavy loads. I will call another company to install the dedicated line for the microwave.

The contractor did a great job. He worked quickly and neatly. This is the second time we've used the company and we would use them again and recommend them to others.

"Perfect" rep was on time, professional, and not here to do work, only estimate (not what I expected). They gave a quote of just shy of $2000 to do the work. Part of it was to run a new wire from outside panel to new inside panel. The outlet fixes were each about $400 which included 'troubleshooting'. This was alot out of my price range, especially as I had already paid one electician a tidy sum. Had another Angie's List electrician coming- He took a look, and started working on the outlets straight away. 45 minutes later, both outlets were fixed (one of them had a wire that had come loose) and the bill was less than $100. The breaker box too close to trim.... I can live with. 1. Get more than one estimate. 2. Professionalism doesn't count for everything.

I needed to get an estimate to replace my outside electrical box with a surge protector, new breakers and an outlet to plug in my generator in an emergency. I had gotten 2 other quotes that ranged around $1,300.00. His quote was for $4,680.20. Outragious. I guess he thought I had tons of money after he saw my renovated back yard.

The technician, Gill, was very polite, did his job, and cleaned up after himself. He was a pleasure to have.
