Description of Work: After purchasing the certificate, Peace of Mind Tree Service's initial communication was that they would contact me within two business days. I never heard from them. I sent an email asking what they planned on doing. The owner wrote back that he had been ill but would send his best man, Kenny, out that very afternoon! He never appeared. I left a voice message and then contacted the Big Deal Help Desk who sent several emails and left voice messages for Peace of Mind. Again, they did not respond. I chose Peace of Mind based on their Big Deal and the many positive reviews. Sadly, I got neither the tree service nor "peace of mind."

Description of Work: I purchased the big Deal and they have not called.. I have called 4 times and emailed with no response for almost 2 weeks. Also, a representative from Angie's List tried to contact them several times but did not hear back. Very unprofessional! The provider did nothing - not even a call back!
