Great job every single time. Joseph has done several jobs for us, and its always a pleasure to work with him, he is one of our best sub contractors. Always willing to go the extra mile for our company, very professional and punctual. Strongly recommend this company.

Large stream of ants were going from my tree in the back yard up the house and under the roof. I had them spray to kill the ants and hopefully stop them from climbing on the house. The lady came out and looked at the problem. She put down 2 types of pesticide and also treated another area she found where ants were crawling on the house. Did a great job with the ants. $88 seems like a lot for that but the problem was solved for a few months.

The company said they do not do business with Angie's List anymore and would not do the work.

This service was performed several months ago, so I may not remember the exact details in terms of time or cost (so consider my responses as ball-park). I had a very good experience with this provider. My email submitted through angieslist was responded to within a day, and we made an appointment for him to come by and give me an estimate. He showed up exactly when scheduled and provided me with a competitive estimate for trimming all trees in my yard. I scheduled the service for the next day and he arrived on time and did a very good job. I was very pleased overall and would recommend this company.

I have a tree that hangs over a canal. He managed to get the tree trimmed without a boat. He had someone climb in the tree, and using ropes to hold the branches and hauled them to shore. There were some extra costs involved because they did need to bring in an extra person, but this was a huge job that took about 5 hours.

They didn't honor the big deal, when they showed up they refused to do the $400-of-work-for-$199, told me to call Angie's List and cancel the deal (which I did). Angie's list should vet these companies better, and I don't think I'll buy another big deal

I bought the Big-deal on 8/13/13. I called him soon after and I could tell that he had been sick with the flu. I told him to get better and we would talked again the first of September. On 8/30 I received an email asking when I would like the service preformed. I emailed him the following day telling him that on 9/10/13 would be a good day for me to have him do the work since it was my day off. I hadn't heard from him, and he didn't show up. On 9/25 he emailed saying that he would call the following morning at 9am. That didn't happen but he did call the following day and stopped by the house on or about 9/27. Since I was at work, he told my husband that since my yard is so overgrown, I should get my $199 back from Angie's List, and he would give me $620 worth of service for $520 worth of work. That is not what I wanted at this time, and now I do not trust that he would give me the Big Deal service.

I made 4 seperate appointments with this service provider and he has cancelled the appointments every time. He was rude on the phone and did not respond in a timely manner.

I have always had wonderful success in using Angie's list big deals and have used some over and over again. I have had to involve Angie's list in trying to get Peace of Mind Tree Service to do what they proposed on their Big Deal offer. When they first came to give a price proposal their price didn't take in consideration the Big Deal. After negotiating with Angie's list on a price (they made the price) I agreed to that price. However they are not acting in good faith to come and do the job . So far that is what the situation is, I hope Angie's list can settle this for me because they wont answer my calls and or return my voice messages. I have also sent emails but to no avail. Angie's tried to intervene for me and finally Angie's offered to reimburse me since they could not get any response either. I believe this company put in the Big Deal to drum up business with no intention of giving that $400.00 worth of work for the $200.00.

They were excellent. I would recommend them to my mother.

It was bad. I bought a $199 package for tree trimming. I called the owner several times by phone to get an appointment. Three times he scheduled with me and he didnt show up in any appointment. Always with an excuse. After I have left a message by phone saying I would cancel the package if he didnt show up in our next appointment he sent another company do do the job! The company that came said they wouldnt accept the package I have bought with Angie's List. So I should cancel the package with Peace of Mind to get my money back and buy their services. I was really mad about it. I canceled everything and bought services from another company. If a company wants to offer a package in Angie's List, they need to be prepared to address the buyers. Otherwise, it will compromise Angie's List reputation. Honestly, I was really thinking to cancel my subscription with Angie's List after what happened. How a company with a good rate in the list can provide such bad attention and service? Anyway, Angie's List people were great understanding what happened and processing my reimbursement.

We have used several other tree services in the past, but found the work performed by this vendor to be far superior. We have one tree next to our garage that was never pruned properly, despite our instructions. Peace of Mind Tree Service got it right the first time; we were very pleased,

Purchased tree service through Big Deal. Joseph did show up at my home much later than the 2 day contact period, but it was unannounced and I was at work. One of he reasons I purchased this deal was since they were paid, I didn't need to be present when the work was done. I made several phone calls, left messages each time with no reply. Then I had another tree service that stopped at my house, left a note and it signed Joseph. This note lead me to believe this was somehow related to the deal I purchased. When I called this Joseph and asked if he was there to do the work I purchased through the Big Deal he proceeded to tell me he was the other Joseph's brother and to cancel Peace of Mind and have him do the work. That conversation was a little upsetting. I then called Peace of Mind and relayed this information to them, told them I was very upset and please call. Nothing. Received an e-mail, September 5th, he was going to come out September 6th. Surprise, surprise, he was a no show. I decided to join Angie's List because i wanted to feel confident about the companies I chose to do work for me. I would have had better luck going with a tree guy that randomly stops because he's in the neighborhood and can see work needs to be done.

Mr. Orange followed up....and showed up as scheduled and completed four straight hours of work,

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COUPON!! The company will ignore your phone calls and emails. They think receiving the funds means the job is done. Despite paying for the job and emailing and calling the company over one dozen times they never did the job. Please save yourself time and aggravation and look elsewhere for this work.

Everything was done as I requested in relatively short order and with a smile in spite of the awful heat. I called this morning and the work was completed this afternoon.

We spoke on the phone 2-3 times as I do not live at the service address. I explained which trees I wanted the work completed on and what I was looking to have done to them. I purchased the deal based on the previous price that I had paid for tree service so I figured it would cover the work. He said that he would go out to look at the trees. He never responded to calls from myself or Angie’s List after that. I have since received a refund.

Terrible. I feel taken advantage of.

Joseph from Peace of Mind Tree Service responded immediately after I purchased the coupon and set up an appointment to come and review my needs. He looked at the trees I wanted trimmed and also gave me a quote to remove another larger tree. He brought his crew over later the same day and the work was completed in a few hours. When the work was done his crew removed all of the trimmings and left the yard in excellent shape. Based on the prompt response and quality of the work performed I would highly recommend this company to anybody needing tree work done.

Excellent service. I called Joseph one day, he came out same day to quote me a fair price, and his men were here the next day to do the job. They did a great job and left the yard clean and neat. They removed a palm tree and thinned another tree.

WOW...a contractor that does what he says he's gonna do. I called him because I saw the angie's coupon. turned out the price was so reasonable, I didn't need the coupon. he answered the phone, gave me approximate cost, said he would be there later that day, and SHOWED UP!!!!! Did the work right then, all 3 were polite and accommodating every step of the way. Asked ME how I wanted the debris disposed of. Great guy, great staff, HE DESERVES YOUR BUSINESS. ONE NOTE. READ HIS NOTES AND WEBPAGE, HE DOES ALOT MORE THAN JUST THIS, AND IF TAKES THIS MUCH CARE, HE'S GONNA MAKE U HAPPY. A NEW ANGIE'S LIST WINNER
