Description of Work: We had a broken pipe in the bathroom, It had been leaking for hours. The bathroom, dressing area etc were flooded. I called at 3:00 in the afternoon - they said they were backed up & to give them a few minutes- she called back in 5 minutes. A service man named Marcos was going to another job but ours was worse. He was here in approx 30 min. He got the water out repaired the toilet. I asked if could replace the piece on are other toilet since it had been replaced- he did that also. He was exceptionaly professional & polite. He did alot of work for the time he was here at a resonable price which wasnt like the other plumbers that have been here before.

Description of Work: They replaced our bathroom shower pan and water valves. The plumbing job was great and punctional. However, we also had them do the drywall and tile work associated with the pan. They have to come back numerous times until we were satisfied with the tile job. it is OK, but not as good as a tile man would do.

Description of Work: LAST YEAR, I GAVE A 1 PARADISE PLUMBING A BAD REPORT. I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY REIMBURSED US SOME OF THE MONEY THEY CHARGED. WE HOPE TO USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND WAS CLEARLY UPSET ABOUT WHAT TRANSPIRED, BUT IT WAS ALL RESOLVED.

The technician did not unclog the toilet and charged $134.00 and resolved nothing. We got no call backs after repeated calls to the company. They said they would call back and didn't. They are not a good company to deal with.
