Before I met Paul, I was very stressed with my issue, 5 minutes after I met him was a completely different story!!! He explained to me what the game plan was and found the issue right away! He was very kind and made sure to do the job right and I saved money as well by buying the yearly maintenance plan! Huge thumbs up to patty and Paul! I can finally sleep well tonight!!

Alan (sp?) and George were very professional and proposed a very fair price for the work. They quickly diagnosed the shower low flow (clogged filter screen) and replaced the outside spigots with upgraded quarter turn ball valves. They also installed new hose bibs on the pipes. In my view, they exceeded my expectations and provided an upgrade to what I specified. All in less than an hour! We will call them again and recommend them to friends.

They did a great job. I would hire them again. Showed up on time.

We are so pleased with the experience we had with Paradise. Phone contact was courteous; got an appointment within a day. Phone call to confirm arrival; arrival on time. Work done promptly and courteously. Technician was friendly and explained the work. We will definitely call them again - we've used them for inside and outside work. We are happy with the work, and with the products they've used.

I called them Saturday late morning, and their plumber arrived within 60-90 minutes, and he replaced the PVC with stronger copper option that handles hot S. FL sun. Price for labor and material was reasonable, especially for weekend service, responsiveness was excellent, and payment was easy.

The plumber was on time and finished the jib quickly and professionally.

Technician was very friendly. He didn't make a mess and he did the installation quickly. The faucet works great!

It was $35 for the charge for the service call because it was an easy fix. I like their professionalism in looking at things and fixing them quickly, and it seems to be with a minimal amount of disruption to our lives. We have been using them for at least 10-15 years now.

It was okay. I paid extra, like $100. It took two trips out because the toilet was still having problems and the sink was still leaking.

Paradise Plumbing fixed cause of leak professionally and in a timely fashion including ordering replacement parts. It took two visits for to complete the job. Initial visit trouble shooting and stopping temporarily the cause of the leak followed by final quote of repairs to include new replacement parts.

I called him in to clear my drain for the $99 special. However it was more than the drain, it was clogged from the roof. He charged me an extra $100 to clear the drains from the roof. In the end, I am not sure I got a reduced price, but the plumber was polite and knew how to fix the problem.

Fixed leaks, but missed bathroom toilet. They had to come back and charge me more. Then, I discovered that a external faucet was leaking. They came back and replaced it. I had to insist not to pay for it this time. They finally agreed. The total cost, and dates of service are an estimate because my computer is being repaired and the information is scaned and stored on it.

Paradise is extremely professional. The woman who took my call was friendly and efficient. The servicer arrived promptly and fixed the problem (a leaky shut-off valve). The repair was expensive, but you get what you pay for. This company did a fantastic job, and I will definitely use them in the future.

I did not have the work completed because they were too expensive. Their customer service skills were very poor.

When we call, they have someone right out to address the issue. Not only d they fix the problem promptly and completely, they make suggestions for future prevention and only do juts what needs to be done. They truly seem to CARE!

I have used Paradise Service Tech. in the past and always felt confident in there services. The office is also very friendly and accommodating. They are always on time and confirm they are on their way. All the techs have been friendly and polite. I have also used their plumbing services for backed up drains. They recently replaced a very old gas hot water heater and did an excellent job on all services. I overall think they are a great service provider and will continue to use their services.

Paradise Service Technologies seem very nice, very professional, and are very good. They came straight away on a Saturday and their prices were reasonable but better than what I was use to. Their quality was good and they were understanding or flexible with timing when my tenant said to come back later.

I use their service all of the time. They are very responsive and they are a very good company to work with. The plumbing prices are good but the air conditioning price was $300.00 more than another company when I inquired on replacing a unit in a different property. The parts were covered under warranty but the labor was not. The grades below are based on the air conditioning experience.

They replaced a Sila faucet. They went to Lowe's and they purchased the same faucet that I had previously had. They did a very good job. The faucet was in my kitchen. The service was quick and clean. I have no complaints with them. The price was very good.

It was 4 pm Friday afternoon, and the water was off. Not wanting to go through the weekend without water, we called Paradise. John, the provider who responded to our call, assessed the damage, and while he was there, advised of a repair he recommended on the incoming waterline which has buildup from 50 years of use, and showed us the accumulation in the pipe. He made the nexessary repair in quick time and wrote up an estimate for the other work he recommended. His office called a few days later to make sure we were happy. A few days after that, we received a handwritten (and hand-addressed) Thank you note from John. Very prefessional, and I'm very impressed. We'll call him first the next time we need something!

It was a routine job that required some accurate measuring and the finished mounting looks good. Very satisfied.

Provided 2-man crew to rip out existing unit and replace with new. Job took over 8 hours to complete. Disposed of old unit, cleaned up after the work was done. Explained how to use the new thermostat/control panel. Followed up the next day to make sure everything was working.

I have a complaint about them that they charged me extremely too much money. On top of that, they even had the nerve to charge me $5 for gas when they had to pick up the washer for the faucet. I am a senior and I was appalled. I even called the company and told them that they charged me too much money. They sent me a card and apologized and said that they were sorry that I was upset. He came out here and he was training somebody. They sent two people out here but they charged me for two people. They actually did some work for my daughter and I got the referral from her. The same plumber did the work for her and he was at her house just about all day long because she had something complicated. She was having her kitchen redone or whatever and he was doing some kind of plumbing there. He was there all day and I don't think he charged her $300. How dare of them to charge as much money for those two minor repairs and how dare of them to even add the charge of gas because they are supposed to have the part with them. How horrible.

Arrived on time; faucet repair took longer than expected because of difficult location. Cleaned up in both locations. Both office staff and technicians helpful and professional.

They did very good, and also were able to give me a discount. They have done a lot for me, and are very nice.
