I cannot tell you how pleased we were to find these people on Angie's list. They responded quickly and did excellent work on the damaged area from the tree. The portion they repaired on the shingle roof had been an existing problem that several others had tried to repair to no avail, they accomplished the deed perfectly. The owner even came back twice after the roof had been repaired to make certain all was well at no charge Their price was more than fair, although I can't give you the quote and their work exemplary.

Hired someone else but am disappointed at not hearing from them, after the good reviews they've received.

Because of a separate issue we had with our city regarding an uncancelled permit, we needed professional advice as to how to proceed, whether we should engage an attorney, etc., pertaining to work previously done. John proved to be a bright, knowledgeable, articulate, and friendly source of wisdom and an action plan which we implemented, resulting in a now-resolved case. He patiently explained what he thought we should do and relieved our huge anxiety. This was priceless and didn't cost a cent. We expect to call him back for the estimated repairs.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this entire company and that includes the owner, the people in the office, and all workers that performed any work at my house. Everyone was always kind and courteous and treated us and our property with respect. They were so neat and clean that at the end of every day, there was no sign of any work going on at the house other than the changes that took place on the roof. They picked through my bushes looking for debris and went over my property with a giant magnet looking for stray nails. Their office staff kept us appraised every step of the way so we always knew what was going on. The work was done in a timely manner including inspections and our house was started and finished before other houses on our street that had been started weeks before ours. It is so nice to hire a company that does exactly what they say they will do. There were no surprises what so ever other than the fabulous job that was done on our roof. Call them!!

When Jack Lyons came out to give me an estimate regarding a leak around a skylight, I wondered why he was spending such a long time on our roof. When he came down, I found out why. Instead of just looking at the skylight area, he looked for any other trouble spots on our entire roof. I was very impressed by his thoroughness and willing to wait the eight to ten business days I was told it would take for a crew to be available to do the job. It was a very pleasant surprise, when only five days later a crew showed up in the morning to start the work. They spent a day and a half completing the repairs and were very polite and neat. Once they were finished, I found no debris left behind by them. I am very confident that our roof is now watertight.

Jack Lyons showed up the day after I called for an estimate. After we decided to go with Lyons roofing, I faxed a signed copy of the estimate and received a call less than 10 minutes later to let me know they received the contract and that the foreman John would call to schedule the repair. They estimated about 10 days. 7 Days later I received a call stating they wanted to start the job the next day..now thats fast. The crew arrived at the time they stated and was working on the roof 30 minutes later. John, Jordan, and the crew were personable, professional, and all spoke good English. Weather was threating so they worked to get one repair completed before moving to the next spot. They completed all repairs in one day and returned the next day at the appointed time to complete the re-installation of all tile and clean-up. This company was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would/will do business with this company again!

They were polite and gave an estimate. They came when they said they were going to. They called ahead to make sure I was there. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Very well. Not only did they show up early, but the men were polite, professional, and worked diligently to finish the job. They cleaned up their mess and left nothing behind. If you use them, request Carlos. He treats your home like it is his.

The work was scheduled for a particular day. Workmen came on time and completed work in two days. A previous roofer took two hours. It rained a couple days after, and there were no signs of a leak. The work was warranted for a year. Bottom line, you get what you paid for.

Absolutely no complaints. They successfully completed the job as scoped by me (we added the vent request after the original quote) and passed muster with the building inspector (no repeat visits). Debris was removed and the job completed in one day. Highly recommended.

The owner, Jack Lyons, did the initial inspection. He was thorough, professional, and gave me a written estimate, which he explained completely. His crew came out one week later, and was fantastic. They were professional and great to work with. They worked late so as to finish prior to impending storm.

I've spent almost a year calling roofing companies who said they would come by the house to give me an estimate, but would never show, even after repeated calls. I found Lyons Roofing on Angie's List with high ratings. When I called them, they came to the house the next day and left an estimate. The price was reasonable and it took only 1-2 weeks to schedule the repair. Their staff and repairmen are professional and courteous. The roof was repaired and looks great. They were on time and left no mess behind. This is a satisfied customer.

They were here on time and did a great job. They even came back to see how the repair was and if there was anything else I needed. They repaired my neighbors roof upon my recommendation and he was extremely impressed with the service. They use their own people whom they have trained and do not pick people off the streets and give them a company tee shirt! Any place that uses their own crews has a lot to be said for it.

The work performed was always timely and well done. However, following hurricane Wilma last year, the company was too busy to even give me an estimate for repair. When I needed them most, they weren't there. I was extremely disappointed in this lack of loyalty to a long time customer.

Estimator was very thorough and knowledgeable, providing good advice. Company representatives promptly returned phone calls and were courteous and pleasant. Job was scheduled and completed in a very timely fashion; workers were very polite, neat, and offered to pick up heavy debris; job price was competitive and fair. We chose company based on Angie's List recommendations and were VERY GLAD we did so; highly recommend.

Since our job was small, many companies wouldn't even return our calls. Lyons' not only returned our call promptly, but did the repair sooner than expected. We were very satisfied.

THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH MATCHING THE TILES WITH THE ONES WE ALREADY HAVE. THEY DID AVERY NEAT JOB. EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON TIME. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO WORK WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE.

THEY ARE A VERY DEPENDABLE COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME AN ACCURATE AND FAIR PRICE QUOTE. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE WHENEVER I NEED THEM. THEY ARE ABLE TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB! WE FOUND THEM IN THE YELLOW PAGES AND WE CHOSE THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR PROXIMITY TO US. THE THING WE LIKED THE MOST ABOUT THEM IS THAT THEY MADE SURE TO GO INTO THE ATTIC TO SEE THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE LEAK.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS THAT THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST ROOFING COMPANY. I HIRED FOUR OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE HIM AND THEY ALL DID BAD. THIS GUY HAS TO BE THE BEST ALL AROUND.
