We had an afternoon appointment and they called to see if they could come earlier. Assessed the problem, submitted a bid and we accepted. They were able to secure the part that day and called to see if they could come back to do the job. We are happy with the work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jarvis Wallace and his J&S Irrigation team are the best problem solvers for your irrigation issues. I've always done all my own sprinkler repairs but my 31-yr old system just wasn't working as well as I knew it should and I couldn't figure out why. Jarvis started by checking out the simple things that might be wrong and when he finally diagnosed a problem and got the water pressure restored, he and his guys walked all the zones and fixed broken lines that I had no idea existed. I could not be happier. I'm passing out his business cards like candy. The price was right, they are professional and thorough, and I even got a big kick out of his sweet puppy Shelby - their mascot. J and S arrived at exactly the time we agreed upon. J and S got the system running, checking all the heads. They replaced several broken ones at no extra charge. Also, they installed a new timer. An adjustment was needed, and J and S came back promptly the next day. The system works perfectly and I am very happy with their service and attitude.
