Very positive experience. Checked the sprinkler nozzles and replaced 10 of them. Jarvis is very knowledgeable and explained exactly what he needed to do. Very fair price. I will call on him again if I need help with my sprinkler system. Highly recommended.

Kobe has a great deal of experience and was able to solve my original problem which was an underground leak, as well as the problems of poor placement, and improperly adjusted pop-ups. Jarvis charged for a COMPLETE NEW system bit only did a REPAIR on our old sprinkler system. He refunded $1400 in over charges once it was brought to his attention. He charged almost $200 for fifteen minutes of work to cap a pipe from the previous system. The sprinkler system only works manually though they have tried yo fix it over the months it doesn't work.

Excellent service and will definitely use again. We needed a replacement of our sprinkler system, which was torn up during pool construction. Jarvis was flexible as I needed to change service dates due to delays in the pool project, and he also worked around the project - fixing the main line from the lake when the trench for pool plumbing was still open, and then coming back to finish installation in back and front yards.

I needed to have a broken sprinkler pipe repaired in order to run the irrigation system. I contacted several companies for an estimate, but they didn’t have any appointments for several weeks. I couldn’t wait that long because of the current dry spell. I contacted J & S Irrigation and they were able to come out the next day. Jarvis and Gary gave me an estimate on the spot, and they were willing to do the work immediately. I had my system back up and running within 24 hours of calling them. I think they did a fantastic job and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

I called J&S and they were able to come out the next morning. They were able to fix the broken pipe without issue. They then checked the rest of the system, fixed my broken sprinklers and adjusted the ones that needed to be raised or straightened. I will call them again for any future irrigation needs.

I was given a service appointment, and the service person showed up promptly as scheduled. I needed to have several sprinkler heads adjusted, or replaced. The total charges for the services was about $185. I was very pleased with the work performed, and I rate this business as excellent. I would not hesitate to hire their services again, or recommend them to others.

I thought I needed a new motor/pump. Jarvis brought a new pump (expensive) but determined I did not need the pump. I needed a new filter and check valve. I appreciate his honesty as he could have put in the new pump.I had him replace the entire system in the water.. He did a very good job.

J&S came in and reviewed my system. Told me what was required and how they can revamp it. I had a few areas that needed repair and the guys took care of them. It took them a few tries but they finally figured out the issue with my system and now I have a fully functional sprinkler system that I have not had since I purchased my home. They are straight forward, on time, and followup until you are completely satisfied. Pricing is competitive and i will definitely hire them again for maintenance or any other issues with my system.

I was having issues with my sprinkler pump that suddenly stopped working. I was told by two other companies that the pump needed to be replaced $$$ :( . Jarvis came with his team and assessed the issue. Found out the problem was a faulty relay switch. Only a fraction of the cost I was preparing to spend. He came in the next day with the needed part and completed the job as expected. Also he helped reconfigure my sprinkler heads and add another one for ideal coverage. His team was super chill and very courteous. Had a good time chatting with them about my lawn needs and all my questions. Jarvis responded to the inquiry quickly and scheduled to have someone to come out and review the issues. They discovered and explained the problem, gave additional recommendations, and provided a written estimate which was reasonable.
