They are not reliable. The people didn't show up when they were supposed to and nobody called to tell me. It created a problem because I had to relocate 4 cats on the day they were supposed to come. Supposedly, on their end gave me an extending year on the warranty but that is on the paper. I would not recommend them to anybody. I had paid for the full contract. Their price was probably comparable with other companies. Schedules can go wrong, but they got to call and tell me. When I called them next day and said nobody showed up, they didn't know. The people that they had formed to go out didn't show up. So, it wasn't that they didn't call and tell me, but they didn't know; they should have known. They need to let the people know, but nobody did, it was just a big mess. I had a hard time to get the people call me back. Finally, I just insisted on somebody telling me who the top person was and how I got in touch with him, then I had to practically verbally beat that out of somebody. When I got hold of that then, they would not tell me, so I went on the Better Business Bureau and looked in there and contacted him that way, and the first thing he wanted to know was how I got his name and telephone number, not how can I help you or what is wrong or what happened. He said he'll have somebody check into it because when I contacted him and I told him I said I would like a price break because of what happened, I had to relocate 4 cats for two days longer than I had planned to and he said he'll have someone look into it and get back to me and that was the last time I ever heard. They never got back to me. I told him that I am given an year's extension on the warranty and he said well that should be sufficient ? and I said well I don't think it is. I guess, it is just the difference of the way I would run a business and they run it. I would never use them again and I certainly wouldn't wish them on anybody else.

Everything went well as usual. Hulett always calls ahead and checks to see if I have special requests. I like the technician they send as well.

One of the pros is that their response time is quick. I think their overall customer service is great. However, I used to use a different pest control before and now that I have been using Hulett their pest control isn’t as good as what I was using before. I did address that with them, and they sent somebody out the very next day. Thus, I can honestly say that they took care of it. They have had to come back out to my house 3 times so far in the past 2 quarters, so I am not friends. I am a little disappointed, but overall I can say I am satisfied. For now, I would keeping use them. However, if I have one more problem with the pests I would probably discontinue using them.

Their salesman, Ed, was great! He really sold me on this company. He explained everything thoroughly, including questions I had about how their work would affect my two cats. The crew who provides exterior service is very sweet and accommodating. They’ve been really helpful, and I’m happy to have found them.

They were very good. I liked their service. They were polite. They did what they had to do and they took off. I had to call them back once because we were so infested with ants. They came right away and now we don't have any problems. I took the year's service and the termite protection.

They do both the interior and exterior. They were willing to work with me concerning schedules. They were professional.

Everything went great with this company. The office staff is very friendly and professional. The crew was very hardworking and helpful as well. The chemicals they use will not hurt your pets. There pricing is very reasonable. I would use this company again.

I spend $74 a month. I think they will even set traps for animals if you have a problem with that. I like the service technician very much, but none of their products seem to work. We still have problems with the bugs entering into the kitchen. I wouldn?t use their services again and I am planning to discontinue them.

I thought that the package was pretty expensive and it was around $2,000 for 5 years. I was very satisfied with them and the only problem was that the price seemed kind of expensive to me, but maybe that is the going rate. I did not want a tenting service and wanted a spot treatment, so that is why I went with them. They came out and I was very pleased with their service. They were very professional and courteous. All the termites seemed to have gone away and I don?t have any problems with them. Whenever I had any issue, they seemed to have been a good company. I found them to be very knowledgeable. They were very punctual and the gentleman that came out was also very, very professional.

Standard. The company had difficulty realistically scheduling its work. My job was supposed to start at about noon on Monday, and actually started at 10 AM on Tuesday.

I used to have an outside lawn service with them but I didn't think I was getting my money's worth and I discontinued that. They are very good. The people that head up this company have degrees in bugs and they really know what they are talking about. They use just enough to get the job done. They use the mildest stuff to do the job without poisoning the consumer. They are very good and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have contracted with Huellet for about 7 years to do routine bug spraying. I have always been pleased with their service. They are not the cheapest but they are reliable and do good work.

They are right on the stick. The chemicals they use are not highly toxic which is attractive to me. They have an Entomologist on staff. I continue to use them. Cost reflects monthly charge.

Hulett Environmental Service is less pricey than other companies and they do just as good work. They use environmentally safe products, and I appreciate this because we have pets. The man who comes is extremely polite and personable. They will come immediately if we need them. We pay them annually.
