Hulett Environmental Svcs-Pest & Termite Control

I thought $670 for a 1200 sf. condo was very high and am watching to see if anymore droppings occur.

I had given a check for $770 to the salesman as the deposit and a second check with the house key was put in a lockbox on the front door. The man in charge of the tenting decided that because I had left some 5 year old pet meds in a drawer in the kitchen they could not tent. Stunned finding that he had been in my home and all through my bedroom tracking mud and the flat body of a dead frog on my hardwood floors I demanded that they return and discuss their findings. They had scheduled the tenting from 4--6 pm and they arrived after 6pm. If they had cancelled because I have a very high roof and they did not want to do the job at that time I would certainly understand. We walked around the property and all he could find was 3 branches that I broke off and 2 flood light bulbs that my lawn man removed. The date was again agreed upon the food was removed to another location again and the dog was removed. I had to leave town for the second tenting and had to call to find that they had again not completed the job. We had 9 days of rain and the tenting people were getting behind on appointments so they refused to do my tenting stating that I was not prepared. Fine. I asked that they return my house key and my checks. The salesman said that would not be a problem because they do not cash checks until the job is completed EXCEPT THAT THEY CASHED MY CHECK causing my bank account to go haywire They now say they will return the money but it must go through channels. The charges for gas shut off/on is $90 each time, The maintenance man cost $50. The labor and stress moving food items and out twice was on me. Hulett does not care. The salesman was aware from the beginning that I suffer with DAI since a car accident and all of this was extreme for me. I recently called Terminix for an estimate--still have termites! We walked the property and they commented on how well my property was prepared for tenting! BUT FIRST, I MUST HAVE MY MONEY RETURNED

It went great..this company is very reliable..the problem was with the last technician I had made an evening appointment because i work during the day. He decided to drop by on Monday afternoon, someone was home but no one that could tell him what needed to be done. My renter called me on the phone and told me he was there. I spoke to the tech and told him I wanted him to stop by at my scheduled appointment, which was Wednesday between 5-7, he said no problem. Wednesday came he never showed. I called Hulett the next morning. They said that the technician had written he did the service and cancelled the appointment. Hulett made another appointment for me and the technician that came to my home did an outstanding job.

For the first time in many years, we found a true professional who really knows what he's doing. Hulett came highly recommended by good friends, and I can see why now. The company guarantees their work for a full year.

smooth, excellent service. I have to amend my review. After less than one year of termite, I contacted them to let them know that I had a problem area that was treated 3 times already. They sent someone to take a look. He told me that since my warranty was over, there was not much they could do, but I said it was the same problem area they treated 3 times already, and they should be responsible for treating it. .I have yet to hear from them. That was 3 weeks from today, July 5.

I called Hulett because I had termites swarming inside my house. They sent an inspector over to check it out. I had captured some termites in a glass jar so I showed him the termites and he identified them as dry wood termites and scheduled a treatment . I could tent the house or have the no tent treatment that they advertise. I chose the no tent treatment. The house was treated on 3/29/11. Every thing seemed to go smoothly. One year later I had the exact same Swarming of termites in the house. I called Hulett they sent an inspector and the house was treated again this time less thoroughly with the spray and with more spot treatments. I renewed my warranty in the hope that I would get the situation sorted out. Two weeks later I had another swarming and called Hulett again and they sent out a manager to look at the house I gave him a sample of the termites, he then sent them to the Lab for ID and came back and told me that they were Formosan termites and that they were swarming from a nearby Palm Tree and flying into my attic and then crawling into the inside of my house and that I should cut down the tree because they didn't treat trees . I found this a little hard to believe but I treated the tree with a Termite spray myself just in case. One year Later 2/26/13 I had another swarming So I called Terminix who came and treated the house for subterranean and Formosan Termites.

THEY ARE A HORRIBLE NUISANCE. **** THEY ARE LIARS**** I DID NOT HIRE THEM. I NEVER WILL HIRE THEM. DON'T SEND ME NOTICES CLAIMING I OWE YOU MONEY WHEN YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN HIRED.. LYING JERKS. !!!

It went great. The rep arrived on time, was very professional and methodical.

They were on time for estimate and treatment. Due to rain they had to postpone but called us first thing and rescheduled. Treatment and timing were as described and their staff were polite and professional. Definitely would use again if needed.

This report reflects only the most recent treatment for spiraling white fly. I am in the second year of a general pest maintenance contract with them and have been very satisfied. Rachel, my technician, always calls the night before and arrives within the time frame she gives. Her work is thorough and there is minimal intrusion on my time or property. She is well aware of my ornamental fish pond and takes care not to contaminate it. Jonathan recently treated my trees for spiraling white fly and was just as careful regarding host/nectar plants and the pond.

I am pleased with everything about Hulett, from my first phone contact through the services. They were always responsive and prompt. He explained all the services carefully and in detail and answered any questions I had. He was able to write up the needed contracts on the spot.Rachel is the service technician who performed the pest prevention services. She is very sweet and accommodating. Arrived on time and was very thorough. She called one week later to follow up on the treatments and we scheduled a second visit. I think their quality of service is pretty good...they use good chemicals. I would like to get a cheaper price though.

We have been concerned with our termite problem for some time now. By all means we did not want to tent our house. The first thing we did was go on Angie's List and we found Hullet. We looked through Hullet's website and saw that they offered an ideal "no tent" alternative for controlling a termite problem. So Friday morning we called Hullet to make an appointment for a free estimate. The very next day, Saturday morning, a technician came to inspect our home. This man, David Fried, was very nice, very helpful, and very professional. He explained what the procedure would be like and gave us an estimate for our house. It was such a reasonable price we decided to go through with it. He was happy to answer all our questions and concerns and helped us set up an appointment for the exterminator to come to our house. The next Wednesday, an exterminator was fumigating our house and fixing all our problems. Damien was such a nice guy and did such a quick, simple and clean job. He did not leave a mess anywhere! We weren't put in any discomfort. The procedure was so easy it was like nothing was going on; we didn't have to leave the house, there were no weird smells, there were no dangerous chemicals left behind, it was great! We appreciate Hullet and their hard work and thank them for helping us with our large termite problem. Not only did they provide great costumer service but also, great workmanship, a clean job, a good price, a reliable guarantee, and a quick response. No complains what so ever.
