Description of Work: I had a terrible problem with tiny ants in my house in Florida. I called several exterminators - they came they next day! I ended up going on a contract for inside & outside and I haven't had a problem since. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Hulett sent over Javier to provide a quote to fumigate my house for termites with a tent. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, more thorough than the others who came to provide a quote so we chose to go with Hulett although they were more expensive. I also chose to add an agreement for $280 to begin a bi-monthly spray for ants/critters. They were punctual for every appointment, were able to perform services immediately, were very responsive AND most importantly I see dead things! So it worked. One of the guys broke a window when they were opening the windows to install the tent. They called immediately to notify us and arranged for someone to come to the house after the removal of the tent to measure the window and they fixed it immediately which I thought was very responsive/professional. The only thing that "bugged" me was that we were told someone would call to schedule an appointment to come spray for ants after the tent fumigation and no one ever called to set the appt with us. I received a voicemail one morning at work stating someone was at the house to spray for ants. I thought it was strange for someone to just show up to perform the task and leave without notifying us first. I hope he or she actually sprayed!

Description of Work: Scheduled an inspection for a specific date and time. The inspector telephoned 1 hour after the appointed time and apologized for being late. I would have rearranged my schedule if the inspector called to tell me he was going to be late but he did not call until 1 hour after the appointed time.

Description of Work: We have just been serviced for termite remediation. I will need to do a follow up review in the future to let you all know if it worked. We hired them to do the tent-less termite treatment. Very pleased with the customer service aspect. The sales rep was very knowledgable and they were able to schedule us rather quickly. We got a Saturday 8-10 time slot and the tech showed up at 8:02-not bad! He also spoke English, which was important. He was very thorough and very respectful of us and our property.

Description of Work: I called and the representative came out right away. He was very professional and friendly and the work was done within a week. I have not seen any termites since. As far as the yard treatment, some of the weeds have been killed but it looks like we have an uphill battle considering the size of our yard and the problems of bare spots, sandy areas and the dubris left from the pool service after they re-marcited our pool. We need to give it some time and then we'll be able to tell whether the service is working for us.
