Description of Work: arrived as scheduled. Checked my nonfunctioning ac. Flushed the clogged line. Then completed a checkup on the exterior unit with no additional charge. Would absolutely use again. Had also fixed my son's ac, checked to see if the warranty on the needed part was in effect. My son had recently purchased the home and had no idea regarding warranty. Saved him a bundle.

Description of Work: I called to make an appointment at 2pm and Mr. Fleming said he would phone me 30 minutes before he arrived. At 3.30 I received the call and he arrived at my house just after 4 so I was very impressed with this company's responsiveness and punctuality. | |He was able to trace the problem very quickly and had the part in his van. Including diagnosis, fixing and testing the whole process was completed in about 30 minutes. The price was fair and there was no attempt to up-sell other parts or services. I would Fleming Brothers again.

Description of Work: AC was freezing and dripping water. They cleaned out area above filter. Coils did not have to be cleaned. I think some companies would have told us we needed that done too.

Description of Work: AC drip pan was overflowing, so the line needed to be flushed. Pan was dripping onto tile. He checked the entire system and flushed the line and tested that it was flowing clear, build up was flushed through.
