David (Fleming) diagnosed error message displayed on thermostat. Called manufacture to confirm part was under warrantee, secured part thru manufacturer, went to pick up part from distributer, then came back to replace part. The initial diagnosing visit took about 1/2 hour. The subsequent visit to replace part took about the same amount of time. Most of his time was spent on securing replacement part. He handled himself in a very knowledgeable and professional manner.

I called 3 companies for quotes. Fleming brothers were not the cheapest but they won my business by being the most professional. From the moment Dave arrived for the estimate it was clear that he was not a salesman but an experienced technician with my best interest in mind. We reviewed the issues that I was having and he listened carefully to my concerns. He had clear responses to my questions and it was clear that he was knowledgeable. The other 2 companies sent young salesmen who were stumped by several of my questions. One was priced higher and one slightly lower. On the day of installation Dave and Doug showed up on time and with two other technicians. They worked in synchrony, and performed the installation of the system with care and precision. The air handler is located upstairs surrounded by white carpet in a narrow hallway. There was not a scratch on the walls or a stain on the carpet when they left. I was very impressed.

The Fleming Brothers were the first to respond and said they could be there by early afternoon. They around 2:00, checked the unit found the issue, repaired the unit and were finished by 2:30. Very polite and new what they were doing.

David and Bobby opened up the air handler, inspected the coils and found that the raceways in the collection pan were clogged. They determined that the coils were clean and not the issue. They could have opted for removing the air handler to clean it for upward of $400-$500. I would have been none the wiser. Instead they unclogged the raceways in about 15 minutes and charged me a service call. I find this company to be very honest and reputable. I plan on using this company on all future maintenance and repair issues.

It was pretty straight forward, though for something so simple I think it was overpriced.

Excellently! Were prompt ( right on the money with an 8:15AM arrival ), informative, extremely professional, and skilled. Brought a four person team who worked synergistically, efficiently, and with a specially pleasing comraderie to complete the installation seamlessly/by the projected time frame; in spite of my taking some of their work time to lay a rubber mat and baseboards before the new air-handler was installed. Doug ( one of the tandem comprising Fleming Bros. A/C, Dave is the other personable primary ) took special care in explaining both the new thermostat's operation and follow-up maintenance protocol. Additionally, Doug and his Crew provided an "as new" air handler drain pan, albeit "not" part of Doug's written Proposal. A thoroughly exceptional experience! My highest recommendation.

I had bought Ecobee4 thermostats and had partially installed them when I realized the Cwire was hooked up at the condenser. Even though they were super busy they squeezed me in that afternoon so I didn't have to go the holiday weekend without AC.

they were able to come out very quickly and went up on the roof and cleaned everything out.

They were wonderful. I was getting very worried and concerned, but thank God it was something minor. I wasn't home, but my son was here with them. He was here half an hour and he fixed it right away. This was a miracle visit. I would absolutely use them again.

Dave surprised us after calling to make an appointment coming out the very next day on a Saturday for our yearly check up, he was very punctual and knowledgeable. He performed the yearly service and identified and corrected a problem that another AC company said was normal for living in Cooper City FL. We have found an honest and reliable local company that's down to Earth that will handle all of our AC needs!! Thank you Dave for your service.

Very well. Company brought entire team of 5 people out of concern that we might experience bad weather that day, and they wanted to avoid that. Entire job done in 3+ hours, including replacement of slab and installation of new digital thermostat.

I called them and Doug came over within the hour. It needed a new relay and freon. Great service, very reasonable. I would definitely hire again. Bonus is he's a few blocks away. A/C is cooling great and no more freezing or leaking. Thank you, Doug.

Doug came out to find the source of a Freon leak. After discovering the source of the leak, he offered two options. He recommended the more cost effective option considering the age of the unit. I am very satisfied; especially since other companies recommended I replace the entire unit.

Finally after having very poor service from Service America, I found a reliable,honest repair company.

WOW! I didn't think contractors like the Fleming Brothers existed anymore, especially in South Florida. If you need a new central air system installed, you want these guys doing the work!

We have been customers for years and will continue to be. Doug and Dave Fleming are the best!! The first two months we have reduced our electric bill by $200 because of the newer higher efficiency system that Fleming recommended.

Found several leaks which were patched. House much cooler now.

The AC stopped working last night. We called Fleming Brothers and left a message. They returned our call first thing this morning and were at the house within the hour. They found the problem and fixed it in less than a hour. Very happy, we have AC again. Thank you Fleming Brothers!!!

My A/C stopped cooling. We called Fleming Brothers and Dave came out and identified that is was the coil in the condensor. Since the unit was under 5 years old the part was still covered by warrenty. Dave made the arrangments to have the coil replaced by the manufacturer at no charge. Once the coil was received Dave immediately notified us to have the coil installed the same day so we did not have to be with AC any longer. . It turns out no fault of Dave's that the company sent the wrong part. Dave immediately made phone calls and got us the part needed and fixed our A/C. Dave is very proactive for his customers and Dave and his team provide outstanding customer service. We definitely will continue to use Fleming brothers in the future for our A/C needs.
