I was having trouble with my a/c and the guy I previously used for a/c work could not locate the problem after several attempts nor was he reliable when trying to setup an appointment. I gave up on him and decided to contact Fleming Brothers as a friend of mine has had good experience with them and also after seeing how good the reviews were for their work on Angies List. Setting up an appointment was super easy and they were at my place at the promised time. They discovered the problem quickly, fixed it and now my a/c is working perfectly. I was truly impressed with how smoothly everything went. I now know who will be my goto for a/c work and will refer them to my friends & family as well.

The service was prompt, the rates were reasonable, and they were very professional.

It was excellent from start to finish. I called the company at 8:00 a.m. to request service because our air conditioner stopped working. Due to the stormy weather this morning, they were unsure if they would be able to come out today (the outside unit was the problem). Surprisingly, they showed up about 9:30 a.m. and quickly found the problem. They are prompt, professional, and extremely affordable. We are very pleased with Fleming Brothers and highly recommend them for any air conditioning problems.

Been dealing with Fleming brothers for about 10 years now. Always on-time, professional and do the job that is necessary...not performing services that are not required as some other AC companies do.

Dave, one of the owners, showed up the day after I placed the service call. He was on time and very knowledgable about my unit. Dave was able to diagnose the problem quickly and found the leak in the coil. He explained to me, in detail, what would have to be done to repair the a/c. Dave quoted me a price and said he would order the replacement coil and come out in a day or two to do the job. 2 days later, my a/c is fixed and running better than it has since it was installed! To my complete surprise, Dave informed me that I would be receiving a rebate from the manufacturer for the repair of the coil! The check will be sent to them and then they will, in turn, send it to me. How honest is that! For 4 years, the company who installed the unit has been servicing it but they could never find the leak and just kept charging me to refill the freeon over and over again. If you want to deal with an honest and reliable company, and if you want to support small business then call Fleming Brothers and you won't be disappointed. I will refer all my friends to this company of trained professionals. By the way, I had a quote from another vendor on Angie's List for this same issue who not only quoted me TWICE the amount for this service but never disclosed the manufacturers rebate! Fleming Brother's is an A1 company to deal with.

In a past experience their experience in the business was obvious when they fixed a problem with a 25 part when other companies wants hundreds to do work which wasn't needed. I absolutely recommend this company for any air conditioning needs.

Things went great. I called on a Friday evening. Doug called me back right away, said he could be there in the morning. He came on time, actually had a fan motor in his truck. He replaced the motor, checked freon, etc. and was gone. He was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Will definitely use him again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out good. Their service was one of the best. They did a good job, they came on time as scheduled, and everything went smoothly. Everything was fine.

Our AC was dripping water inside the house. We tried pouring AC drain pipe cleaner but the problem didn't go away. We got the number for Fleming Brothers from a family member and called them last night, Friday. They said they could come over Saturday morning. The technician arrived about 8:15 a.m. and handled the problem efficiently and quickly. He was friendly, professional and quick. It was a pleasure doing business with Fleming Brothers. We will be using this company in the future and will be recommending them to family and friends.

They diagnosed that the air handler had a leak so it lost its Freon. They checked the serial # of the unit (it was installed by another company a few years ago) and found it was still under warranty. Therefore they removed it and took it to the manufacturer's distribution center to get a new one for no charge! Though filling it up was a little expensive because it is the old Freon and its not as readily available anymore.

They are outstanding. They are reasonably priced and honest. A lot of my family and friends have used them for years. Their service is great!

Another company which had originally provided us two A/C units (different sections of house) performed an inspection to find out why the fan was not working on one unit. They said the fan motor and circuit board needed replacing at an estimated cost of $1195.00. My husband wanted a second opinion, so I looked at website for the A/C manufacturer and also at Angie's List to find someone. I found Fleming Brothers Services on both websites so called Dave for an estimate. He came the same day that I called. Dave isolated the problem to the circuit board only, not the expensive motor. His estimate was for $234.00, saving us $961.00.Dave even drove out to purchase the circuit board and installed it the same day. Everything works fine. As both my A/Cs were due for routine maintenance we arranged for him to come back a few days later to perform the maintenance,both together at a reasonable price. I will use this company in the future!

Due to the cooler weather I didnt realize my A/C wasnt working properly on Friday afternoon 4/23/2012. On Monday morning I called Fleming Brothers at their listed opening time and the phone was quickly answered. I told Mr. Fleming what my situation was and he said he would adjust his schedule and would be out in about 1.5 hours. He showed up at the time promised checked out the system and told me I needed a new blower motor. The good news was the motor was still under warranty. He started making phone calls and found a part in Pompano Beach. He gave me the option of paying a little more for him to go pick it up or waiting 2 days for the part to be delivered. Knowing that the cooler weather was over I opted for him to pick up the part. He drove to Pompano and quickly returned, he quickly made the repair, checked out the rest of the system, cleaned up and was gone before I had to go pick up my kids from school. This is truly a family owned business. Everytime you call them you know one of the owners will be making the repairs.I will be calling them for my seasonal maintanence on my cooling system.

We decided to replace our unit to a more efficient one in order to lower our electric bill. The company had been recommended to us, so we called them to get an estimate. The gentleman that came out was very personable and arrived on time. We chose to use this company, because they have been in the business for a long time, they are a family run company and were also very knowledgeable. They gave us several options to choose from and a good price. We scheduled the installation and were very pleased with the overall process. I would highly recommend them.

I think I have been using them ever since I was in high school. I haven?t used anybody else. The last time around, they were here for a service check and also to top off the Freon. They usually come out the same day. They definitely know their stuff and are very reliable. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

The air conditioner which required service had been totally enclosed in wood by a previous homeowner and could not be accessed for repair without difficult removal of the wood. Mr. Fleming figured out a way to remove the front wood panel causing only minor damage to it, so that it could be salvaged and reinstalled in a way to make it removable for future servicing needs. Since this repair was done, I have recommended Fleming Brothers to two friends, both of whom have had them perform A/C repairs. In those two cases, as well as in mine, the servicemen were very punctual, honest, reasonably priced and neat.

There was a lot of work involved as they had to re-plumb the drainage as well. They were polite in our home and installed a high quality unit, which is much more efficient than the old one we had whose condenser had blown. I would recommend them to others.
