Their fee was pretty fair - it was a flat fee. They came right out and got to work.

They were good and did the job right. They were on time and they got back to me within a day. The price was okay. 0

Like most have tried a dozen plumbers over the years, but found father and son a few years ago and would NEVER call any one else. Ps. Am using CleanLine Inc to repair and paint damaged walls and they are great to work with, very realistic prices. Bill the owner is right there working along side.

It was excellent. I was very pleased.

I called on Wednesday 9/3/14 at about 4:30 and spoke to Pete. Got a price over the phone which was very reasonable and requested service the next day. He said they would be there by 9:00 and by 10:15 I had hot water again.

They were very professional, courteous and very reasonable in price. They came up with a very helpful solution that saved us a lot of time and money.

The job was done very well, they were prompt and cleaned up after, very satisfied. I called them again on 8/29/14 to replace the faucet in the same bathroom and Peter sent Justin out that same morning to install. Justin was very nice and completed the job in about an hour. I would call Father and Son again without hesitation.

Called in the morning and requested an emergency replacement. Beacuse water heater was leaking Plumber arrived when promised.Gave a fair and reasonable replacement of water heater. Did all the work in a reasonable time. Went above and beyond and replaced pipes that shuld have been replaced last time. Plumber was very good and would use their services again

I have used them before with excellent results. When I called on Saturday, they said they would be there Monday morning. Plumber arrived and installed new water heater of the same kind and quality as the old one. When I mentioned weak water pressure in the kitchen, he checked the aerator on the faucet, removed it and cleaned it. It works great now. No charge for that. Very personaable and efficient. They will be my regular plumber, but I hope I won't need them again soon!

After having some shoddy work done by a previous general contractor, I contacted Father and Son Plumbing to repair some previously done work by someone else and had the do additional work in my guest bathroom. Peter Mistler did the work in professional fashion with a level of skill and confidence that led me to feel extreme comfortable. A feeling I have not had with any plumbing contractor before. They are now "my" plumbers.

the setup of the toilet. Eduardo was in charge of installing the toilet and bathroom faucet. Once all the installations were complete, the second installer left for another appointment. Eduardo remained behind to check all of the installations. During that process, he discovered that I had a backflow problem. He got the toilet snake from his truck and snaked the toilet, but the problem persisted. Then he go his ladder and went up on the roof to snake the line from the vent. After this, everything worked well. However, Eduardo advised me to have my septic tank pumped out. The job was finished at 6:45 p.m. All work areas were clean. I have used Father and Son many times and highly recommend them.

The experience was efficient and done in a timely manner. He explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. I was so pleased with his promptness, service and attitude, I would certainly hire him again and also refer him to my friends.

I ( the husband ) removed the drywall from area intended to receive the supply line / drain assembly assembly and dryer vent. All SPACE RESTRICTIONS were exposed. A rough sketch picture was provided by me with measurements included. I specifically went over the SPACE RESTRICTION that the dryer vent and the drain assembly had to be next to each other for them to align up with the back of the washer and dryer. This job was agreed upon by Edwardo and myself and a price of $864.00 after 10% A. list discount discount closed the deal. As it relates to the price, a mention of " If all goes as planned " was stated by Eduardo. The work was completed but it was not the work that was agreed to. The drain assembly was incorrectly installed in the center of the opening leaving the dryer vent unable to fit within the SPACE RESTRICTION. The solution that was offered to me was for me to buy and install a cabinet and to put between the washer and dryer and put the dryer vent inside that cabinet area. I was then given and additional charge of $179.00 because, " All did not go as planned " and parts had to be retrofitted to existing pipe sizes. I showed the work to my neighbor to confirm that I was correct that the work I expected was possible but simply not done. Father and Son Plumbing was called back five days later and again went over what we originally agreed to why it would work. It did work, Eduardo moved the assembly to where we originally discussed quickly and efficiently. However the then called his boss and presented me with an additional charge of $143.00 that was lowered to $95.00 that I paid just to get him out of my house. The $179.00 back charge and $95.00 mystery charge ( 32% additional ) was totally out of line because the work that was agreed to was done the second time only it cost me $274.00 more. During the quote stage of the job, I would have been glad to cut or pay them to cut a visual access hole to see what pipe size they were dealing with before quoting the job. At that time, I probably would have approved the price and would not have to be writting a horrible review like this. I found Edwardo honest and capable but I found the company policy he works for suspect at best.

We originally had an appointment for May 5 with Rotorooter. They promised we would see them between 9am-1pm. At 10:30 they called and stated the plumber was having difficulty with a call and wouldn't be available until 1-3pm. At 3 pm with no plumber in sight, we called and were told that all techs were busy and it would be even later. They couldn't guarantee anyone before 5pm! At this point my husband was fed up and we called Father & Sons. Since it was so late in the day and my husband really needed to go to work for at least a little while, we scheduled a morning appointment for the next day. We were originally told we should see someone at 9am but were called around 8:45 and told it would be 10am instead. We thought we would end up with the same old runaround as the previous day. (This is the reason for the "B" grade for punctuality.) However, promptly at 10am the tech showed up and went right to work. He spent probably 30 minutes repairing the toilet, replacing the very, very old wax ring and reseating and tightening the tank. I peeked in the bathroom while he was working on the sink and have to say he did a great job. The place was clean and tidy and one would never know any repair had just taken place except the grout around the base of the toilet was white once more. The kitchen sink was maybe a 15 minute job to replace the connection from the pipe to the sink. When we bought the house about 6 months prior, we had another local plumber come in and tighten the connections due to leakage. We didn't use him again because we feel the job wasn't really done correctly. The Father & Son plumber informed us that the connection had been tightened too much which caused the rubber (gasket?) to be completely squeezed out and was ruined therefore needing replacement. He didn't blink an eye when we presented our Angie's List coupon for a 10% discount which was made by check as they don't accept debit cards except by calling the office and paying over the phone. He was finished and gone in approximately one hour and we had two successful repairs! We will never use anyone else at this point for our plumbing needs.

Great company and would definitely use again. Honest inspection and evaulation. I was not able to replace the shower setup at this time, but was given a quote for the future. Do not hesitate to schedule an appointment.

Eduardo arrived promptly. He explained that the proper way to fix it was to replace both the hot and cold water valves with a single mixing valve and gave me a quote, which seemed a little high. Turns out, he had to cut a large hole in the tile and then the thick plaster (not drywall) and metal lath. The pipe up to the shower head was too short and had to be lengthened. Eduardo was fanatic about not making a mess with the copious plaster dust, or tracking dust through the house when going back to his truck. The hole he cut was perfect, no chipping of the tile, and when finished with the finishing plate, it looks original. Eduardo was here for more than 4 hours (no breaks), friendly, personable, and meticulous. It was a bargain!!! Father & Sons are the only people on my list to call when I have my next plumbing problem. I had called someone else on the recommendation of a friend. I never got a call back. This would be why you love your friends, but do business with people with good reviews on Angie's List.

They were very thorough and responsive.

Replaced 2 water heaters (1 had broken and the other one was also 13 yrs old) with 2, 50 gallons Rheem water heaters. Replaced all the valves, the copper pipes etc. I called them in the morning and I had hot water again that night. Peter came in the morning after I called and found out the problem. One of the water heater valve had broken and needed to be replaced. No hot water was coming out of the faucets, just cold. The water heaters were almost 14 yrs old and it made sens to just replace them. The technician came that afternoon to install both. I am very happy, once again, with the job done. They came when they say they would. They were professional, knowledgeable and took the time to understand and find out the problem. the technician was very polite, did a great job and left the place spotless. The price with installation was great and included everything.

He was punctual and did a great job. We had no issues and it was a fair price.

Would not return multiple messages. The one time someone answered the phone, "I will call you back in a few minutes". NEVER heard from them. Maybe they do good work if they can be troubled to call you or you get lucky and call when they have there feet up with nothing to do.
