I called to get a leak fixed. Pete, the owner, came over to inspect and gave a rough estimate of $ 2000. He said he would call me on Tuesday. I waited for the call - he never called. I called him and he said he wanted to do the job and would call me on Thursday - he never called. I called again - he said he was in car and would call back - never did. He lies. Not responsible.

The men were so kind and professional. The price was as agreed upon which happened to be less expensive than others quoted. They found a cause which no other previous plumber found. I am very thankful.

Father & Son Plumbing gets the permit and the job done without us having to worry about this test. We have had other plumbing companies come out and do this and every one of them tried to charge us extra by saying that there is a bunch of stuff we have to do and that we needed 2 permits. It is nice to deal with a company that does the job with honesty and integrity..

They refer me to a roofer. They honest and thorough. He made sure the work was done right. He even talk to the roofer to come back and fix. They were wonderful.

Pete, at father and Sons plumbing did a beautiful job Remodeling my bathroom in June 2019. The job was on time, professionally done, and it turned out beautiful! Now, six months later the faucet I Purchased from an online store, that had been installed during the remodeling, broke. Pete, the owner sent his plumber, Eduardo to take a look and they found that the faucet was defective. They fix the part with no charge to me even though it was not their fault and I didn’t even purchase the faucet from them. This is the old fashion, top-notch, family plumbing business! They do an excellent job and stand behind their work!

Arranged to meet him at a rental we own. Right on time. Determined the need for new shower head and spout. I went to Home Depot to pick one up and he went on another call during the interim and returned to install the components. Very honest with what was needed to be done.

We have used Father & Son in the past and their prices have always been expensive but we needed someone quick and we remembered their name. I have even referred them to our neighbor who ended up using them for a leak in her garage. I was beyond disappointed in the service I received this time. They were there all of 15 minutes when they discovered that the dishwasher was leaking from the bottom and charged me $425. They did nothing to repair the dishwasher except unplug it and hand me the kickboard that was covering the area under the unit that they had removed. The one technician spent another 30 minutes talking to me about his dogs and his friend who is an adjuster. They even asked me for a plastic bag and duct tape to cover the hole under my sink that they created. The apprentice that was with the main tech seemed nice enough despite the fact that the lead tech treated him poorly and stood their shaking his head when he was not looking. I was shocked and disappointed that given the fact that I am a returning customer who has referred them business they would honestly charge me $425 for 15 minutes and 30 minutes of wasting my time talking to me. We will never use them again or recommend them again to anyone and I suggest if you are reading this review you find someone else to do the work.

They took their time to make sure that it was unplugged and they were very nice. They are also honest.

We had a shower pan leaking and decided to go to the studs on all wall and get a completely new bathroom. Pete and his crew and their sub-contractors were excellent. We have everything replaced, shower, toilet, sink plus new walls & floors plus medicine cabinet, all were installed with little effort and in as short as possible time where only the city permit process held us back. Have used them in the past for water heater and leaking valves and have the highest regard for their work.

I called Peter Mistler Plumbing at 9545254074 on January 17, 2018 and left a message on a voicemail that identified itself as Peter Mistler Plumbing. It said , please leave your phone number, and address of where you need the work done. I did this at 5:30pm. I never received a return phone call.

Pete took forever to call me back. Once questioned regarding the 10% Coupon, he said it would not be honored to replace a water heater, only for house calls. That’s not what the coupon says. Dishonest! I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I spoke with the owner on a Thursday morning regarding setting up an appointment for an estimate on a major job. He told me he was on his way out of town and asked me to text him my information which I did. He told me that he would call me "on Monday when the dust settles." It's now been over a week later and I haven't heard from him. I guess his dust is still settling......Not interested in using him at this point. Lousy service.

Father and Son Plumbing sent two plumbers who worked two long, labor-intensive days to excavate a 120-foot trench and lay the new drain line. Both were pleasant and obviously well trained for the job requirements. I was impressed that they replaced all the displaced ground and sidewalk pavers and even patched the concrete and stucco removed for access to the plumbing.

It went well. I haven't had a problem since the service. I was impressed with everything about them.

I'd give them an "A" overall. They unstopped my sink, that's all I can tell you. I remember them doing it but that's all I remember.
