Very professional and ethical. The company has a high moral compass and didn't allow me to have work performed which was unnecessary. Had small issue with a sink that was related but was resolved on same day the I called company. Will continue toes Father and Son Plumbing for my residential needed a and will now use them for my businesses. I give them not a 5 but 10 Star rating.m

Within an hour of speaking to Pete, David and Antonio arrived and completed the valve replacement in a timely manner. They were very courteous and professional. Quick, neat & a job perfectly done!!! The process from the beginning to the completion was very professional and the final project looks very good. Eduardo and his assistant were very friendly, went over all details before they started and when they were finished they made sure we were satisfied. Their work was very clean. Professionalism in every step! Great job!

Unfortunately I was not told their price before the plumber commenced work. I supposed if the leak was not fixed then the price should be adjusted. (Most of the other plumbers that were previously called performed trouble shooting without any charge). Eduardo with his companion had to drill into the wall and although we could see water seeping from the neighbor, he had no access to stopping the leak. Finally he wrote up a mighty bill double their usual price because according to him they work with the insurance. The bad news is that he gave me the bill to pay him. I objected to that anyway . He finally cut the bill in half which was still very high considering that the leak is still unresolved. Secondly all their sales talk was really not followed up with. Not only that they left some loose nuts while trouble shooting and did not respond to my call to come back and fix subsequent leaks as a result, another plumber who came to investigate the same leak did the left over job and tightened the loose nuts. . My advise to this plumber is to announce his fees upfront before making a trip and respond to follow-up calls.

Father and son plumbing was very responsive I explained to them what was going on and they sent someone out that very morning. Eduardo was the plumber that came to my house . He was very conscientious about working neatly and not tracking dirt into the house he had to come in and out of the wet shower and was careful about not tracking the dirt anywhere there either. I wanted to keep the cost down because in the future we plan on renovating that bathroom and didn't want to sink a lot of money into it for the repair. He worked very hard to keep the valve we already had and just make sure everything is sealed properly and that it wouldn't drip anymore and he was successful at that and keeping the cost down very low. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

All of the plumbers I've worked with a Father & Son (this is our second time using their services) are patient and professional. They listen and want to make sure they do the entire job. (I want to note that we used Father & Son after using what felt like every plumber in town to find the source of the drain flies that had taken up residence with us. Finally, a plumber with Father & Son, who I call the Sherlock Holmes of Plumbing, found the source of the leak - the waste line in our kitchen. This meant dealing with insurance, pulling out our cabinets, cutting out the rotten drywall, and doing mold remediation. Once that was done, I called Father & Son again. It was finally time to replace the bad plumbing. Even though it was a different plumber, he used the same patience I had witnessed in Sherlock. This is the end of a saga!)

Spoke to Pete twice, and he was supposed to call me back to set up an appointment for the work to be done, but never did. When I called again, he was unapologetic and did not seem to want my business. Quite a pity.

Everything went smoothly, the men were prompt, knowledgeable and we would highly recommend.

I did a full renovation on my kitchen and hired Father & Son to install the new sink and dishwasher. During demolition, I ran into a few other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed(bad valve on hot water heater and an accidentally cut pipe). Pete and his team were available on short notice and were very professional. They also assisted me with filling out the permitting paper work for my city. The finished work looks great and everything is working perfectly. I would highly recommend and will definitely hire again on any future projects.

Vendor never showed or called. When I re-contacted him after waiting two full days he said "lost your number and address BUT we MIGHT have come out on Friday" with no appointment? I don't think so.

Company responded to call right away and Eduardo arrived the same day, fixed all our problems we had stated. He is a very knowledgeable, likeable, professional and competent worker who completed the projects within a relatively short timeframe.

Overall, it was just OK. The work on the bathrooms came out well. The biggest problem that I had was that the plumbing for the kitchen sink was done improperly (see picture below). When plumbing was run for the new drain (pre cabinet install), I showed the plumber my new sink (it had already been delivered to my place) and had cabinet placement drawn on the wall. We had a conversation about how it was a center drain sink, and that he would need to run the drain pipe to come into my cabinet in a different location than if it was a sink with a drain in the rear. However, after the sink was installed and the plumbers came back out, the guys (different plumbers from the same company this time) asked me why the drain was placed where it was. I explained that I had shown the guy the sink originally and he had chosen to run it this way intentionally. You will see in the picture that because of the improper drain pipe installation, I lost a lot of storage space in the cabinet because the plumbing had to be run in a messy and unattractive way. They talked about the other plumber during their visit, calling him the "wonder plumber" and commenting on how he usually messes up projects like this. I sent the picture below to Pete, the owner, expressing my frustration. He said that the plumbing looked perfectly normal and there was no problem. I don't think this is how he would have the plumbing look under his own kitchen sink. No compensation, not even a simple apology was offered. My second problem occurred today. I had had a water line run to the refrigerator area so that when I got a new fridge, I could have one with a water/ice machine. The plumbers had ran a copper line that just sticks out of the wall (see picture below). Again, being not a plumber, and this being my first home renovation, I did not know what to look for. When my new fridge was delivered today, the delivery guys looked at it at said that the plumbing job was not completed properly. They said it was supposed to be installed in the wall with a plug for a hose, more like a finished electrical outlet. Then you would just plug a hose from the fridge to the connector in the wall. However, they said it will work the way it is, but the plumber has to install an ending to the copper pipe so that it can get plugged into the hose coming out of my new fridge. This time I called Pete again, the owner, to ask if they come come out and put the ending on. Again, his immediate response was defensiveness and told me it would cost $130 for a service call. He told me that they have changed the way they make refrigerators now and that the way that my plumbing was run was they way they always do it. After using them for my entire renovation ($3395.00), I am frustrated that they want $130 to come install a $3.00 part. My issue with this company is that my plumbing works, but that's about it. It isn't pretty, and the costumer service is not good. Anytime I had concerns, I was made to feel as if I was an idiot. However, all of my contractors have looked at the plumbing work when doing other projects and said that it looked like a half-way job. Not a good feeling after having spent over 3 grand. There were some very good things about the company-they always honored the Angie's list discount, and the actual plumbers were always friendly. Also, I found the cost to be competitve. I just wouldn't recommend them if you haven't done a reno before and don't know what to be on the lookout for.

Peter responded to call right away. In half an hour came to assess and estimate the job. First thing next morning plumber arrived knowing exactly what needed to be done. Ed (plumber who did the job) is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Completed project, tested, ensured that everything worked well, no leakage and water is draining well. I would definitely use Father and Son plumbing in the future and would recommend them to others. Thank you for the job well done.

The job was originally from another plumbing company that left a complete mess. Father & sons came and fixed it in less then 2 hours were the previous company came back and went for 4 days and still couldn't get it right .

This company is honest, reliable, and responsive. Came out originally on an evening emergency call on a Friday because water wouldn't turn on. Turned out landscaping company turned off water valve that we didn't even know existed. Took time on that evening call to explain problems we had been having and gave a quote on the spot without charging extra for emergency call. Came back within a week to fix some plumbing issues. After they left, fridge water had low pressure. They came back and accurately assessed issue- it Turned out to be an issue with the fridge, not the job they did, but they still did not charge us extra. I'm very impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend this company!
