They were courteous. They called me back and were on time. They did the job and I didn’t have any problems with them.

I called Father and Son Plumbing from the office and they said they could send someone in an hour. Steve arrived at my place right on time and with considerable effort managed to remove the small piece of pipe without having to open up the wall. About the only problem is that Steve had to try a couple of different ways of installing the new spout. The fitting behind the wall is so close to the wall, that a couple of these attempts did not work. Steve did not have the exact length of pipe needed to replace the one that was removed since it was so short (I think it was so short that it was not any of the standard hardware sizes). But he managed to install a little longer pipe section that I had already bought when I planned to fix it myself. The new tub spout fit with only a small gap 1/8 inch between the wall and spout that when caulked in is hardly noticeable. He offered to come back and make it so that there would be not gap. But given the difficulty of trying to remove the very short pipe section I would rather have the pipe sticking farther out anyway, so I am happy with the repair. This way if I ever have to replace it again I will have a lot more pipe to grab on to. Steve also did a lot better job caulking the hole in the wall than had previously been done. Without my even asking, they gave me a discount because the work took a little longer than planned. I found the price to be a lot more reasonable than I had expected it could cost and a whole lot cheaper than if the wall had to be cut open. Father and Son plumbing treats their business as a ministry and tries to uphold a good Christian work ethic and integrity. When I saw the fish symbol on their truck I had hoped that would be the case, and I was not disappointed.

Great great work. Dale called to let me know he was on his way. He worked diligently and replaced what needed to be replaced. He also walked me through the repair/recondition process for each toilet, explaining the why and what of what he was doing. He answered all my questions, was very polite and professional. I will use them again and I recommend them highly.

When the new tenant came in, they had complained the diswasher did not appear to be working correctly. When I called Father & Sons, they immediately came out to see what the problem was and immediately corrected it without any charge whatsoever. They did an outstanding job with follow through of the job completed - even at no cost!

At first our job got off to a bumpy start. Plumber was supposed to come out the day before (5/16) to remove our old sink so granite counter installers could replace our old mica counter. Due to communication error -- apparently they never wrote down our city when taking down our address, because I know I said it because it was my first question to them "Do you service Cooper City?". We even called the day before to confirm that they were coming, and again, they never mentioned that they didn't have our complete address. Thus, the morning they were supposed to be here, they called my cell instead of the home number but as luck would have it -- it was the one time I forgot my cell at the office, so we did not get the call. When the time for the plumber to arrive came and went and the granite installers arrived early, I called Pete (who is very nice) and he said he was trying to reach me on my cell because they didn't have what city we lived in for the GPS (he did indeed leave a message on my cell). He said he could now send out the plumber but he wouldn't get to my house for another 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, I had a crew of granite installers in my kitchen ready to work! Luckily, they knew how to remove the sink, which saved the day. So no harm, no foul. It was just a bit frustrating. The next morning, a plumber appeared and did a great job at a reasonable cost. In the end, we were very happy and relieved. We'd use Father & Son Plumbering Services again in the future.

They did what they said they were going to do. So far, so good. The work they did was great. I am going to use them again tomorrow for another job.

We have used Pete many times over the past few years. The last job was to come out and install a new water heater, dishwasher, and sink fixtures. They purchased the water heater for us, and installed it no problem. Same for the sink fixtures. The only issue was on the dishwasher installation. His colleague did not anchor the dishwasher properly which resulted in it tipping when the door was open. To be clear, Pete was not here the day the initial work was done. I am sure if he was, there would not have been a problem. We called him, and he quickly came out and corrected the work on the dishwasher. He is a stand up guy and I know he would reconcile any issue with the workmanship. As always, I highly recommend Father and Son Plumbing. Customer service is very important to them, which is much appreciated.

They came to evaluate the low water flow in my kitchen faucet. They quickly determined it was the existing faucet and changed it as well as the connections to the disposal.

We noticed water damage in our master bedroom. The wood floors felt damp, and became progressively discolored and warped. The adjoining wall to our bathroom felt damp at the bottom and the wallpaper peeled easily. We had a leak locator service come out and they determined the wall had a leak inside but could not determine the actual source. I called several companies from Angie's List but Pete from Father & Son came out promptly. They opened the adjoining wall and capped the line to stop the leaking. They put dryers to dry everything out. They did more testing to try to find the actual source but to avoid tearing up our ceilings and the tile floors in the bathroom, we agreed to an exterior line outside. They dug a trench at the side of the house to lay a new line and connected it by opening up the bathroom wall on the outside resolving the problem. They patched and cleaned everything up very nicely. In addition, they recommended a contractor for the restoration work who we were also very pleased with. Pete also had his crew (who were great) do some other minor plumbing adjustments that we needed. He made everything very easy for us as well as working with my schedule. He and his crew were professional, did a great job and I would definitely use them again (but hopefully I will not have to!). I have already referred them to friends.

I got the features myself at the nearest Lowes, except I did prepay the two toilets and let Father & Son to bring it to my home. I am very satisfied with the job.

Very good, it was excellent. They came when they said they would come and it was very professional. They just did the work and cleaned up after themselves. They were curteous and we had no problems with them. Already recommended them to someone else.

I called Father & Son Plmbing to come out and give me a quote on a leaking pipe in my yard. They came out right when they told they would, quoted me a reasonable price and went right to work. They worked delingently until after 5 pm when they finished the job. I was happy with the plumber and his work was great. I was very happy that he also cleanup after himself.

I CALLED THEM RIGHT BEFORE CHIRSTMAS, AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE SO BUSY AND COULD NOT PROMISE THEY WOULD GET TO THE REPAIRS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN THEY APPEARED BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND CAME PREPARED WITH THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL IN HAND!!

The price was more than fair. They are a great plumbing company. No problems or complaints. They have came out on an emergency basis as well.

The faucet repair at our church parsonage went well but was pricey at some $650. We had tried to repair the faucet with our own maintenance staff but it was old and beyond repair. Locating the leak was difficult and time consuming. Father and Son could not isolate it and had to call in a leak detecting company. They located the leak under or slab floor in the narthex of the church. Pete from Father Son was considerate and helpful in getting to the problem as efficiently as possible. Their crew came in a had to jack-hammer the concrete slab to get several feet down to the copper tubing that was leaking. They repaired the leak and patched the concrete floor. They had peeled back the carpeting carefully and it was replaced after the patch had cured. The finished job look good. Our water bill went from 114,000 gallons a month to 14 gallons a month! Asked to test and certify the back flow preventer valve, Pete told me the old one was shot and it would cost about the same to replace with a modern one as to repair the old brass valve. The job was done neatly and satisfactorily. I would advise you, if you have this done, to make sure they leave the old valve with you as it has considerable scrap value. Father and Son took it with them. All the work was satisfactory. Most of the time, appointments were kept fairly close to the appointed times. Pete is easy to work with and his guys are very experienced. They did what they said what they were going to do. Plumbers are expensive and this company is no exception.

Had a major leak outside my home loosing 1000 gallons of water a day. Called Father and son. he responded immediately, assessed the damage and sent a crew with the proper equipment within an hour.

They were excellent. Their price was in the normal range. They were correct, there were no leaks.

My commode had broken and would not fulsh! Without consulting Angie's list (I was at work), I called a random plumbing service found on the internet, and, listed as being near my home. The person answering the call seemed rather disinterested in my problem, but, nonetheless, agreed to set an appointment for "between 9AM and 11AM" the following day. I informed my employer that I had a plumbing issue and would be working from home for the day as I needed to be available when the plumber arrived. The day of the appointment came, and, no one from the firm I called showed up, or called with an explanation. The service date was important as I had planned to go out of town after the service was completed. I left on my trip as planned, and, without my plumbing being fixed do to the no show of the plumbing service I had contacted. This was an inconvenience, however, not a crippling one, as I still had a functioning master bathroom, and, the bathroom impacted was a guest bathroom. Upon my return, I decided I would find a plumbing service on Angie's list, but, since I still had a functioning head, I figured it was not a huge priority issue. The next day my only functional bathroom commode broke in the exact same manner as the other early in the morning when I needed to go to work. Now, we were in crisis mode with no functioning bathrooms in my home. I immediately accessed my Angie's list account, and, within moments had a number for a local service near my home. I called them and my call was immediately answered by the owner of the company, Pete. Pete was friendly, calm, and willing to listen to my issue. He had a crew in the area, and, the same day, they were at my home within hours. After arrival, Mike and his assistant Justin, were assessing the situation with my bathrooms and knew exactly what to do. They immediately contacted a local plumbing supply house for my parts (which were non standard) and informed me they could be back in close to an hour. They actually were able to return within 30 minutes with the parts in question, which were not available at any of the "big box" DIY stores (HD and Lowes) and started in on resolving my problem. Great conversation with them, and as I am a DIY guy myself, they were more than happy to explain to me what they were doing and let me watch the process and ask LOTS of questions. These guys were great to talk to, and, total Pros with many years of experience. Within an hour of the arrival at my home with parts to fix my two malfunctioning bathrooms, the work was complete, and tested. I was thrilled with these folks, and, should I require any further plumbing service they will be my first call. Outstanding job, fair price and friendly service. I would recommend this firm to anyone who needed plumbing work.

They did a fine job...they came out the same day and gave me a good price. They didn't waste their time and did the job for the price they quoted over the phone. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

They were wonderful and made a horrible situation, while I had house guests, bearable.
