This company came out the same day we called and gave us an estimate. The next week the company that was working on our pool told us that the plumbing contractor had to have the work completed ASAP. We called Pete, the owner of the company, and he said he would have it done by the due date. They came and did the work and did a great job. Also when they came out to do the work, we had another small plumbing issue in our powder room and they were able to fix that on the spot. We expect to have future work done by them.

They sent out a plumber in a timely manner to evaluate the water heater. It was periodically shutting off. We had another plumbing company out to check it out a few weeks before. They found nothing wrong with it. Within a half an hour, the plumber from Father and Sons located a bent wire in the backup thermostat that would trigger the water heater to shut off. This could have been extremely dangerous because the wire was sparking. He shut off the backup thermostat and came back at my convenience to replace the water heater. The plumbers were very neat and completed the job quickly. I would highly recommended this company.

Before Christmas, Steve gave us an estimate and made a parts list. When they reopened, we scheduled a time and the crew showed up promptly the same day. Their work was excellent and neat, and they came up with a way that in the future, the value could be replaced without any replumbing. We'd definitely use this company again.

Had to re-route plumbing from Kitchen and laundry. Pete cam out and gave me an estimate as soon as I called. He was very knowledgeable and it was clear this was second hat to him. My regular plumber was out of town so I had to use a plumber who I did not have any experience with. After calling a number of plumbers though they were not the least expensive but I chose them since they were able to replace water heater that day and the price variance was minor ($25). I inadvertantly gave them the wrong size height but even though they had to leave the job and get another water heater they were back asap and there was no additional charge. The installer, though not either the father or son, was very professional and had a pleasant personality. I was very pleased with their service (prompt and professional). As a licensed general contractor, I have utilized many plumbers over the past 40 years and have come across many a doozie as well as some excellent ones and based on the service performed I hIghly recommend this company and the employee who performed the work.

The plumber did what was asked and was very polite. When I asked for a quote about some additional work, the head of the business called (after a slight communication problem) and arranged to meet with me.

It went very well. I made the appointment a week in advance because I was only going to be available at the condo one day. The men called about a half hour before arriving. They were very professional and polite. I needed more work done than planned and it was no problem. Additional men were called to help remove the old hot water heater and bring the new one. They completed all the work in one day and I am very grateful! I shared my experience with the condo association president and hope that my neighbors will contact Father & Son for all their plumbing needs.

My renter called me to report that the sewer had backed up into the house. I called several highly rated plumbers on Angie's List in the early afternoon and none could help me other than Father & Son Plumbing. I spoke to the owner and he promised me that he would have someone over by the end of the day. I did not realize that he was going to send himself!. He quickly found the blockage and had everything cleared in less than an hour. I highly recommend Father & Son Plumbing and will use them for all of my plumbing needs.

A few weeks ago the hose on a pull-out kitchen faucet began to leak. I managed to buy the spare part on the www - not an easy task since the faucet was a bit odd-ball. However Mike from "Father & Son" plumbing services came around early in the morning and fixed the problem in well under an hour. Curteous, professional and timely service.

They came as soon as I called (on a Saturday). Had all the parts and tools with them. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. Very fair, and responsive. Very happy with the work.

I referred this service to my sister's house as she is 86 years old and has trouble making her own arrangements. The plumber came out and repaired the leak under the sink. I believe the charge was $150.--maybe less. Well shortly after he left, my sister ran the water in the sink and it was still leaking. She called him back and he did respond in a timely manner and said the problem may be in the wall and the work could be involved and might be expensive. She agreed to have someone come out and tell her what could be done and the cost. He called his boss from her house and said to her after the phone call that his boss would be back in touch with her that night to schedule an appointment. Well, the man never called back or followed up and she tried on at least 2 occasions--maybe more--to get in touch with him. She said at one point she was unable to leave a message so maybe the message machine was full? Anyway, to this day, they never got back to her. She did not want me to report this for fear of repercussions and she is elderly. I thought I should relay this information to you. She does not want them to come back.

stimated time of arrival. Not only was he very punctual with this, he answered all of my questions and gave me a very fair quote (as I had already received another one). He obviously has a good business because he advised that it will be several days before he can do the job. While I may not be able to wait for him to do the job, I was very impressed with his professionalism and would definitely call him again.

Great Service! Yesterday, July 23, 2013, two plumbing technicians from Father and Son Plumbing Services came to fix the faucet in my shower. They arrived on time; they were here less than an hour, changed the old cartridge for a new one and left the shower faucet working like a charm. The charge for the service was very reasonable. Everything went great from beginning to end. Courteous and prompt service, Justin was extremely professional, arrived on time and performed the work quickly, cost was exactly what was quoted to me. Could not have gone better -- will use again in the future.

They never bothered to return my phone call

Called for an emergency water heater problem at 7:30 a.m. Plumber was here before 9. Worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old heater and install a new one. Had him look at some other plumbing issues that we are having and I will, absolutely, be calling them back to resolve those problems. I would highly recommend this company.

It went well. The plumber came when he said he would come, gave an estimate, and held to the estimate even though the job was not as easy as he thought it would be. He did the job, cleaned up everything, disposed of all trash and completed the job on time. He did such a good job of fixing the piping that I hired him to replace the water heater in my home.
