Description of Work: REPLACED KITCHEN FAUCET!

Description of Work: Their plumber created a huge flood under my kitchen sink and took no responsibility. Also had no parts for what was needed. Less than useless.

Description of Work: Great company. They arrive when they say they will. Hard to come by in south Florida.

Description of Work: We have been using them for over 20 years and when we called with a leak under our sink on a friday morning they said they could not have anyone out today. They will schedule it for Monday after we waited all day Monday for them it got to be 4:30 Pm we called and was told the plumber was on another job and should be here by 5:30Pm The plumber arrived at 5:40pm he took a look at the problem and told us he did not want to start the job now has he may have to tear out the wall behind the sink. We then asked him if he would be back first thing in the morning and he said no the dispatcher schedules the appointments and he will call them in the morning and tell them the problem. At 8:00am the next morning we called Docs and was told no one could come out they are too busy with people that have no water and would try and schedule it for Wednesday, at that point we went looking for another plumber on Angie's list we found John the plumber and when we called they were very nice and said they would call us back in a little bit. |Johns called back in10 minutes to say they will be here between 10& 11Am |Mike was the plumber for Johns plumber he came at 10:20am once he observed the problem he assured us that this was not a big job, Mike repaired a pipe and was out of there in 3/4 of an hour. We will now be using John the plumber for all our rental property's and for our home.

Description of Work: Had them install a new garbage disposal and replace my kitchen faucet. | |Everything was great with the exception of the appointment time. I called on Thursday and they said they could send someone Friday morning and they would call before noon to confirm. I called at 1, and was told I was the next service call on the list. I got a call at 3 saying they were too busy and they asked to reschedule. They came first thing on Saturday. | |My job wasn't an emergency, so I understand needing to be re-scheduled, just wished they let me know before 3 p.m. as I had been waiting at home all day.

Description of Work: Oscar cleared the bathtub clog in a short time using an electric snake. The work was accomplished with care . Oscar was courteous, knowledgeable, and effective. When I called to make the appointment, I was treated with respect and courtesy. I was told that I would be called prior to the plumbers arrival. I was and realized what an intelligent and efficient service the phone call was. I pray that I don't need Doc's services for repair soon but when I do have a need for a plumber, I will confidently call them.

Description of Work: They cleaned out my sewer line.

Description of Work: Replaced outside hose bib, rebuilt toilet, replaced toilet valve.

Description of Work: THEY UNPLUGGED A LINE TO FIND OUT WHERE CLOG WAS IN OUR KITCHEN SINK.

Description of Work: FIXED THE CONNECTING JOINT ON A PIPE IN MY BATHROOM.
