The technician, Eisman, was courteous, on time and performed a great job.

Project duration took two months from start to permit. Office responsive once contact made but needed persistence. Accommodated requests for specific craftsmen. Very pleased with quality of materials and craftsmanship. David Merino did an excellent job of preparing for and handling the inspection which went smoothly.

I highly recommend DSG. The office staff was friendly and informative especially Surita and Kizzy. The installers were prompt, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was exact. These installers included, Jairo, Danny, Kenroy, David L. and Malcom. I was told by the inspector this was quality work.

We had hurricane windows installed by Jairo and Deny from Dependable Shutter and Glass. They did excellent work and were very professional. Genuinely nice people who were a pleasure to have in our home. We are very happy with our new windows.

Nina at Dependable Shutter was exceptionally responsive and wonderful to work with. We explained the issues, sent several photographs for evaluation and Eisman was assigned to the project. He performed a thorough, expert assessment, explaining everything that would be needed to complete the repairs. This is an unusual and atypical installation -- access to the motors is difficult and the repairs were especially complex -- but Eisman completed the project with great skill and professionalism. We will be counting on Dependable for all future maintenance, repairs and replacement as needed. They have our confidence and highest recommendation.

I called Dependable Shutter & Glass for shutter repairs since I have used them the past and their service and pricing is amazing. My accordion shutters were rusted closed and they needed service badly. I worked with Nina who scheduled my technician Eisman to perform shutter repairs and a shutter lubrication. Working with Nina was a pleasure and Eisman made my old rusted shutters work like they were brand new! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any Shutter service.

We used Dependable Shutters and glass for accordion shutters on the sides and back of our house and impact windows and impact door on the front of the house. They were around the lower priced estimates received and we chose them on this and their professionalism that showed from the start. They were responsive to my calls and emails, took great care to minimize mess during install and cleaned up after themselves. The products they use appear to be high quality and the installers, Chuck and Cory for the door as our last part, Chuck and another gentleman on the shutters (sorry did not get to meet the window installers) all did a great job. They even worked with us when we changed our minds from a shutter to a hurricane door on our front door. Definitely recommend them highly,

Austin, Nina and Mike went out of their way to accommodate a change in our schedule and finished the roller replacement promptly and professionally. We were very pleased with their service and professionalism. I would hire them again without hesitation.

From top to bottom I have no complaints. They had someone out within 24 hrs to give me an estimate, they also had someone come out after the work was complete to make sure everything was done correctly. They communicated well through email about the colors to make sure we were on the same page. They were there on the exact date stated to start the work and they finished in 1 day instead of 2.

Austin and Mike were thorough, neat and arrived as scheduled. Very professional and efficient. They explained any necessary repairs and suggested we call Nina to set up a service call, which we did. Very satisfied with the service.

They were amazing. Michael Cadori was the foreman and it was supposed to take 2 days but they did a great job in only 1 day.

It went extremely well. The arrangements made by Nina were flawless. The techs, Austin and Mike were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. All three of the fore mentioned individuals are top notch as is the company.

Excellent scheduling, installation and followup. Professional team from all departments I dealt with: sales, project management, installation, project completion. They even arraigned to dispose of the aluminum panels. DS&G, managed by Wayne Thompson, is clearly a class A operation.

As promised Chris and Casey were quite efficient and displayed fact that they knew what they were doing.

Excellent, Patrick & Jared arrived on time and began a difficult 3rd floor shutter installation. They worked very hard at this job. These guy's are Professional, Courteous and CLEAN ! Our Living room and bedroom area's when completed looked the same as when they started. Kudo's to DS&G for having these men on staff, they represent the company admirably, and I would have them back again if I need additional work.

obtained 3 separate quotes, went with dependable (middle price), paid deposit, they sent another guy to make sure initial measurements were correct, noticed one window not included in original quote, still kept original price. Company kept me up to date with permitting status, HOA application status, and job commencement. Installation day Chris and Cory worked non stop to get job done. Excellent job
