Very please with the technician Eisman who came out to explain how the work would have to be done and gave me a rough idea how long it would take, very knowledgeable guy and helpful. Gave me confidence he knows what to do. My contact at the office is Nina who was also very helpful to me and followed up after the technician came to visit .

flawlessly! I was so impressed with Nina and Eisman of Dependable Shutters. They made time in the height of a crisis despite calling upon them last minute. Eisman was so professional and was very careful to maintain cleanliness in the house. His attitude was most respectful. He checked everything twice and did not leave until all was perfect. Mindful of the storm, they chose not to take advantage of up charging their prices as other companies are doing. Nine cared to follow up with me after the service much in the same way she did initially to booking this last minute appointment. Nina was very helpful in scheduling the appointment to get an estimate for the repairs needed, submitted a timely proposal and expedited the scheduling of the repair job. Eisman was on time for the appointment and did an excellent job on the repairs.

Amazing company. Our salesman was Robert August . He explained everything well. Next we had 2 people take measurements including the owner Wayne. Paula took care of HOA. Surita was excellent as project manager. Christian and Chuck did the actual installation of shutters and I forgot the name of the gentleman that installed the door, but they were all extremely courteous and professional. Kizzy was always available to answer any questions that I had. I could not be happier with the whole experience. I highly recommend this company.

Very well. These guys really know their business and they come prepare with all the tools to get the job done. Nina was great help getting everything scheduled on time, and Eiseman has a great know how to offer solutions.

Nina, our point of contact with the business worked with us very well and communicated promptly with us regarding any issues that came up with project. Mr. Eisman did a good job adjusting the shutters, re-installing and providing us with a solution to a problem with the bottom rail.

Eisman was my technician. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He worked hard to give maintenance to our Hurricane Shutters and leave them ready for business. Eisman was very courteous and replaced the necessary locks and rollers that were not working. He left them working great. Nina was my contact for making the necessary arrangements with my building and making this all happen according to schedule. She was also very professional and courteous. I will need to do further work on my shutters and will definitely hire Dependable Shutters again for the job.

We moved into a new house and realized that a few locks were missing or broken. Someone in our neighborhood app mentioned Dependable Shutters. I called them, and Nina was super helpful from the first second. I sent her the lock type and she gave me an offer right away. Eisman was our service technician and he came out punctual and on time. He was super fast so we decided to change all locks and not only the broken ones. Overall, we are going to hire Dependable Shutters again. Communication with the back office and the technician is very easy and they are reliable to show up. We compared prices and they seem very fair with no hidden charges.

It went great! Both the installer, Kenny and his technician Jordan were professional and precise in the work they performed. Nina, my contact at the company was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and answering any questions I had on the job performed. Kenny also went through the proper way to open and close the shutters once the installation was complete. We have made our arrangements with "Nina" a few times each year and she is excellent and cheerful. Our Service Person "Eisman Urbina" is outstanding. He works hard and is very clear on needs and options and he does not try to push ideas upon us - although he is always helpful in our discussions. These folks are FIRST Class. I have used them for about 3 years now.

They did corrective work for us and have been doing semi-annual lubrication since then. Eisman the technician does a great job and Nina coordinates appointments without any problems. Both individuals are assets to Dependable Shutters.

Eisman is a gem... it's the second time he has come to us. Punctual, polite and knowledgeable are his traits. Nina, who books the appointments, is polite and informative.

Although the installation took two days instead of the one originally estimated, it was all good because they did a quality job. David and Christian were the installers and were very professional, careful, and neat. Everything looks great. Nice job!
