What a pleasure - from my appointment to discuss, measuring, punctuality, service and incredible workers who showed up on time, were friendly and cleaned up every step of the way. Could not believe that they were able to remove all of the windows and not create a mess. We had an estimate done and the gentleman was very kind but they performed no services. I mainly wanted to make sure everyone know they decline to do windows for vinyl sided homes due to “bad luck” the owner has had in the past. This was what was relayed to me in an email from the man who came to do my estimate.

From the original visit to estimate our job to the finished project, this company was excellent. They took a tremendous amount of time and several calls, emails and visits to explain our window choices and make sure we were getting the type of window we wanted for each location in our house. When it came time for our installation, the Corona virus, our ages and health had forced us into isolation. Surita, who schedules the installation, was so caring, thoughtful and more than willing to put off the work. When we did finally decide to go ahead with the installation, she reassured us by explaining the precautions being taken by the company and crew. The men who came to do the work were amazing. They wore masks the entire time. They were fast, efficient and obviously proficient. They minimized the dust by covering almost everything and cleaned up very well. They cleaned and disinfected the windows and their work area both days when they were finished. Our windows are gorgeous! I would definitely use Dependable Shutter and Glass again and recommend them to anyone with no reservations.

Went great! The initial contact, Nina, was courteous, knowledgeable, returned phone calls on a timely manner and answered all of my questions. Kenny, the technician who came out to the house and worked on the accordion shutters, was punctual, friendly, knew exactly what to do and was very professional. Its been a long time since I hired a company with such responsiveness and professionalism. From start to finish the experience was seamless and efficient. The install was amazing and you could tell the employee was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. Kudos to DS&G for running such an amazing company. I would recommend them over and over again. From the moment the window measurements where taken until the impact window installation was completed everything went very smoothly. Paula helped with the approval from the association, Kizzy with the scheduling and off course Surita as our main contact in the office made sure everything went just perfect and kept us informed with every step. I am very satisfied with the work Dependable Shutters performed. I contacted Nina who understood my request. She was very helpful in setting up a convenient appointment for me. On the appointment day Eisman who was assigned to the project arrived on time. He removed my floor to ceiling shutters on my patio in preparation for my pool/deck remodel. He stacked them neatly and safely and when completed inquired if there was anything else I needed. Both Nina and Eisman treated me professionally and friendly. I recommend Dependable Shutter as the go to company for your shutter needs.

From start to finish, this company provided exceptional service and I couldn't ask for a better experience. When reading reviews, I was always annoyed that nobody put what they got done and how much they paid, so here goes. We did 15 windows, 1 sliding glass door, 1 single french door, 1 double french door, and a fiberglass door for the garage side, $23,764. Not the cheapest estimate we received by far, but also not the most expensive. Considering the level of service and quality of work they did, it was WELL worth it! Mauricio came out to give us the initial estimate and he always answered my calls/texts during our decision phase, and never got annoyed with me. :) Then, Wayne came out and did the final measurements. Felt confident that his goal with the whole project was to go above and beyond. Surita was great at letting me know what was going to happen and answering all my questions before and during the installation process, which took 5 days. The best part of this whole project were my main installers, JAIRO & DENI. They were absolutely AMAZING! The guy they brought in on the last day to help with finishing touches, MIKE, was also great. He said to me, "I'm here to make you happy." 😍 Let's just say, I am a VERY nitpicky, OCD-clean perfectionist, so making me happy was a tall order, but they delivered on every front! They treated my home like it was their own. Their level of impeccability was comparable to white glove service at a 10-star resort (if such a place exists). They covered every surface and built a plastic wall around every opening they worked on. They put on booties every time they entered my house on rainy days, despite me telling them not to worry, that I was still going to mop. It gave me such peace of mind knowing that cleaning afterwards would be minimal. They took down my blinds and put them back up afterwards. Their work was as close to perfect as one can get. They deserve a RAISE! ;) The inspection process, handled by Kizzy, had a little hiccup but thankfully got done in a timely manner and with flying colors. Make sure plenty of pictures are taken during install, especially if you live in Tamarac (they are very stringent)! Finally, some minor finishing touches were done by the same MIKE and Christian. Super professional. Thanks DS&G for an amazing experience. I have already referred you to 2 neighbors and 3 friends. God bless you guys!

The two gentlemen from Dependable Shutter & Glass were extremely professional, polite and each showed up earlier than the scheduled time Art did the installation of the shutters and did an amazing job. Christian was here for the county inspection of the shutters. He checked all the shutters, before the county inspector showed up, just to be sure everything was ok. All passed inspection.

The best company for this kind of job. Nina in the office is super professional and very responsive. The tech (Eisman( was polite and competent. The only thing I had to work with him on was that he wanted to just see what parts he needed and come back another day even though there wa plenty of work to be done right then but he politely and quickly agreed to stay and do what he could that day. I have used Dependable Shutter and Glass for various properties. They have installed new hurricane shutters and do maintenance on my personal home in which I have roll down shutters. The follow through is always very professional, starting with Nina from scheduling, updates on the job, appointment reminders/confirmation to Eisman the technician doing the install and maintenance. The entire process was smooth. I scheduled the service through Nina, who was polite and professional. She was able to send out a technician within days of my call. The technician who was assigned— Eisman— was efficient, finishing the work in less time than estimated and cleaned up afterward. All in all an excellent experience.
