Description of Work: Installed shutters at our condo. Rescheduled on different occasions, once at last minute. Had to come back to do work they forgot about. Had issues with their safety culture that I don't know was permanently corrected (thus the D rating for that category). In general, they do many things right. In the end, a really good product and it was a satisfactory installation - much better looking than expected.

Description of Work: I had hurricane windows put in on my condo, and hurricane shutters on my patio. The people were helpful, courteous, prompt, and kept to schedule. Their prices are reasonable, and to my eye at least, seem to be of very good quality. From what I've seen so far (minus an actual hurricane), the windows and shutters look good and work well.

Description of Work: Dependable shutter installed metal panels on our 4 sliding glass doors and a very large window. When we had our patio resurfaced they came back to redrill the holes for the shutters. Very professional and cleaned up well after they were done.
